Had an excellent experience doing business with Dominic! Was helping my aunt in finding a new CRV and Dom was very welcoming, zero pressure, and had a great positive attitude throughout. Was able to get a deal that we wanted and were happy with. Dom went above and beyond in customer service and was accommodating. I ve had history dealing with many salesman and Dom surprised me the most especially on our first meeting. He s done better than others I ve known for many years.

Bought my vehicle the time I need it and pay cash in full plus added handling. I can t drive the model outside of the city without getting into all sorts of hassles(road barbarism, license plate theft, nails, window smashing, park mode break issue, deep ditches, suspension installation error etc). The extended warranty package is outside of my budget after upselling and the engineers want to charge the amount on replacements instead (?!). They also suggested to buy the car back a year after for $15,000 less. No wonder they lost sales! They should have recalled the vehicle when a problem is first reported.

I have been diligently searching for an automobile for my daughter, and today marked the momentous occasion when I finally acquired a Honda Civic 2015 in Stockton. With the assistance of Carlo, my sales representative, I could procure a financially feasible vehicle for me without any undue pressure to overspend. Upon receiving her car, my daughter s joy and enthusiasm was palpable. As a single mother, I work assiduously to provide for my daughter and furnish her with everything she requires. At the tender age of 17, her journey towards greater responsibility commences with acquiring this car. If you see Synaiya and Amir on the road, say hello.

Sly and Eric where the main two salesman who helped me. They are the best and I m so happy with my new car. Both of them made it an easy process and made me and my son feel comfortable. Very patient and nice. Also met the manager of honda he was really great too. Best experience I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Also the finance guy was cool too. We loved it.

WOW! Stockton Honda is the place to go for your next car needs. My experience with them was nothing but easy, pleasureful, and fast. I was originally working with Honda in Folsom, but unfortunately, the salesmen there weren t making the experience easy. I had called Honda Stockton earlier in the day prior to going to Folsom Lake Honda to see what they could do for me since I was transitioning from a lease to buying a new car and Im so glad I did that because I was minutes away from signing for a deal at Folsom Honda that I was not happy with and that s when Sylvester from Stockton Honda called. He was calling me back to see how things were going and after talking briefly he was able to confirm with his manager that they would give me exactly what I wanted in regards to my trade in value and the price of the new vehicle. We left Folsom and headed to Stockton Honda and upon arrival, Sylvester had the new car all ready go, Steven the manger had all the numbers ready for us, worked with us EVEN MORE, and then Michael came from finance closing everything out. We were in and out within an hour. Steven even went the extra way in noticing my birthday was coming up and wishing a happy birthday. I will gladly make the drive out for my next car needs. The team there is amazing and makes you feel at home. Will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family!

We ve gotten 5 vehicles from here in the span of 4 years, and every single time it s been an exceptional experience! They listen and provided us with transparent pricing which helped us decide before having to go waste hours at the dealership. Aaron was pretty awesome. He helped us get into a new SUV same day and it didn t take long at all. He met most of our request, because it was hard to get an all black on black car, and we ve very appreciative of that. The main important part is that he got the payment price we were asking for! Very down to earth. He was quite informative about the process, numbers, and the vehicle. Couldn t ask for much more!

I saved a lot of time and money negotiating online and via text. It made the experience very smooth when I stepped onto the lot to just complete the buy in under two hours. My salesman Ricky, was very polite and accommodating, even agreeing to meet me on his day off. Michael in finance made everything quick and easily understandable and even brought down the price of the extended warranty as I was a first time Honda buyer. The new CRV I m extremely happy with and I hope to keep for the next 10 years at least!

I took my car here and met Rich who was knowledgeable and so friendly! I told him my issues with my car and he took the time to listen and understand what I was saying. Most of the time I feel uncomfortable with auto services as I don't want to get taken advantage of but that was not the case here. I don't live in the area so I was very appreciative of his help and my car was ready in no time!Thank you Rich for all your help!

We will be back to buy our next Honda from you! Is what I should have written back in 2019 when we bought our first Honda from your dealership. We purchased a CRV and have never been disappointed. I was searching for a 2024 Honda Pilot Elite, and found only one at your dealership. it was blue. Being perfectly honest, I was not interested in a blue vehicle. I did however, want to take it for a test drive which I did. My sales representative Frankie was more than accommodating. We talked about all of the pros and cons, honestly there weren t any cons, except for the color, for me since I had already done my homework. After looking at the beautiful blue color, my favorite color btw, and Frankie s encouragement, I decided to purchase the blue Honda Pilot Elite. I m so happy I did, I had to go to Costco the next day, and as I was looking out at all of the cars they were either white, silver, and very few black, or red and not one blue vehicle in the parking lot! I was able to spot my car so easily. It made me chuckle to myself that the only con that I had was the color, and now that turned into a pro as well! I LOVE MY BEAUTIFUL BLUE HONDA! I want to give a huge shout out to Stockton Honda and especially Frankie for hanging in there with me, helping me get the best deal possible, and all of the wonderful extras they threw in just to make me happy. We happily own a 2019, Honda CR-V and a 2024 Blue Honda Pilot Elite for our driving pleasure. Honda, if you read this I hope you hire more representatives like Frankie, his friendly smile, firm handshake, knowledge, desire to help, his positive, can-do attitude, his belief in Honda, and his common sense in helping me make a huge decision is appreciated more than you will ever know. Keep up the great work. Now I can say I will be back to buy my 3rd Honda!

Unpleasant Experience at Stockton Honda Service CenterI recently visited the Stockton Honda service center on 1/8/24 for an oil change, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The service advisor, Alonso, recommended additional services like tire rotation and coolant replacement, which I agreed to. However, after the service, I was charged $422.82, significantly more than the usual cost of $150 to $170 for such services.To make matters worse, just two days later, my car started displaying high-temperature warnings. Considering I had a recent successful smog check on January 4, 2024, with no leaks, it s concerning that these issues occurred right after the service. Now, they claim I need to replace the thermostat, address a clogged heater core, fix a leaking water pump, replace the belt, and deal with coolant issues. None of these problems were present before the service, and I find it hard to believe they are not related to the recent work done on my car.As a six-month pregnant individual, I rely heavily on my car, and this unexpected situation has caused significant inconvenience. The service center is not taking responsibility for the issues they ve caused, insisting that I pay for parts and labor that were not initially problematic.I urge the management to take responsibility for the situation, rectify the issues, and return my car as soon as possible. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend Stockton Honda service center to others until these matters are resolved satisfactorily.

***PLEASE READ - AMAZING PERSONNEL WORK HERE! My review focuses on Honda employee CORBIN who drove me home after I dropped off my truck for service. So this young man Corbin- He s a sophomore in college and is majoring in education. His goal is to acquire his Masters in Education and wants to teach K-12. His ultimate goal in life y all ask? To teach young children and to help and guide others the best he can. I was proud just listening to him and of his future goals! He is blessed and I told him so! Ok so as for my truck it s a truck. Corbin (and all the others like him who are thriving to make a difference) is more important today! God bless and GOOD VIBES ONLY

Alex Lira is one of the main reasons I have returned to Stockton Honda over the 10 years owning the vehicle I bought there in 2013. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful and ensures customers get top tier customer service.
