Quoted me more money once he arrived, claiming he had to do extra work. I was told that he would email me my receipt and I told him that he doesn t have my email address so how could he do that, so he said that he would text it to me never received, it s been over 2 weeks and he didn t do a good job. Notice how panel is lifted at the top and won t stay down completely. It did prior to him replacing the glass.

Had these guys replace my windshield for me. Guy quoted me $249 for labor and parts. Once the specialist was done he had told me that it's $30 extra for the top window strip which I had told him the other guy said $249. Ended up paying him $279 because he insist. They told me they were going to email me my receipt but never did. Going on to the installation. 1st I noticed that the gluing on the molding strip was done poorly, mentioned to the guy and he says that it's ok. After he left, I check the function of the windshield spray and noticed it's not working. Open up the hood and noticed water leaking out to the side. He did not reconnect the hose after he was done replacing the window. Also noticed that most of the plastic clips on the windshield cowling is broken and he had replaced only two and left the other ones alone. Called both the specialist and the main office and they didn't bother to answer until repeatedly calling for 10 minutes. The main office said that they'll send the specialist back and he never came back. Very very poor service from both the specialist and service communicator. Will not recommend these guys at all.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I don't normally write reviews but I had to for Stockton Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist. I had a major crack running across my windshield and they were able to come to my office and replace it the same day! Zaki did the work himself and he really knows his stuff when it comes to auto glass. Extremely friendly, fast service and great prices. Don't go anywhere else for your windshield needs.

I brought my car into Stockton Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist last month because a rock hit my windshield and left a big crack. Zaki ordered a new windshield and had it installed in just a couple of days. He was very friendly and professional, and the new windshield looks fantastic. The windshield on my classic car was badly damaged and I thought I'd have to replace the whole thing, but Zaki at Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist Stockton said he could just repair the big crack. He did an amazing job - you can hardly even see where it was damaged anymore! And he charged me way less than I expected. I'll definitely be recommending his shop to all my friends.

Zaki at Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement Specialist Stockton is a lifesaver! My windshield cracked suddenly last week and he was able to come out to my office the very next day to replace it.
