My 2020 Honda civic had starting problems so we scheduled an appointment for today at 7:30 we arrived on time and we were greated by smiling faces and very friendly service employees who immediately directed the tow truck driver to a good drop off location and they looked at the car found the problem and it will be ready for us to pick up within the next hour. Great people and great service. We are very happy customers thank you for the stellar service

I have mixed emotions regarding Stockton Honda. I needed to fix my fuel pump regarding a recall. Five minutes after I picked up my car. The fuel Guage didn't work. I immediately retured it. The service person apologized and gave me rental for the rest of the day. Previous visit they quoted me $160 for tire rotation. The only reason why I gave 2/5 is because the service person was extremely helpful in my situation. I have no confidence and do my best to avoid this place.

5 Stars for their service department. On services for my 2019 Honda Insight, they have gone above and beyond the scope of work to ensure my vehicle is running properly. At times when they are not able to perform the work, due to additional costs I may incur for the labor and parts, they have provided valuable advise and recommendations to ensure whoever makes a repair to my vehicle, they do it right! I love great customer service and their service team members definitely provide that.

Everytime I come here, I always end up paying more for services and when I do pay less, my car will end up with additional problems within a few weeks. Jerry is not honest, that croak is prejudiced and racism. I never have any issues at Elk Grove Honda, not to mention my bill always less. I lived in Stockton and have come to this place many times, Elk Grove services are much better and no after problems.

Changed the oil, rotated the tires. They reported setting the tire pressure to 33 psi however they did not. I went back in and they did add air to all 4 tires.

Zero star. I recently brought my CRV in for an airbag recall. The SRS light was on when I brought it in. It was still on when they finished the car. They told me the airbags won t work and that a repair is required. WRONG! Turns out the SRS light just needed to be reset. I did it myself. I m glad I didn t spend hundreds of dollars on nothing. Do not trust this dealership!! They are lazy, they just want your money, and they lie.

I made an appt 11/07 to get my 22 Civic in for routine maintenance (oil change, tire pressure..etc) and I got my appt by 11/08 at 7:45am I was in and out within an hour. Frank Santos was the service rep helping me, he was very nice and helpful! For sure will be doing my car maintenance at this location from here on out. Thank you Frank and the rest of the service dept at Stockton Honda!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Purchased a used 2019 Corolla hatchback from their dealership only to take it home and realized a headlight was burnt out & an odd noise coming from the wheels when making sharp turns. I thought for sure I was SOL for not noticing before driving off the lot. Surprisingly, this was not the case and they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was well taken care of when I brought it in. Mike S. did an amazing job at explaining what was wrong with the car and even hooked it up with a loaner so I wouldn't be waiting around too long for the fix. Got the car back looking and driving like it was brand new! Totally worth the drive from SF to do business with them in Stockton.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Stockton Honda. Very honest people working here that go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. I recently purchased a 2019 civic sport from another dealer not far away. While I discovered some issues early on with purchasing my vehicle. Eddie in service department was fantastic to work with he kept me in the loop with the waiting on parts for my vehicle and getting me in and out I a timely manner either everything explained well in greet detail. Eddie you have a customer for life I will always do business with Stockton Honda for any of my vehicle needs!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto interior vacuuming

Great service! Jerry Cash the service manager was able to get my repairs done in record time and was able to arrange for a discount on the cost!!Can not recommend highly enough!!!!

Was trying to see if I can get my new key fob program either by locksmith, was told fob programming done by dealership. Spoke with Eddie, about programming my keyfob for a spare key for my car. Got done with it in 30 minutes or so.
