I went in yesterday and they said they we're fully booked for the day. So they scheduled me for an appointment today at 9AM. I came in at 8:55AM to check in, and they said there's a wait time there's a couple of cars ahead, I asked them how long and they said they're not sure. I asked them if I should come back in an hour or two and they said they can't tell how long. WHAT'S THE USED OF SCHEDULING ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT A SPECIFIC TIME!?

Worst service ever! I do not recommend this place I got an oil change from them and I had no idea they stripped my oil plug till it was time for N oil change again I took it back to them and they tried to say they didn t do my oil change so they would not be responsible for the damage now I have to repair and pay for the damage they caused! Will never go to them or any pep boys again!!

This was my first time to pepboys for service. The service was great. The team was really friendly. The manager was very informative. Overall a good experience. I will definitely be returning for service.

Made appointment for 1pm and the guy told me they won't get to my car until 3pm. This is the 2nd time this happened at this location. Never going back there again.

Like some other reviewers, this location's costumer service is horrible.Don t even bother scheduling an appointment,, it doesn t matter. They don t honor it. Tried to ask a question to one employee ( the head mechanic supposedly) and just ignored me. And he looked at me. I said Good morning sir, I have question? If that isn t an indication of horrid attitude, than I don t know what is. And he still beep at me while talking to one of his colleagues.You have to waits hours. We told them what we needed and some hours later they barely notified us that they are ill equipped. Go to another pep boys they said. I went home. Also there was other people waiting. One guy was there since 8am, it s was gonna be 12pm.Look I can t tell what to do, but it s better not to come here. I rather not have someone who gets offended by one question touch my car.Edit: one key detail I forgot,, they seem to take their pretty good time changing tires. When I got there a white truck was already lifted to change tires. The head mechanic brought in another car to do the same,, let s just say he got that car done faster the truck. Still taking his sweat time to do it tho. I felt bad for that Elderly man of the truck just walking around glancing to see if it s done.

If you want to get to or from. You have to get the best thing to get you in or out or something dune for your car or truck and you can get tires on and get going to home or something like that,

Fantastic work done. My alternator went out and Chris is amazing and friendly. He helps to alleviate fears and anxiety. I needed that my car broke down and I don t even live here!! I appreciate Chris and the entire staff for working on my car and getting me back to work in a timely manner

The service here is horrible. Never again will I be returning to pep boys. Was told to come in, service would take about one hour for an oil Change. It didn t, I waited over an hour for the service to never get started on My car. They ended up taking another person before me, that came in after with No appointment. The guys that are servicing the cars are horrible. I ended up just leaving instead. The mechanics rather stand around bs, and be on their phones. If you want to wait for horrible service and BS.. go for it. Never again. This was my First and Definitely My Last Time ever coming here. Good luck

Scheduled service through the website for a noon appointment. When I arrived they told me they don t work on Teslas. Than why did you allow me to book the appointment. Eventually they agreed to work on the car, but I wish they didn t. Waited 1 hour before they even started working on the car. Took an additional hour and 45 minutes to install 2 tires. Noticed when I got home they scratched both rims.

Only have gave 1 star because I had to. Worst customer service ever. From out of town and was towed here by my insurance roadside assistance. Parking lot is very dirty and my son was accused by a tubby little man with an authority complex saying he saw him throw trash in his disgusting parking lot. This trash is all you Stockton! This is not how we roll. Before this he told us they only have a mechanic on the weekend ummm riiiight. Have another tow truck coming but he said he will have to ask us to leave if we don t pick up the trash. We ll we re not picking up the trash your homies left out here. This is all you and yours. Not me and mine.

I had an appointment scheduled for 530 pm. The guy behind the counter said that s too late, we have to be out of here on time. I explained well the website let me schedule it. He said can you come back tomorrow. I said no my car is very low on oil. Then he says I can schedule you for Sunday. Why have an option on the website if your not going to honor the website try to make me feel bad because you would have to stay late.

