Richard and James are amazing!! I have been dreading getting my ac looked at for fear of an expensive repair. James looked at my car and quickly was able to find the issue. Gave me the estimate and started working on it immediately. The price was no where near where I imagined and James was upfront about costs. They definitely have a customer for life!!!!!!

These are good people here. If you want honest service done right, go here. They went over and above and stayed 3 hours after closing because they were worried about my brakes. They stayed till the tow truck got there at 8:30pm! Thank you James and the crew there for your concern and kindness!

James & his team really are impressive and without a doubt know what they are doing. Very fair and reasonable price. So hard to find good honest shop like this. I'm glad that I was referred by family and will refer others to WLR & AC. Thanks James for explaining and educating me about Car AC basics.

I definitely gonna come back to this place James the owner know his stuff right away told me what's was the problem and what needs to be done great prices and he look for you to save money and time I got problem with my a/c and my fan clutch was messed up and he get it a for great price and he look on autozone and o railley's and beat those prices I definitely recommend this place

My air conditioner was barely blowing air, let along cold air. With this heatwave, I'd had enough. But I had no idea where to go. So as usual, I started reading Google and Yelp reviews. The reviews for this place were all good and now I know why. Nice folks who know what they are doing! No fanfare or frills, they just get busy taking care of the business of your car-lol. I really appreciate Andy, one of the friendly, knowledgeable technicians, who took the time to explain everything that he was doing to my car. When it was all said and done, I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost as I had no idea what to expect. I highly recommend West Lane AC and Radiator for your air conditioning needs.

Anytime I have had a concern with my car I would take it there and they would always take the time to check it out for me. They have never came at me with a list of repairs that were unneeded so they could charge me extra. If anything they go above and beyond to make sure my car is safe when I drive away. It's a good old fashioned business with high integrity. It's difficult for a single female to find an honest mechanic these days and I'm so grateful to have found one. I've been going there for several years now and plan to keep it that way! Highly Recommended!

The owner was very honest and made me feel comfortable. He explained everything along the way. It is definitely a "mans" environment as there are several auto businesses on the lot. Leaving with air conditioning in my car again made me one happy customer!

This shop knows AC better than anyone. However the owner is terribly disorganized. He says first come first served. Don t believe it. If you drop your car off he will never look at it. He will spend his day fixing the cars of others who drive in and wait. If you want your car worked on you must be present. I waited 10 days for what was a half hour of mechanic time. It was not fixed until I drove in to wait for it. BUT- he can diagnose and fix AC or cooling better than anyone else.

Service on a first come first serve basis. He's great at keeping track of who's in line. Make sure you allow yourself time to wait. Very friendly, they keep watch dogs on the property and they will come out to greet you in a some what aggressive manner. He calls them off right away and they obey. They are very nice dogs when the owner has called them off, but I would not want to tangle with them. All major credit cards accepted. It was a pleasant experience to do business with them. Parking is a bit of a challenge and finding the location is too. It's actually inside of the lot towards the back of where Google tells you to turn in. You cannot see the business when you turn in. The driveway just prior to the flower shop.

Wow, this place is super good. Everyone working there is really nice and honest. They out priced everyone in Stockton and gave me an awesome deal on a new A/C compressor. I highly recommend this repair shop. They do get busy so it's best to get there early

Went in to get my AC recharged and my compressor inspected. I need to have the compressor repaired still and even though he recharged at a fee, he said if I bring my car back for repair within 90 days, I will not be charged again for the recharge. Great honest work! Will be back!

Best guys ever - James, - treats people with kindness and respect. Work is done well and fair prices on all labor and materials. Have sent lots of friends and especially great to women - doesn't treat us like 'dumb broads' - fabulous experience with a great mechanic.

I have a 1990 Motorhome that has had a non- functional A/C for years. James made it work like new again, for a reasonable price. He sure does know his stuff! I would recommend him to anyone who needs an A/C tuneup or repair.

Me and my dad took our cars here because the air wasnt working cold. They told us we needed a part for my car so i ordered it and they fixed it a couple days later when the part came in. My air is extremely cold now!! Im so happy. They were so nice too! My dads car also needed a part and new compressor and they fixed the part that was broke on his car. We are definitely satisfied and will definitely come back!! Thank you guys so much again!! James & Andy were so helpful during the whole process.

Been coming to this shop for a couple of years already never had a problem always good profesional reliable service my self own excelente auto body in stockton and even i send my clients to james shop because he is honest and price is affordable always profesional and lot of experience in his field will recommend his service 100%

Place is a lil messing but the guy working there is real good.. know what he is talking about. Fair prices and replaced ac in a couple hours

I'm very unhappy, they may be good, who knows? Finally found the place, drove by twice. Finally found it, no place to park, no exit at the back, barely able to turn around. Never got to talk to anyone. I'm very disappointed
