I took my car to autobahn, which became crash champions, to have some work done which was covered by my insurance in July 2023. Since they already had my car, I paid them with my own money to fix some paint scratches on my car. After they had had my car for over a month and I paid in full, I picked up my car and saw that they had completely forgotten to do the paint job that I paid for. They were also other issues with the repair that they had to correct.They told me to bring my car back to do the paint job and that they would reimburse me for my Ubers while they had my car. I asked if they would prefer for me to get a rental car and they said no. I brought them all the receipts, totaling to a few hundred dollars. It has now been several months, and despite my repeated follow-ups, they have still not reimbursed me for this expense.It s really disappointing seeing as I did nothing wrong and I paid them money upfront. I did exactly what they told me to do. I can t even get them to reply to an email anymore

Could not recommend this place any LESS. DO NOT bring your car here. After my car sat in their lot for god knows how long, I finally called for an estimate. Conveniently the next day it was finally prepared. Lots and lots of delays (due to parts, which I do understand is not their fault). However, what was most irritating was the dates they'd send for estimated completion. They once told me that my car would be ready TOMORROW, then I heard radio silence for A WEEK before I called and asked what was going on. Then when it was finally ready, I drove it home, and the dash lit up like fireworks. They didn't fix what needed to be fixed. So I had to bring it back--but of course they got the date and time wrong, so I brought it back a THIRD TIME!!! The only good thing about this place is the receptionist ladies, they are sweet. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are ready to rip your hair out.

The place is highly over priced, and they think people are stupid and don't know about vehicle repairs, I went to check on an estimate and the guy said to me, "You're telling me I don't know how long it will take for this repair?". And that was exactly what I was telling him. I have worked at a body shop before. $5000 for a bumper and a lift gate repair. They're charging for removing the tail lights, when the tail lights have absolutely nothing to do with the damage. Since I'm paying for the damage, I requested the parts "they're replacing" right? Well guy was very rude and said he would not give them to me, because I was nobody, I'm paying for the repair. In their office there's some older guys, but out in the back the ones doing the repairs look like they just graduated high school. They charge for things that are not necessary or that they have already charged elsewhere in the invoice.If your insurance is paying, by all means take your vehicle here. But if you're paying out of pocket, believe you me, I could have gotten that repair done for $1000 and in 3 days, it took them 2 weeks. Don't get scammed by these people, they're not honest.

I could not be more satisfied with Crash Champions. Although it took 2 days to get the estimate, communication through the process was great. I was constantly updated by text. I picked up the car which was washed & waxed better than any car wash, the repair was perfect & even my headlights look like new. Thank you Crash Champions

Best place to take your car for body work. They were great from the first call until my car was complete. They are nice, friendly, and they keep their word. Their prices were fair, the repairs were fast and the quality is excellent. They also have a close relationship with Enterprise, just down the street. So if you need to rent a car while yours is being serviced, it's very convenient. I highly recommend Autobahn.

Worst body shop to take your vehicle to, they take forever to finish up your vehicle and then they are pushing to take it out eventhough repairs have not been completed.Very unprofessional personnel.

They promised our car in two weeks they sat on it for 2 months and did nothing the parts were at the shop for 4 weeks and they did nothing. We had to go there in person to get them to start on it. They use salvaged parts so beware. They take in more cars then they can handle. We never received updates we had to call weekly to push them. Oh and our car only had 6k in damages a bumper and a door.Worst experienceService: Auto body & trim repair

I had a great experience at Autobahn Collision Center in Studio City after my car was rear-ended on the highway. It was easy to make an appointment, they were able to get the work done quickly while working directly with my insurance company, and the quality of the work was excellent. If you need auto body work, I highly recommend this shop.

Super nice and fast but missed a few spots. Didn't give me a chance to look at what they did. Just had some guy hand me the keys and disappear. Some girl was out front complaining about the stuff they missed on her vehicle. They did a great job on the parts they addressed and the inside was vacuumed really well. Just wish they had also taken care of my running board,pillar and headlight. If a person doesn't want to walk the car with yuh and show you what they fixed it's because they know you'll see the stuff they ignored.