I want to first say that this location has gained a customer for life. I was having issues with my car due to a different location installing an incorrect battery into my car. I thought I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get my car fixed but this crew went above and beyond to fix a mistake that they didn t make. Nic and his team are very polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. They figured out that the battery was incorrect and they went out of their way to figure out how to make it right. Long story short they replaced my battery and honored the warranty. They called me back when they said they would and even kept my car in the garage overnight to make sure nothing happened to my clicar in their parking lot. I have never encountered a more thoughtful mechanic team. I truly am grateful for their help and will forever go to this location moving forward.

Made an oil change appointment online for 5 pm the next day, got a call that morning that they can't change oil at 5 and return the car by 6 before they close. Took time off work the next day and scheduled another appointment at 4 pm, got the confirmation email. Arrive at 345, waited for 15 minutes for a someone to acknowledge me. Was told they could not change my oil because their internet was down.REALLY?I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME WITH PEP BOYS EVER AGAIN!I suggest you do the same.

Everyday prices are ok and good when there are coupons available. Takes more time than guaranteed online. Customer service is not as great as its advertise.

Serviced my Acura ILX 2016 here. Replaced suspension and new tires. They were suppose to add new sensor to my one tire. Made me wait an hour because they said they forgot. Afterward I had to take it to the dealership and they told me i had no sensor on that tire. who knows what else they're hiding. NEVER AGAIN PEP BOYS!

Scheduled an appointment online the night before.Drove 30 minutes to the location and was told they don't do AC service at that location.Waste of time. at 11:00 there were almost no car's being worked on. Probably a sign of how much that location is liked by other people.

Went last week to take my car. They said it would be ready by Sat. Which of course nothing is open.(1) secondly the guy at the counter told me it would be one price if all the things were their plus an extra charge for the wiring inspection since I "was" supposed to get fog lights but at the end I didn't cuz they didn't have the assemble. So he called manager and just started talking fast and just saying the prices out loud. Which what I'm saying is that they still over charged us.

We very much would like to express our deepest appreciation for the work Ty and Markos did to save the life of a kitten. We were driving from out of town and realized that a kitten was stuck inside the bumper of our Tesla. Unaccustomed to working on Tesla s, the gentleman at Pep Boys were more than willing to assist us. Ty and Markos were determined to remove the kitten safely, while ensuring our vehicle wasn t damaged in the process. One individual even provided food for the kitten. I have nothing but the highest recommendations for the team at this Prep Boys due to skillfully dismantling parts and providing great customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond, the team exceeded our expectations.

I have been a regular customer at Pep Boys on West Lane but June will be the last time my car goes to Pep Boys. The alignment and steering problem was fixed well, but the mechanic who worked on it the second day was not my regular mechanic. They did not ask if I wanted another mechanic to work on my car and as it turns out, the AC fan motor immediately started screeching the moment I got my car back and took it to the car wash. Right after the car wash I brought my car back and showed them the new issue that they caused and they said they had not broken my air conditioning fan and that it must have been a coincidence. I shook it off since it was just a noise and the fan still worked but the fan has just stopped working completely now. My AC was working fine and perfectly cool air just a month ago and now my fan wont even turn on. so I took my car in for one thing and then left with another issue after paying over $1000 dollars. So they were really lacking in patience and customer cordiality when I was trying to explain to them the new screeching noise that started occurring from their service. They got really defensive so I backed down but now I am more convinced that maybe something really did go wrong because they know I am usually a customer that can afford car repairs maybe they hurt my car. I just CANT TRUST THEM ANYMORE. They lie about things and they act like you will never figure it out or know anything about cars so their tracks are covered. They ultimately said, I can't PROVE that they hurt my car so they wont fix the new issue that they caused. The sound was so bad it was like they were ignoring it and saying I was lying and it was quite obvious it was a new sound and that the idea that it was a coincidence has not kept me convinced. Bye and thanks for the alignment services, that went well, but I can't afford to let people hurt my car and lie to me about it.
