Another great visit to this s location! This time service was complete! I appreciate the attention Omar, Dustin and Victor gave me and the detailed explanations, never felt rushed and that i was inconveniencing you guys and that is so important! I feel this is the best service I received as a vehicle owner by any dealership, truly remarkable! @tesla please make sure this team is recognized they deserve it!

I was very very impressed with the quality of the car I purchase. He helped everyone out with tesla car. I highly recommend him if you need to purchase a Tesla car.

We are in the journey shopping for a car, our choice number one is a Tesla Model 3, so we visited the Tesla dealership in Stockton CA. It was impressive to see the huge amount of cars they had, colors, models and for every budget! The customer service was excellent polite and very educational, clarify many questions we had towards the type of vehicles. We are very excited.

Tesla, has some of the worst customer care I've ever experienced. You can't speak to a person regardless of your situation. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Think twice, before you buy!

Took my car in to fix scratches noticed after delivery. One of the scratches was not fixed and would not take care of the swirl scratches on the hood and fenders. They only washed the areas that needed to be fixed. After picking up afterhours I noticed that the interior had white spots on the steering wheel seat and door. They also deleted messages sent over the app mentioning some of the damage they refused to fix.

Another fantastic experience at the Tesla Stockton service center, this time upgrading my vehicle to the FSD computer!Drop off was a breeze, my normal contact Dustin was off but Omar and Jasmine more than made up for him, they are always so kind and attentive such a great ownership experience, Victor (Service Manager) tool the time to explain what to expect and told me that the vehicle would be ready by the end of the day, well he lied to me it got done a lot sooner and I was still able to get a lot done since they finished early! Guys you can be proud of your impeccable service, great job all around! Justin (dealership general manager) your team is fantastic! I ll be referring all my friends and family to you guys!

They replaced our windshield which seems to be fine. But for $465 in labor costs it's pretty annoying that they didn't reconnect the wiper fluid tubes. Had to pop the front harness cover and fix it ourselves. Al was also rude over the phone while I was trying to see an invoice before paying. They failed to upload it into the system so we still can't see what was paid for the visit except for on our own bank statement. Super disappointing experience overall and won't go back. We'll try Tracy next time.Edit: They also re-installed the wipers incorrectly and it caused scratching on the car after continuous use in a rainstorm. Really poor workmanship.

This place is busy, with sales, demo drives, delivery of Teslas and service. I was acknowledged as soon as I approached the counter. I was a few minutes early for my 11:30am appointment. Regardless the car was ready and the trade in process was smoother than expected. I was even offered some snacks from their service waiting area. Overall, this is not your ordinary dealer experience but a good vibe from everyone working there. 2023 Model 3 RWD

On delivery day of New model y, 2 doors were bent and there was something in paint. Made appointment to get fix after week left my car at Stockton tesla.next day car ready everything same nothing was fix . Told me take car like that . I told them can t take like that need fix then manger came told me will replace both door and hood . Week later took car back and service guy told me that body shop is going to fix same door. They already tried body shop at initial appointment but body shop wasn t able to fix it, that s y Manager said they will replace doors and hood.

I had a disappointing experience at Tesla Stockton. The employees appeared disinterested and were rude when I sought assistance with a persistent issue in my Tesla a leak from the passenger foot. Despite multiple visits, the problem was not identified, and each return was met with attitudes that made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service left much to be desired.

