Be careful with the sales personnel. Get whatever they "tell" you in writing. I took my truck there to sell and told Derrick that I had an emailed offer from one of their competitors and he "said" they only match written offers. I took the written offer to him the following day and he took it to the manager and came back and "said" they are sticking to their lower offer. The difference of $2500 more from the other dealer was my gain. Just hated the back and forth wasting of time with Derrick and his bosses.

Nissan of Stockton service department was great they worked with me the entire process giving me updates when I asked my car recently went in for a full sunroof replacement and Amanda one of the service advisors was super helpful and understanding as well very nice with a great attitude and frank one of the service advisors as well was very helpful and nice.

My 2018 Nissan Leaf had a recall and I just got it done today at Nissan of Stockton. They reprogrammed the Vehicle Control Module (VCM) and after they finished I charged up my car and noticed an increase on my battery range

They took long, didn't share timely updates with me, I had to be calling to check in the car, this was more than an oil change, sloppy work, wouldn't even clean after themselves and they completely took off the rubber part of my bumper, under the car, and never put it back.

NoS was very helpful and took all of my needs and concerns seriously and did an Amazing Job at getting my Nissan taken care of and back on the road. I think it was a 7 point inspection. The facility is beautiful and immaculate. So comfortable with chairs tables big windows coffee TV. A lovely experience. The service was fast. The employees kind and professional. I m definitely returning for future services as needed. I was sold a faulty vehicle from another dealership and Nissan of Stockton took extremely good care of me. Amanda was my advisor she made sure I got a ride home because I had to leave my car there a few days and gave me an accurate due date for when my vehicle would be done excellent service! Before appointment was scheduled and confirmation sent, service writer failed to note date change to following day. When I arrived at scheduled time, second service writer told me I had missed the appointment showing date of 6/8, not 6/9. Second service writer made adjustments and got us in and out in about 3 hrs ... thank you, Amanda!! I would've given 5 stars had the appointment been correctly written by original service writer.Service: Battery

Turned in my car for recall repair told about 2 hours they would call when done. At 6 pm I dropped by to check on the car and it wasn t finished ( the mechanic was pulled off to do a brake job and never finished it till we asked for it.:( I turned it in to them at 8am

Great customer and user friendly communication to get to know status of your auto's repairs and approving further work (if needed) They have renovated the waiting room and have cold water and hot coffee for waiting persons

I was told there would be a wait time of 3 hours so I stayed and did some work in the shop. The showroom & service waiting area was very clean & comfortable. The staff is very professional and very nice. When my car was done (less than 3 hours time), service provider, Amanda Matthews walked over to me to advise my car was done. Great customer service!!! I had major concerns about my cars frame and suspension, They went above and beyond the normal shop diagnostic process to make me feel the confidence in my car that I once had. Instead of just telling me that everything was fine, they proved it to me. I have never experienced this level of customer service. This service was great personnel were helpful kind and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Great recovery from the last time I went I went in for a recall. I left my car there and one of the two ladies who were answering phones was very rude and very unprofessional, they took longer than expected to fix the problem and she would not give me an approximate time when it would be finishedService: Oil change

This is the first time I ve been at Stockton Nissan when I called for an appointment a lady made my appointment she was very nice ! Then when I arrived for my appointment she treated me like a king! I m retired was a mgr in the meat for Lucky stores and Save Mart stores so I know about customer service. Believe me when I say she Amanda was fantastic!! Chris was AMAZING. Answered every question and explained everything I asked thoroughly. I had a recall on my car and asked how much alignment and transmission fluid would be and he gave me prices and explained why it was higher than a normal oil stop place is. When I walked into Nissan of Stockton, they took me in immediately. They had a very nice place to wait with fresh coffee. They took my car in quickly. They were finished with the oil change and the 7500 mile checklist in about 45 minutes. It was very convenient, efficient, & most importantly affordable. I brought my Nissan in for an oil change. They have a new service area, which is very nice and is definitely catered to those who have to wait. They have a coffee and water station, cubicles to use with outlets so you can work on a laptop and tvs. The oil change is a good deal $24.99 and I didn t have to wait long.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Customer service is great! However, there is an add on Facebook that says the oil change is $39.95, when I got there they said it would be $49.95 and that they have been trying to get the add off of Facebook and Instagram for a while. I have always been against going to dealership(s) for any service due to cost and customer service but now I'm definitely convinced otherwise due to the exceptional service I received from Chris & his team!! We have been extremely dissatisfied with the service from this entire location. From sales to service, the communication leaves much to be desired. The two departments do a terrible job at making sure what was promised is fulfilled. I dropped of my vehicle for one thing (a fender issue), and then someone at the dealership destroyed a completely different part (the soft top). My car sat at a different dealership for 3 weeks with little to no communication from anyone. No one wanted to take responsibility for the issue, and no one cared to communicate about what the timing would be for repair. We were flat at out lied to about who would return calls, and after weeks of trying to get an answer from the service team we would be passed around to various managers, or sent to voicemail from the service advisors (who have yet to advise anything). Finally Michael tried to help but the vehicle was not and still has not been repaired. I am highly disappointed with my experience after purchasing two cars in the same day from this dealership. It was made clear that we run short term rentals and needed the car to be making money. No one cared that I had the car for less than a week, while it sat for 3 weeks without me being able to rent it out. Finally I just picked it up (from a completely different dealership) with the issue not being solved still. In addition, my Tesla was being repaired, and someone left the back door open for two days. I was aware of this because my app wouldn t let me lock the doors because of the door being ajar. I still don t understand what the back door had to do with the tire or the windshield (which is why we brought it in for service). It s clear that there is negligence, and a lack of communication. The advisors take no responsibility when these type of issues come up. I hope the GM will reach out because this service is completely unacceptable. I am willing to go as high up as needed to get some resolve. I will never buy a car from this location again and I will tell my other friends and family to avoid this location if things are not resolved.Service: Body & Trim

I had a part purchased for my truck. They said the part would be there the next morning but it was not so one of the managers helped me out and told me to come in and that he would fix and install the part for free which I thought was very cool. However when I got back into the truck I noticed a pair of my shoes were missing, a brand new pair of Adidas flip-flops and I m positive they were in the back of the truck. I frustrated the guy at the counter that told me that the part would be there and it wasn t so I feel like he probably took them. I just don t want to deal with this place anymore. I m very happy that the manager did that but they still got over on me in the end.
