This company sends out mass text with coupons and discounts to numbers they either buy on-line or are randomly generated. Their annoying marketing is why they get a 1 star. Dgaf about their service.

This price might be a little expensive but they do very good dam work they took me home so I can leave me car over night I would highly recommend this beat shop. Love how they put the amp under my seat.

Added comments for today 12/9/22 so I guess my below review was read because I went back to business today for copies of the copy Malik made on 10/28/2022 and the woman at front desk told me to change review because I got my receipts back and they don't have a corporate office in India as if I made it up but Malik already advised me to go to small claims court because they're not taking responsibility for putting my family at risk of fire!! business installed a speaker for car and they drilled a hole in the fuel tank with long nail used. Once we found out by a gas leak months later and had speaker removed to get to fuel tank we took receipts to Malik and they're refusing to take responsibility giving me run around about Corp office in India and telling me marco will call who never did now Malik refuses to give a written denial and the copies of my receipt

I already had a sub so I paid for an amp and 3m wires and the installation. No less then a month later the amp kept going into protection mode. Took it back and they said it might be because the amp is bad so I paid 25$ for a restock fee and got a new amp but the same model. A couple weeks later and its back to doing the same thing. This place is a joke

This will be your 1st and last stop for all of your automotive electronic needs. Zack and Ray have such enthusiasm for their work. They installed my aftermarket headlights quickly and professionally on my old truck. They had to machine a custom fit for the led bulbs and headlight mount. It was a pro job. Coming back here from now on!!!

Great experience added navigation, back up camera to my older car. Had the vehicle elsewhere and the problem was identified but were not able to fix it. West Coast Audio described the problem and the solution with just a conversation. I gave them my business and my expectations were exceed. Will be back for more. The price is more then fair for the experienced people working there.

Terrible Service! Went in for beat installation, and was told I was getting Rockford Fosgate wires for my speakers but received knockoff wires. They told me my amp was defective but it was their products that were faulty. Went back about 4 times to try to get it resolved but they still weren t able to fix the problem. Took it to a different shop and they had to reinstall new quality wires. If I could I would leave no stars!

Honest guys that do great work. Put in some subs and an amp in my mustang. Couldn't be happier with the work. These These guys are very knowledgeable about all their brands. They work quickly and were the cheapest of 3 other car audio shops I went to that day.I will be back for my next car audio needs.

This place is NOT a good place to go to. I had some work done on my car two months later my brand new alarm goes out the dude at the desk said they'd take care of it so I give him the keys and two hours later he comes talking about the alarm was faulty and for x amount of money he would upgrade my system. But my alarm was working when I came to see them now y'all went in and did something to it now it doesn't work at all. I asked to speak with the owner and they flat out denied me that right. So please people don't waste your time or money going to west coast audio on Martin Luther king in Stockton California. I know that they're shady and wouldn't send a dying pig to them for their services. Don't leave anything with your personal information on it either I think they tried to steal my profile.

They have low prices but you definitely get what you pay for. Had my brand new Dodge Charger tinted by them and they took 7 hours. There were a lot of bubbles, they cut it to short on some windows, it's peeling off on the top of some windows and there's scratches on the tint. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Marcos was great and very knowledgeable about products. I received great customer service and the process I paid for the products and installation was super great. I will definitely recommend this place. The man that did the installation was quick and very kind. Thank you west coast audio.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I met the guy at the door at 9 am when they opened and asked to get my windows tinted. Sign out front of business says $100 for whole car. They charged me $25 for each of the front wondows as well.. He said about 2 1/2 hours no problem. I come back at 12 and they haven't even started.. they tell me another 2 1/2 hours. I call them at 2:45 and they say they only got half the car done it'll be another hour. I finally get there at 4... they left all kinds of water bubbles in the film, left water marks all down the door panels of my brand new car, left the board under back window all wet and a sponge in the rear door. They told me to armourall it myself and that the moisture in film will dry on its own. No effort to try to do a quality job whatsoever... tint wasn't even cut to cover whole window in some spots. These guys are out to get your money and screw you. I hope people can benefit from reviews like these. Please don't waste your time or money here

I went there with my own amp kit and they tell me I was missing the power wire and I know for a fact I had it in my truck so basically I was forced to buy one of there amp kits I will never go there again or seen anyone I know there from here on out

