In this age of many people buying on-line, I appreciate the availability to buy locally at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Parts quality has always been good, and most parts are in-stock. Ordered parts are usually available in a few hours. Thanks O'Reilly!

O Rielly staff was super pleasant and nice to work with! They help you with what you need and if they don t have it in stock, they ll take their time to find out if other stores have any others in stock. While waiting, the staff member would talk to you and make the time pass by while they work hard behind the counter.

O'Reillys doesn't care about its customers in case of a restroom emergency. I was denied using the restroom, as a customer of many years now. They said they "don't have restrooms" . We'll then customers should shop at autozone. autozone let's us use their restrooms. Never shop here. Ever, until they learn how to respect their customers

1.) This O'Reilly Store located in Stockton, California on Pacific Ave..deserves a Huge Shout Out for an outstanding representative of their Company..!!2.) During this phase of "LACK of CUSTOM in CUSTOMER SERVICE" era,, I was pleasantly surprised when encountering an ATTENTIVE and KNOWLEDGEABLE O'Reilly rep with my confusing automotive question..He went ABOVE and BEYOND his quick witted answer and left me feeling incredibly satisfied and ..!!**So,,,,Thank you,,,,Sean with a 'K' for making my day..!!**and restoring my hopes that this LACK of CUSTOMER CARE era IS just a phase..!!!

We had been here a few times and nothing to complain or comment about about, but nothing special to brag about either. Until one day we met one employee who made the experience of shopping at here a lot more pleasant. So we shop here when we need to simply because of one 10 star employee, Larry. My partner and I had the luck of being helped by Larry. He was kind and definitely went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our situation. He definitely is an asset to his company because of his exemplary customer service, which now a days, sadly is hard to find. I know who's help to look for when I have a question or need assistance with my cars never ending maintenance. Advice I can trust and the best customer service I've seen in a long time. We want to say that we appreciate his excellent customer service and a big Thank you!!!

Workers doesn't even know what they are selling. Asked for discount and charged me overpriced than the discounted list price. Couple of workers were rude, too.

I have to say that as an auto shop teacher, I generally get really frustrated with part stores. But not here at O Reilly's on Pacific. The staff is really good, and the 3-4 times I've needed the store, the parts have been correct and we're not defective. I really appreciate their courtesy and knowledgeable staff. O'Reilly's has my endorsement bas a shop teacher and my loyalty as a customer.

First of all I believe the name of the sales rep that help me was keesen. He was very helpful polite and very informative. I told him that I believe that my battery was going dead and that I needed to replace it. He told me that we should go outside check the battery and see if it was any good and needed to be replaced. We then proceeded outside and which it tested the battery and went as far to show me the results of the test indicating that it needed to be replaced.We then proceeded back inside and which I chose a battery to equivalent to the one I was replacing. He then appreciated to go outside and he installed the battery for me in which my opinion he went far and beyond his duties to help me. It was very much appreciated by me and made me a future customer of O'Reilly. In the future should I ever need any other Auto parts etc I will certainly be going to O'Reilly's this is one very satisfied and happy customer thanks to kesean

Nice people at this location and they give good service. I was able to purchase a part for my gas trimmer without paying more money for a generic blister pack of assorted parts. They are nice enough to price match with major competitors too.

Drove to this location b4 they closed after getting a battery jump; at first they said couldn't install as it's after 7 p.m. pleaded my case to lady manager and after much hard work on both employees effort I now have a new battery. I can't thank them enough for going over and above to assist me.

I stopped in to get a turn signal lamp for my wrangler. The saleswoman quickly identified the correct bulb, and retrieved it from stock, then checked me out all in less than two minutes. And, she even sold me a lube packet I didn't even know I needed. The service was great, but the store didn't stock a few other items I needed off the shelf.

Today I went to my local O'Reilly store. I needed to get Anti-Freeze desperately for my truck. I was ready to pay with my $100 dollar bill. But they didn't have change for my bill. And I've been a costumer there for over 5 years now. This was absolutely ridiculous. They lost business for not having change to give me for my money. I simply walked out and left.

I don't know why these people work there if they don't want to do their jobs. I asked for help and the guys there pointed me to random places where they think it would be but it was not there at all yet didn't bother once to even walk out w me to help. I did eventually find what I needed on the shelves. There were 2 guys and a female working. There was only 1 other customer and I where they too were not even helping the other guy very much either but chatting.

We had broken down, and walked to the store. The gentleman that helped us, I believe, he was the daytime manager on a Sunday. It was the day the Bears played the Niners. He was very kind and highly knowledgeable. Our stress levels decreased tremendously because of his demeanor. That man needs a raise! We got the part we needed and was back on the road in no time!

The young lady who helped me today by checking my engine light that was on.She was great she went above and beyond to check my gas cap to see if I needed a new one that meant alot to me.She made me feel that I can trust O"Reilly to help me with whatever I need to keep my car going...Thanks O'Reilly I recommend that people come here for auto parts plus good advise.

Service is slow and when I called 20 minutes before they closed the phone continually rang for about 5 minutes and then hung up.

I go to this store other the others in the area. I think they do well to keep people out of the parking lot, that feel the need to repair their cars as soon as they buy the part. I dont find myself taking through oil to get to the door. They are fast, and as I bought a battery there today, the last was actually pretty savvy on what she was doing, and that's so much h more reassuring when they do ik instead of it just being a job to get through.

Andres was nice and polite. Actually I chat online with O'Reilly s agent before I went there and gave me the parts number. I had an overheating problem and bought a new radiator cap for my 2002 Toyota 4runner. I waited for the agent about 2 min. They have it and is affordable.

The staff working this evening do not know how to cross reference OEM parts against their brand parts with their computer system and their system is fully capable of doing it. I have had it done many times with other employees at this location. Needless to say, I didn't get 2 parts because they don't know their system. How disappointing.

Best oreilly in town hands down luckily I get to use the commercial side of the store. Jason is the go to guy when you have a gasket or seal you don't even have to show the guy and he already knows what your talking about. Kat always has the best attitude even when she is having a rough day together these to make the dream team

The guy was nice enough to price match the oil bringing it down almost a full $10. I really appreciated it more than anything. It was a huge help. I really would like to once again thank the ones who helped me out.

Came into the store to buy new windshield wipers. James greeted me as soon as I walked in. As he was ringing up my purchase, I asked if the wipers were easy to put on. Without hesitation he offered to put them on for me.

People here are friendly i bought my air condition filter from them and they help and answer my question with no hesitation especially a woman like me im not too familiar with car parts really helpfull and not only that i recycle my used motor oil with them no question ask! Great Service i only buy parts i need from them because i want to stay and do business with people i already know and familiar withGreat job & Service!!!!!

A person named Paige was to perform a service, she not o lay did not complete the service, but was rude and unprofessional . Over 4 hours for a o e hour job and o lay half was done. Ended up having to get a refund. Very disappointed
