Went to PK tire on Waterloo road to get a lift on my 2024 Silverado, their prices were really great and they did an amazing job on the lift and alignment. They were very patient with me and took the time to help me pick the right wheel and tire combination. I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely coming back. Quality work excellent service!

1st time here came for an oil change,as soon as we arrived, an employee named Ricky helped us out and took the car back right away, got the car back just as fast. Quickest service we've received. The car drove as good as new!** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!**** GREAT FEES W/ GREAT SERVICE! **

I had a friend replace the rear brake shoes on my car but when he was finished the brake pedal was very loose and I had to pump it to engage. He wasn't able to fix it so I took it to PK to get it adjusted. They told me it would be 50 bucks for the adjustment. A few minutes after they had it they said that there were some issues. First issue was that they were only able to open the left drum while the right one was stuck closed. Keep in mind that when the shoes were replaced both drums were opened and this was only 3 hours before I took it in to PK. PK told me that not being able to open up the right drum was a sign of a serious issue. Okay. Then they showed me the inside of the left drum which had a few scratches. Well according to them those scratches meant that an adjustment couldn't be done. They then told me that I needed to come back the next day, buy new drums and then they would bleed the brakes and then they would be able to adjust them. And of course, the rate would be different, 150 per hour labor rate. This didn't sound right so I took the car to another place out in Charter Way and guess what? They charged me 50 bucks to bleed both back brakes and that was that. Brake problem fixed in 20 minutes. Beware of these guys.

These guys are very helpful and the owners good people. I got tires from them and the next week I hit a pothole and got a flat. Came back to them and they took care of me and got me a new one. I highly recommend them

I had just bought a 2014 Subaru Outback a week ago and was experiencing some issues with my tire pressure monitoring system. Decided to come here for assistance and I was very pleased and impressed with the level of customer service and the efficiency of this place. Not only did they fix the issue quickly , they went the extra mile to check my tires and looked at the other concerns I had. They even checked the fluids to make sure my car was safe for a trip I m taking in a few days. I had peace of mind when I left and rescheduled with them to fix an issue with my wheel in a couple of weeks. Great place. I ll be coming back here from now on.

They kept my metal valve stem caps and replaced them with 3 plastic ones and left one bare. 3 days after getting my new tires on, I tested the air pressure, and they had it up to 44. They were supposed to be at 35, and it says so clearly in my door.

They sold me 2.5 year old tires as new tires. When I told them they said we will order you new tires by tomorrow. The next day they said the tires have not come in. Why did they install 2.5 year old tires on my car when I paid for new tires. Had I not looked they wold be OK with this. Why sell old tires as new tire. Pk will sell you old tires for new tires. Do not shop here if you want new tires.

I said that they were good. But I was so wrong about this. Place they did not fix my car. I just went and got brakes did and rotors. And I'm thinking it was the back. Because PK Tires did my front. In February of this year was supposed to do my rotors, my brakes. Give me a brand new tire and fix my. Will barrel for $900? Come to find out that they did not even. Fix it This place that I just went to said that PK tires never even gave me new rotors R brakes. I had a crack in my rotor and my brakes were bad in the front and PK pirates supposed. I had did that and didn't do their job.

Best mechanics in town! Customer service is always friendly & welcoming! I moved to Stockton in 2018 and been going to them ever since for the services they provide. They gave me great deals for 4 brand new tires, brand new brakes & brand new rotors. I was skeptical at first because any other mechanics try to rip me off but they genuinely care about your car & wallet. Great establishment , I wish them nothing but infinite success in this business!

Very honest review I brought my old truck in to have breaks and belts done and it ended up being a mess of problems. Most the parts I brought in were wrong so there was some back and forth to autozone. It ended up costing me over 800 in parts and over 800 in labor. The reason why I'm not giving a 5 star review is because I believe there was a little lack of knowledge on my break system which cost me a lil more and some of my parts were reusable and no 1 told me that at the shop. The final product works amazing. Also having the power booster replaced has made my truck start up way more better now. Cold starts were super hard and now it's gone. Idk if im saying this right but Muhammad should be the store manager very nice guy and he knows his stuff. The mechanics are very nice and polite. Even tho people are saying I over paid I'd still recommend this place. I've had my fare share of rude mechanics and this place you don't have to worry about that. I'm very pleased with the final product.A bad shout out to the mechanics when doing breaks you guy should clean the Rotors and pads I've drove over 80 miles and my breaks are smoking and have been since I got it back. The amount of money I paid I shouldn't be having this problem yall said my truck is fine but they are still smoking.

Bev, great prices on everything. I took my car there because it was pulling to the left and then I hit a pothole with the weather and I started pulling to the right and then I knew it was time for an alignment. But when I got there, he show me that the inside of my tire was bored, so I ended up getting some new tires. Fast friendly service highly recommend.

There's a guy in there not the old man not the guy who combs his hair in a spike but the other dude with the beard Indian or Pakistan whatever he is the heavy set one he wants to charge you for everything been a customer here the other guy said theyll check my door come in other guy wanted to charge me to look at it then and to work on it later makes no sense just charge me at once not twice but that guys no good I'm a have to go somewhere else

Do not buy tires from this shop. They will lie to you that they do free balance and rotation, but they dont. They will only balance the front tire and make you pay for the back tire rotation. Stick with Americas Tires moving forward.

Last minute tire change. Size 15 they don't make them and they had the last ones in stock. Shop closed at 530. They Said they will wait here until 6pm. As promised. They waited and changed the 4 tires also did alignment. I recommend this to all in the area.

I just want to say thank you to Mohammed, the owner. I've had professional and transparent service from them, and I must add that they are one of the best places in Stockton that would balance your tires correctly. They are not only friendly and nice people over at PK tires, they are respectful and know the value of good customer relations

Went to get a alignment done on my car, with no appointment, and was suprisingly out in a little less then an hour. My car has been driving emaculate ever since. Thanks PK Tire Pros for the reasonable price and great customer service !

This is a go place when you looking for new, used tires and/or wheels. Fast and friendly service, I was surprise how quick they served me after my car got towed there. Thank you PK Tire and all the staff.

A friendly, knowledgeable sales staff out in front of a very capable tire installation crew, topped off with a 70k Laser Hawk alignment machine and a couple great mechanics to run that makes PK the place to go for tires and alignments here in Stockton. Pair that info with their great pricing on tires and what you end up with is a solid, dependable business.