Shop took great care of my car. Did so within the time frame they gave me. Jim was very helpful, was always willing to speak on the phone and give me updates on the status of my vehicle. After someone hit my car both passenger doors and corner panel had significant damage. Autobahn coordinated with my insurance and took my car in before the holidays began work promptly. Ordered parts and then fixed the damage within two weeks time. The service was A1 from the beginning. The car is perfect and looks brand new. Thanks so much to the entire team at Autobahn. They go above and beyond to return your car in perfect conditions. Like a brand new car. They even wash and vacuum your car before returning it. Very satisfied with their customer service all around! Definitely 5*.I brought my car to Autobahn after a "fender-bender" and overall they did a great job. I was helped by Wesley in particular, and the service was top notch. They were very clear with the prices, kept me informed periodically updating me on the status of things, explained anything I wanted to get more details on, etc. Overall very professional.The car got repaired as expected (in fact a little faster than I had first anticipated), so I'm very happy with their services.While I hope I'm not going to need to use their services any soon, should I, I will definitely go back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dan is the absolute best; he was so friendly, communicative, and clearly cared about my car. He worked with my insurance to make sure I got the best replacement parts, and kept me updated every step of the way. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.Returned my car to me after over a month STILL NEEDING MORE REPAIRS and also with a completely dead battery!!! (which worked fine previously) Had to restart the entire repair process elsewhere and buy a new battery. Took my car to the dealership now and my car is back in the shop with them thank god. Almost two months now without a car.AUTOBAHN also said they had some supply chain issues with the parts after a week of having the car. Then after looking at the estimate of the major repairs, and found that they were fixing my suspension and axel with USED parts from another vehicle similar to mine from some place in Van Nuys. I know this is commonplace sometimes as long as the parts meet certain standards but at least shorten the time if you re not waiting on new original parts.

I brought my car into this collision center. I had damage to the front. They repaired it like nothing ever happened. They were extremely professional and completed the work on time. I would highly recommend them for any body work on your car that you may need. Someone shot my car with some kind of bee bee gun and I had around 12-13 bullet marks on my car. They replaced my window shield and repaired front hood, right door and right back body area. I have been told that will take 10 days but they finished 3 days early which makes me more happy. They did a great job, my car is like a brand new with all that new paint and extra work they put there. Brought my 2022 Audi q7 in after a side swipe. Damage to entire right side of car. Staff was friendly and transparent through the entire process. Unfortunately there was quality issues with scrapes and deep scratches on the side being worked on that were either not addressed from the accident or was caused by the repairs. Will be reaching out to have this corrected and will adjust rating to reflect.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Seriously, this is the second time that I had an amazing experience with Autobahn Collision Center- Studio City. From Robert on the phone to handling my car and then the amazing ladies that handle all the calls and paperwork. Great customer service, not that I want another accident, but when I do, I will be back. Hands down the best in town. They told me when my car would be ready and I had a surgery scheduled for the next day and this could have been a disaster. Robert called me the day it was to be ready and I arrived and had great laughs with the staff, they fixed my car perfectly and washed my car. I highly recommend this establishment. Thanks to State Farm Insurance for having this location on their preferred vendors..

***Don't Waste your Time!! I am Thoroughly Disappointed with the service that I received, or Lack There Of! If you have a very simple bumper scratch or dent, by all means use Autobahn Collision Center.. But if you require a more complex repair or your vehicle is a 2010 or later model; Autobahn Collision ARE NOT Equipped to assist you. I brought my vehicle in for a collision repair through my insurance. I had to go there twice, the first time they weren't ready to assist me! Upon my 2nd appointment that was at 10:40am, I arrived at 10:30 and Service Rep Manny, stated," I was early and Had to WAIT!.. REALLY 10 Min.early. I thought a business would appreciate promptness!! Manny and I went through the inspection of the vehicle.Manny prepared the quote and began to order my rental car. Then suddenly Manny came to me and stated that Autobahn collision could not handle the repair due to the vehicle's age being a 2005!! Ridiculous, the details, Year-Make-Model were in the initial appointment from the Insurance Company! DON"T THEY READ!! IF Autobahn Collision weren't equipped to service a late model vehicle then WHY did they take the Appointment!!!!!!! A Total waste of My TIME!! I will NOT REFER Them to ANYONE EVER!!

I dropped my car off at 11:30 AM, and the repairs were all done by 4:30! This is the quickest service time I ve ever had. On top of the efficiency, they were so polite, professional, and very accommodating. I 10/10 recommend this place. Grateful they fixed the bumper and fender after an unfortunate hit and run I experienced. They also totally detailed the car and cleaned the hub caps and stains from the car which I totally didn't expect at all.

I was forced to take my car here for an inspection and the person who took the photos acted like I put him out and he didn't want to do it because I was not getting my car fixed at their location. He made a comment " I don't know where you are taking your car is legit". Who says that???I would give zero out of 5. This is not the way you speak to customers or potential customers. I will never refer them.

Jim at Autobahn did a great job in repairing my car after I had had extensive damage from an accident. They were able to accurately identify all issues after the wreck and replace providing great details in the parts they installed in the vehicle and assuring all parts were to the highest standards. The staff at the office was very friendly and kept me in the loop during the entire process. I would definitely go back.
