Carlos is an above and beyond example of how customers should be taken care of. He replaced My truck battery after discussing the best options for me, and had me back on the road in no time at all. I really appreciate his professionalism and hard work.

DO NOT BUY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE ELDERLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My 87 year-old grandmother bought a battery "charger" from this location on 5-19-23. We had a brand new battery that was drained overnight and we needed a charger to bring it back up, and so, we bought the "Schumacher 10 Amp 6, 12 Volt Battery Charger." However, the item is fully automatic and cannot detect a battery that has been drained; in this way it should be advertised as a battery maintainer and not a charger. We ended up burrowing a manual charging unit from a neighbor and that was that. So...on Monday May 22nd around 8:48 (pm), I went to this location on my grandmother's behalf to get a refund for this defective battery "charger." The sales associate named "Benny" declined our return and said "this was considered an electrical item and cannot be return." So naturally I asked him to point out on their return policy where it states such a thing. Benny then got triggered and said he can grab me the employee handbook? I was thoroughly confused. He then became agitated and asked me if I am "IGNORANT?" that he's a manager and how can he resell a battery charger when the box has been opened? At this point I asked to speak with the Store Manager and he said the Owner will be in the following morning. I grabbed the item and began walking out the front doors, but Benny decided to follow me on my way out saying rude things to me. I am appalled by the way this employee behaved and it saddens me that this location treats customers this way. I will definitely go out of my way to purchase from an AUTO ZONE before ever returning to this location again.-with much regret,Dr. M. Dominguez Jr., LMFT

I loved the girl on the desk not sure about her name , but been here for at least two times in the last three weeks . She knows about cars and is an excellent customer service , that makes you feel confident and confortable to come back

I was in a panic trying to find a car battery and sure enough not only did this O'Reilly have it in stock, but they were able to install it for me. ( Hammer Lane location) Shout out to the tech that helped me, his name is Everett!!!! He was friendly and helpful from the moment I called to the second I drove away.

Poor customer service. Dropped off a battery to test and she said she will call back in one hour to let me know about the battery. 2 hours later i called the store and she haven't even test the battery. It was still on the counter. She said she will call me back in 10 minutes to see how the battery is. One later she didn't call back so I went to pick up my battery and took it to auto zone. Auto zone tested and said it was still good and he charged it for me. One hour later I went to pick up the battery and it was fine. Poor service at O'Reilly location on Hammer lane. She needs to be trained and do a better job.

I was helped by Dave today, and he went above and beyond with his customer service. I was very happy with my purchase and felt confident that the parts I received will work great. I totally recommend this store.

Just left this place. Went in to get a new set of brakes through their lifetime warranty program. The woman behind the counter treated me as if I was trying to rob her store. If this is how they feel about their customers I'm gonna start going elsewhere. There's a hundred other places to get auto parts around here.

I want to say THANK YOU to Dave. He just provided my sister with excellent service. She went in to buy a battery and he went out of his way to come and install her battery. It turned out that she didn't need a battery. He told her want she need and even fix the problem. This shows there are people still out there cares. Thanks Dave

All the staff are nice, most of the time they can get the part I need. Can get busy though, but it's close to home so I plan accordingly.

I dont often come here but when I do it's always an odd ball question trying to figure out something after market on my car and the staff is always super helpful and always give a good effort trying to find a solution to my dilemma. Good staff.

#horrible kept getting pushed aside to assist other customers who were supposedly ready to check out. Before I just walked out of there the guy said he was going to do something in the back but he took too long.