We recently had a blowout on our Model 3. We contacted Roadside Assistance through the ap. Service was prompt, helpful, and easy. Tesla covered most of the overnight tow to Stockton Tesla. Tesla replaced the tire by noon on Saturday. The communication during the service was great, and, as always, with Tesla, the payment and pickup were super easy on the ap. As soon as we got on the freeway, we got a notification that the tire sensor was bad. The notification said it may clear on the next drive, but it has not. I wish they would have found that issue during the service because now I'll have to take off work to drive from Modesto to Stockton to get that addressed. We messaged them on the ap, so to be continued when they open Monday. Hopefully, I can edit to 5 stars when resolved.Well, my return appointment was Saturday and my review will stay at 3 stars. Although the customer service I received from Itzel was 5 stars, overall the experience was frustrating. Ahead of my appointment, I attempted to find out how long to expect the appointment to take and if I could get a loaner car. I attempted this communication through the app and by calling service directly. When I called the second time after not receiving a returned call, I spoke to Itzel. She was immediately able to provide a time frame and advise regarding how to request a loaner (call ahead & early). When I dropped off my car I told them I was feeling a vibration at freeway speeds. Upon inspection they told me my rim was badly bent and needed to be replaced. How was this not discovered when they initially changed my tire? The job was not thorough since they missed both the sensor and rim issue.

I love the idea of no commissions and no haggling, the high-tech cars, and saving the environment. But there doesn't seem to be much personal service, especially for buying a car that needs special attention due to its unique qualities! Overall, a good experience and we are excited to learn all about our new Model Y and drive it everywhere You tube is a great resource for more information

Used car delivery BEWARE: appalling customer service, and you ll be at Tesla s mercy for pick up and forfeiting your $500. Our pick up window was tues - Thursday 10am-5pm, so I hope you don t have a job, or kids - because Tesla doesn t care.This dealership is also very worn out and tired looking.

I picked up my car @ Tesla Stockton last week & finally gave it a proper bath today. When I picked the vehicle up it was <50% charged, filthy, scratched and most of the interior protective plastic hadn t been removed. First Tesla, love driving it but the delivery and new condition is pathetic. Employees seemed like they were doing me a favor allowing me to drive the car off the lot.

New Tesla service and sales center. Never been to a physical tesla service or sales center however they need to have at least chairs for people to sit on while waiting. They have a table and 2 red chairs for kids though. They have 2 sales people desks on either side of the main hall. All I am saying this place doesn't breath luxury. To be honest I think the inside is still under construction. Showroom is completely empty right now and no demo vehicles for test drives. Completely sold out. They are expecting early July 2021 to at least get some demo vehicles for test drives.

Very friendly staff, but the associate entered my email incorrectly yesterday. They didn't know how to go in the backend to correct it. I can't complete the financing portion of the proces until they fix the problem. Links they are sending are not working. I'm tech savy. I've been on hold on the phone now for 20 minutes, no answer yet. Getting really frustrated, this review may get worse. Come on folks, let's get this done! Ron

Guys beware from jennifer the service manager total rude and carless i brought my car to service after they forced me to take delivery against my well and said submit everything through the app and now they dont want to fix anything

Exceptional experience at Tesla, Stockton with sale adviser Mr. Tony! He was knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to finding my perfect car. Tony made the process smooth and enjoyable, and his follow-up was impressive. Highly recommend Tony at Tesla for a top-notch car-buying experience!

Probably the worst experience we've had with our car delivery. We were notified that our car was ready for pick up in December of 2022...and we're still trying to correct the issues we noticed on the day of delivery (4 Months!). Working with this service center at this location has been a nightmare. This is our 2nd time purchasing through Tesla and we specifically asked at the time of pickup, if we noticed any issues with our car will they all be taken care of...(we've known tesla has A LOT of quality issues)... they assured us that whatever we noticed will be taken care of under warranty. When it came time to actually get the issues fixed, how is it possible that we get our car returned with more issues? What's even worse is that they want to charge us for the service even though they messed up our car. Issues involve: Paint scratches, ripped interior, misaligned doors, and more. What's even more frustrating is that they're insinuating we caused the damage ourselves when we've literally driven less than half the miles since they had our car for almost a total of 3 out of the 4 months! Ridiculous.Our biggest regret is ever accepting this car. To future owners DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR VEHICLE IF IT IS NOT IN THE APPROPRIATE CONDITION. Please learn from our mistake and nightmare and just reject the car on delivery.

