Broke off and shattered my side mirror, then tried to hide it in my center consol. When I spoke to the manager, he said, "It is existing damage," and that I should have known it could break. He popped it back into place, still shattered, and stood by his statement that it was existing damage. He refuses to give me the big pieces that came off as well. When I arrived, there was no mention of mirrors being shattered and hidden. DO NOT COME TO ZOOM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE SMASHED!UPDATEit only gets worse with Zoom car wash. The main manager left the site while I was talking to him. The next manager said he understood, but there was nothing I could do except come back again tomorrow to talk to the same person who walked out on our conversation. A third person was arrived trying to "work something out" with the second manager for me, and they went to "the office" and did not return. The cashier repeatedly told me they were trying to figure out what to do and that I had to wait. The business started locking up the shop, and I asked where the office was. Cashier said glass window at the end of the hall. There was no office there. She then said it's upstairs. Everyone literally left, and there were two cars in the back and one gate open, so I had to drive away before getting locked in. The sheer level of disrespect and dishonestly from this business makes me wonder how they are still in business. I am a hard-working mother trying to survive. A business like Zoom car wash does not care about their customers or the hardships their business causes!

I came here today, but they're closed maybe because it's raining today?Oct 8,2023On the weekends they're busy. They have oil change service with a free wash. It's nice to see your car becomes fresh after it get washed. When it's busy, they don't dry it properly.

I paid $64 and the inside is never cleaned correctly. I paid extra to have the leather seats wiped down and normally they will have a shine to the seats after but they didn't looked wiped down.

Spent $60 on a car detail with seat wipe down and my car came back with the seats still dirty and the floors with trash and food from when I went in. Smudges on front window. Roof still dirty. Doesn t seem like they clean well, they try to just get you done quick. Guess that s why they are called ZOOM. Decent car wash I only get the exterior wash with the wheel trim both times I ve visited. I have no complaints. I plan on returning to get a full car wash in the future.

The price is slightly higher than when I pay for the same service in Fresno but I'm in Stockton much closer to the Bay Area and cost a living is a little higher here. It runs me about 20 bucks more per month for my car washes. But my work car must remain clean at all times. They do a very good job and the young man who did the detailing on cleaning all the grooves and cracks in the dash yesterday really got it This car was a disaster when I purchased it and it is finally starting to smell decent in there no more left over cigarette smell! Way to go zoom happy with my full service car wash in Stockton!

You never know what's going to happen to your car at this place. This has been my go to car wash for a while until now I guess, for the SECOND time they have let their soap dry all over my car. The first time this happened they made it right (even despite them trying to tell me it was my fault, hilarious!) and gave me a free detail. This time, I literally watched them leave my car in the sun, once again, while they took their sweet time. I let the assistant manager know they let their soapy, untreated water leave streaks all over my car again. Their response? He told me the streaks had to have already been there and to kick rocks. Is this how they treat their return customers? It's a real insult. Let the pictures speak for themselves!

On Saturday 09/24/22 I went to the car wash and I don't know if it was almost time to leave for them, they didn't do anything right, I paid $40 expecting something decent and not having to go wash it on my own, but they left everything the same, dusty rugs, they didn't vacuum the carpet that they charged me extra for doing it and all the compartments were still just as dirty, the windows were still dirty and as soon as they finished, they took their things and left the place without giving me time to ask something, lousy.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

As long as you go early they'll do a great job. I've gone 2 X's in the afternoon and had to point out things they missed.

Really good detail on cleaning and nice staff. Only problem it took 30 minutes 20 of those minutes my car sat unattended.

This has again been a horrible experience. My car was not clean and dried completely the quick dusting of interior left literally a wipe.mark where they ran the rag. Barely vacuumed and not well and my car wasn't even filthy the outside was really heavy but not my inside and they did a poor job again. I did not leave a post the first two times hopefully it was just off but no they truly do not do a great job. Hit canepas down town or one of the do it yourself you will literally be happier.