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET ITIf I could give a NEGATIVE 5 star review I would. This place is a complete joke. These guys ripped me off for a CompuStar CS700-A, that they listed at $225 but sold it to me for $165, including installation.I found the exact same alarm system for $34.51 at Sears and $46.00 at Walmart!! They didn't wire up the keyless entry in order to try and get me to spend an extra $100 for a CANBUS module that I didn't need. I spoke directly to the manufacturer of the alarm and they told me that my car didn't require a module for keyless entry. The installer left pieces of plastic and wire clippings all over the seats and floor of my truck.I contacted West Coast Car Audio again and spoke with Carlos who quickly told me he'd have John, "the installer" call me back. I waited a day and called back. Carlos gave me a story about how they were tied up in vendor training all day and that's why I didn't get a call back. A few hours later John from West Coast calls me back and begins to tell me how he was the one who worked on my car and that it needed the module the Carlos showed me. I told him that the manufacturer said that was not the case and that we could call them to verify. I also told John that IDatalink doesn't make a door lock/unlock module for my car. He replied "The module that Carlos showed you was just a module he pulled from behind the counter, that's not the one we were going to use in your car" I asked why would he allow me to take a picture of it if it was the wrong one?I hung up because these people are full of it, with no real customer service skills at all. I contacted a reputable shop in Modesto, who is an authorized CompuStar retailer, and they told me they couldn't find any documentation that says my car needs anything outside of what already comes in the box with the CompuStar alarm. They said they'd only charge me $45 to wire the alarm correctly. I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau without a doubt.

My Fiance had a custom system put in his 96 Impala SS. Its the best I've ever heard. The clarity of the music is awesome. It just needs the finishing touches. Great customer service.

Sound image in Stockton is the way too go these guys don't know anything but ripping you off they will charge you for the smallest stuff on top of your overpaid !! For amp and subbs. Trust me go to sound image .where prices are no lie half at west coast or cheaper. Its ridiculousI paid 660 for 2 10 Rockford Fosgate subwoofers in the 500 amp + insulation and wiring.But when I picked up my car I have died in a very very cheap no name brand 12000 watt amp installed but I had paid for something totally different. I went back and demanded they take back to amps and subwoofers and give me my money back as anyone else when I went to sound image and gotten two 12 inch subwoofers and an amp and still save money trust me sound image is the way to go.

I called the shop looking for a dash kit for my car and without skipping a beat the guy said yes we have it in stock. I asked if it was physically in stock and immediately said yes it's here. I asked how much it is he said $15-$20. I hung up because obviously this is a tactic to get me into the store even if they don't have what I'm looking for. Also if he checked if the product was in stock, which he obviously didn't, he would have told me an exact price not a price range. On top of that he sounded absolutely miserable and was mumbling. Bad customer service!

This place is eager to sell you item, make installed look great. Shortly after start having problems with everything they install, and the only answer they ever have is spend more money. It's almost as if there selling refurbished products. I would advise you to go somewhere else if you don't want to have problems.

Aite soo I got a brand new car like 5miles on it went to do my tint slash on the door panel, lady gave me a upgrade on the tint for the slash , second went to redo the tint bam bigger slash on the same side !! Oh did I mention a cig burn on the middle center console and I m suppose to go back for another deal but I m not !!!! Scared might me another burn or slash on my new car which bug me day to day about that slash and cig burn smh

Rip off artists!!!! No refund policy... its in fine print!!!! EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING INSTALLED. THEY SAY THEY ARE THE BEST & THEY'RE AS GOOD AS PROFESSIONAL LIAR AS THEY COME~ NEVER SIGN THEIR CONTRACT BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE --- SHOP AROUND --- AFTER HEARING THEIR QUOTE, IF YOU FEEL YOU MUST DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. HOWEVER THEY'RE NOT WORTH EVEN WASTING YOUR TIME OR SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$ WHEN YOU CAN GO TO A TOP NOTCHED BUSINESS THAT WILL ALWAYS OUT DO ANY SERVICE THEY MAY ADVERTISE~ "BUYER BEWARE"

Great cuatomer service... Had touble with my car and thought that is was alarm related.. Went to see if they could do anything... Not only did they helped ray the store manager came all the way to my house and helped me with my car.. It ended up not being an issue with the alarm... However; i truely apprecate they coming all the way to my house and doing everything they did... Highly recommended!!!

They are open on sundays, ONLY go to this shop if you have a day to waste because it took about 3-4 hours for my alarm job. Maybe my car was more difficult to work on but they did not let me know of the prolonged waiting before hand

Definitely NOT recommend, came in to get my windshield tinted, I was waiting for nearly 3 and a half hours. Definitely not recommended. Will never be coming back.