A week ago I walked in for a minor car repair for my Model Y - the side molding for the rear fender garnish for the left wheel came off. Luckily the part was available on-site. Bought the part and Danielle, the Service Advisor was very helpful and friendly and scheduled me for a same-day installation. Done in 2 hours. Great customer service.

Tesla, you re wasting your money. Visited on the 25th of April and the employees made it awkward and unwelcoming before we stepped out of our Y with their unwieldy stares. We weren t greeted when we entered and no one asked us if we needed help. They just gawked at us until we finally greeted first. An Asian female helped us, she was very dismissive with an attitude in delivering her answers, consisting of it s online, it s in the app, there s a number you can call . Every question asked was returned with a non-direct-/non-useful answer. Tesla, if this is the kind of customer service that you re providing, then you re wasting money on these unseasoned kids. There was also another female employee that day (with long dark hair) that stood around at the table, just chilling. We didn t know her purpose, she spoke not a word and took up space. It seems that once a car is purchased and everything has gone through, you/they don t care about us anymore now that you ve got our money. Your people need to be retrained.

Beware picking up a new car! Our trunk hydraulic has destroyed the body and trunk is totally unusable! Nothing they can do as far as giving out a loaner for us to bring car in. Everything is app app app I want a person to talk to! $65000 car and already issues 3 days in!Update: BIG thank you to Amanda and Itzel! They turned the most absolute worst experience into a good one. They got us in same day and gave us a loaner. These 2 women deserve a badge for the most amazing customer service that I could not find anywhere else at this dealer.

Here's my Tesla buying experience. I first met with Jake who was awesome very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went to pick up my Tesla a lady was helping me she pretty much just said go on your phone and figure it out from there and give us your check. I had multiple questions to ask could not open the car, I kept going back inside and asking her for help and she just kept telling me to follow all the prompts on my phone. I think for the amount of money I paid for this car somebody should come out personally and walk me through some basic steps on how to operate this piece of machinery. Not good Tesla not good. Other than that I enjoy my vehicle.

I bought a model 3 here, the car has several defects, but its okay. However, there were several things make me really unhappy. Firstly, when I asked the agent whether there is a referral I could take from my friend(My friend actually persuade me to purchase a tesla), the agent just lied to me and said there is no referral link for tesla. I know it might only be a $50 supercharge credit or something, but lying is unacceptable. Moreover, I came asking whether I could take the car today, and was promised that I could take it home from the same agent. However, once I accepted the finance aggrement, he told me that he just saw the wrong date of delievery date. I either have to change to another car I don't want, or I have to wait till tomorrow to get it. Those behaviors really make me believe that the agent intent to do it. If you see this review, please make sure you fully understand what you will get before placing your order.

Was the best and shortest used car buying experience. Did everything via the app prior to arrival attendant at the dealer was quick to pull us up and let us walk around the car. Walked inside signed some papers and walked away. Super painless and very convenient. Would buy a Tesla here again.

Worst experience of all time! No customer service and they want you to keep paying out of pocket when it should be covered under warranty. If you talk to Jennifer she won't do anything for you. I'm forced to hire attorneys and had to contact the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. Not worth buying a Tesla with people like this who treat you like garbage.

I only came for the Service Center. But I can see how other people say the Sales folks seem rude. I had a good experience with the Service team but was thrown off by the Sales folks.I took my new Model S in for my 1st service and they fixed absolutely everything. I took delivery in Dublin but took it here in Stockton since I was able to get an earlier appointment. And there was a lot wrong with it from one of the visor light not working to loose door seals. Basically no one in Dublin even gave my car an inspection.Only thing they couldnt fix was a noisy seat but they scheduled me for a next appointment once they receive the new part.One of the service advisors, Omar was extremely helpful too and directed me a loaner Tesla for the day so I didnt have to wait at the store all day.