My Elderly Mother recently went there for a Car Wash as well a Oil Change.The Fact that she , who barley speaks English was Upsold an Air Filter when She didn't even understand WHAT AN AIR FILTER IS AND WAS in this Transaction isn't there Failure that's most upsetting.It's that her Car Has been leaking Oil since the Oil change. I Just was informed of this and immediately took it to another Auto Shop .Less than 5 minutes later , I was told that the Drain Plug was barley screwed in.Not Cool .Definitely won't ever use this place again for Car Repairs.Quality Control and Pride in ones Work Needs to Be Spoken about with All Your Employees .Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Used to love going to zoom until one of their employees got the pressure washer too close to my car a blew a section of paint off. They took zero responsibility and even went as far as to denie doing it. I will never go back to zoom.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

It was a busy Saturday morning, but no reason not to complete the job correctly. They need a QA person, before releasing. I as the customer shouldn't be given the task, of pointing out the flaws and getting the dirty looks like the lady in front of me received.

Great team of employees who know how to handle the volume of vehicles. Major change in the right direction over the past few years. I highly recommend the unlimited option (exterior wash and tire dressing). Don't forget to tip the employees!

This morning we went to get our truck washed. When my boyfriend went to open the door to inspect the truck, the driver's side trim panel almost fell out. When he brought it to the attention of one of the employees, she grabbed it and tried putting it back. I pointed it out that the front tab was broken (like it was pulled off). She kept saying that nobody touched it. She then asked another female employee and started speaking in Spanish. Both kept denying that anybody had done anything and that it was like that. I responded in Spanish that it was not like that and that it was probably pulled out when they took the weather mats out to "wash" them (they were still dirty and wet). A male employee then approached and tried "fixing" it by doing the same thing the female was doing. He then started saying that it was most likely from us adjusting the seat. It's a 2020 Ram with exit assist so it's designed to move with the seat. He pretty much kept blaming us and making excuses. I told him that we've taken this truck to the Hammer Ln. location and didn't have this issue. I asked several times if there were cameras in the bay and every time he responded with yes. I asked if the cameras could get reviewed and I be present during the review, he again said yes. He gave me the manager's business card and said the manager wouldn't be in until Tuesday. So we'll see on Tuesday if there really are cameras there or not.

Love the fellas that work there, they would be on top of the world if it wasn't for the black light tunnel car wash u get if u go with quick quack team. I mean everybody who works there are dressed in there Sundays best and when u exit your wash it says duck duck GO I mean come on how's that even fair for my boys at zoom

I've been going to Zoom for 5+ years now. They do a good job, and they'll keep your vehicle looking nice. The staff is pleasant. Only downside, if it sprinkles, they shut the place down. It would be nice if they had a way of notifying their customers when they close. I drive from Manteca and sometimes, I pull up and find the carwash is closed.

The solution they use for the interior is never wiped down all the way and is always in blotches. Kids and I always have to return home to shower due to the solution getting all over us. I then have to wipe down the interior over again to make sure it s done properly. Exterior was done well but you can get it done at the arco on Ben holt of 1/6 of the price since you will have to clean the interior yourself anyways. Gave this place enough chances but will have to find another place to go.

When they flagged me down to pick up car, there were several bug guts still on windshield and back seat was not vacuumed. Disappointed for what they charge. Not one worker smiled or seemed happy. Paid 20 bucks to have my car rear ended and then told "it happens occasionally. Damage wasn't anything I cant polish out this time but had it been my car getting pushed into the back of a truck with a trailer hitch my care would have had sever damage. All I could do was watch as the guy took his time getting my car off the line while the car behind got shoved into it. I showed the "manager" or supervisor my picture and he said it happens but theres never any damage because its so slow. Then, he let me pay for my carwash. Im way too easy going and hate asking for anything to avoid sounding like an ass so I just paid and left. Worst part is I had just hand washed my car at home and had trouble getting the bugs off the front so I brought it here... I left with just as many bugs too and paid 20 bucks for it. And the cream on the top?? I still came here after my grandmother got a new bumper because the driver mistook R for N on here Chryslers stupid shift dial. The guy said I could bring my car in to have the bumper polished. Not only do I not have time for that/ I don't trust them to touch my car anymore. End rant.

These guys always come through.Oil changes and services are no pressure.Car wash is always great, and when it isn't, point it out, and they fix it on the spot .

I happen to be in the area and need a car wash. I also had a coupon. After my car got out the machine it looked horrible. Like the brushes did not remove any dirt. The guy who wiped down one side did a horrible job. The girl really went out of her way to try and take off all the leftover dirt the wash didn't remove. This place use to do a good job but recently this location has been going slacking. Not to mention they charge an extra $2 now for big cars and most of the time they always forget to vacuum my 3rd row. I'm done giving them chances and will never return there again even with a coupon.
