Great Quick and responsive service, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Best prices in town,The tires are quite and comfortable driving, alignment was also serviced to front end and best of all Les Schwab s Financing was super easy.Nice Job Dennis, keep up the great work as store Mgr.

I love this place before, but not after covid. They change the way they do service. I bought 4 new tires with the alignment. 50k miles warranty. Been come back for rotation. After about 8 months of driving around 15k miles. This time, come back for rotation they said tires off alignment, so it no longer warranty for the tires. Been talking with them about alignment and how the warranty. He didn't bother to look for the history. Just said they are no longer warranty for the tires because car have alignment, but they do rotation every 5k miles. How the he'll they don't see or know. So get me mad. From now on I nolonger recommend anyone come

I received great service here at a fair price. I had some work done before a long trip and had paid my invoice and was traveling. I received a call from this honest shop telling me that the wrong price was put in for my shocks and that I was due a $50 credit back to my credit card. In this day and age it is refreshing that a company would catch an error and contact the customer. I would have never known had they not called me! BTW - the work done on the car was great on the long trip too.

I don t know how this place got 4 stars but I highly recommend to go somewhere else I been waiting for 2 hours just for 3 new tires am currently writing this review while I wait for my car still to get done but when some random girl pulls up and instantly gets her car worked on makes you think how bad are these guys at their job that they take so long to do the most simplest task to ever be done by a human. PLEASE go anywhere else but this spot for your own insanity

I usually go to a Lyft hub to do my vehicle inspection but Lyft closed down their hub stations. So I came here for a rideshare vehicle inspection because it s close by. Surprisingly, it took about 30+mins and they said I didn t pass because of 2 small chips in my windshield and that my back tires were too wore out. Gave me a quote for 2 new tires ranging from $460-650. I told them no. I went to pep boys. I never got out of my car til I had to pay. They did a visual inspection, walked around my car and made sure everything was working (lights, brakes, seatbelt, windows, a/c and horn) and passed me. They didn t say anything about my windshield or my back tires or lift my car up. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Went in last Thursday got my tires alignment and had a good experience with front desk receptionist super kind and updated me with vehicle status and was out in 1hour in half or so. I didn't have appmnt so for a walk in it was reasonably good and they have a seating lobby to wait with TV and ac running so happy will return and good flat price $129

I highly recommend. They service my Audi A4 and always check everything. Great staff who communicate like they are talking to family and not trying to sell you on products or more service. Best Tire shop in California.

Can not say enough positives about Les Schwab. They go above & beyond. The Mgr at this location is super nice and helped me out more than once. When my brakes need to be done I will be going here. I also went to the one on charter way a long time ago as my tire was going flat & I lived an hour away. They got me in close to closing and got it fixed then wouldn't let me pay. It's hard to find companies like this anymore. The one in Galt helped my cousin too.

Had my front/back brake pads done here and they did lousy job. I found out they replaced it with chipped brake pad on the back side. I brought it to their attention twice for squeaky loud sound and they said give it a month, but it still making a loud sound. I wouldn t recommend this location.Thanks to San Carlos location, they were able to fix it for me.

Listen, save some time and make an appointment online. They re busy and it s usually a lengthy wait otherwise. You ll still wait, just not as long. That being said, they provide competent and caring customer service. Michelle and Kyle were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ryan Gonzales checked our tires for sensor alert also tread wear. We had a low tire and filled us up and sent us on our way. No more sensor alert. Greatly appreciate honest and speedy service. He did it with a smile too. Thank you for awesome customer service.

I trusted Les Schwab because the location in Manteca helped me out tremendously when I suffered a blowout on the freeway. After having my vehicle towed there to have my tire replaced they provided a great service. So that led me to replace my remaining three tires at the Stockton location. They were very helpful at that moment as well. The issue arises when I went in for a tire rotation on December the 15th. I got home and realized my sensors were still located on the same two back tires as they were located when I took my car in for the tire rotation. I called and expressed my concern and they told me it takes a while for the sensors to reset. We are almost 1 month later and the tire sensors have not changed. I noticed today while cleaning my car that the tire on the front right side, which is different than the other three tires was still in the same location from when I bought the tires, meaning they did not rotate my tires at all. And I am very upset for service they provide for free with the purchase of tires was not completed. I definitely will not patronize this location again.

They pulled nail out.No charge.Very professional shop,Clean effientientAll that came in contact with were very helpful and polite.Checked in and within 20 minutes I was done.I need to buy tires from them .This type of service is what I appreciated the most.I recommend this shop to all.

I took my truck to Les Schwab For a tire alignment since I got new tires from Costco. The service manager named Mike greeted me and did the check in process once he came back from getting the plates in the mileage he asked if I had Lane assist in which I declined and said no it does not he says well I notice the cameras on the rearview mirror so it must have it. I said it didn t have it I bought the vehicle myself I can assure him that since I drive it daily that there is no Lane assist. He reiterated well I guess we ll see. At that point I should have pulled the vehicle from that serviceBut the problems continued.After approaching 3 hour mark for the service alignment the tech came back and was ready to check me out saying that my vehicle was all done but he was unable to print a copy of the service since the printer ran out. I said no that s not going to work out for me the whole reason I came here was to provide a reference for the new tires that I had bought in case Costco had any issues. He said well there s nothing I can do. I m sure he expected me to leave and pay somehow.But I declined and question how come he could not take a picture or screenshot the image of the reference of the alignment. His face became in awe or shock or both since they mean the same thing. He said he would have to put the vehicle back on the track. He called me back and showed me the computer and I thought I was just going to take a picture but no the vehicle needed additional work on the right rear tireThe tech said he needed to leave to get a special tool to fix the alignment. And I asked weren t you just going to check me out earlier though. And the service tech said why I want to let you know you re in the best hands and I m taking care of it. Again should have stopped the nonsense then. But Iet him fix it.Approaching the four hour mark for the alignment. I finally got my truck back. An lo and behold! He had a copy of the reference table for the alignment that he just performed. So I paid for the alignment and a veteran discount. I certainly think since the manager an other coworkers we're assisting this young man to perform this alignment check that they're all frauds, or accessory to fraud. Not only were they willing to charge for a service that they did not perform. They were going to try to cover it up with a new service tag. I m not trying to shame Les Schwab but this is abhorrent and disrespectful to any patron past or present. I requested corporate to conduct a full investigation in regards to fraud and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Worst shop Period.Update .... corporate never called

Took my BMW here about 2 weeks ago cause it s saying breaks needs to be replaced. They took the car in and inspect it. The guy who helped was nice and said it was perfectly fine. Breaks is almost new and he didn t even charge me for all the trouble of checking it.

I took in my car and they gave me a time it would be ready. It was a simple tire inspection and hours later my car still had not even been taken into a bay. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in then they do not follow through with their promise.

By far the most amazing service. The lady brunette mechanic with the glasses was so helpful! So today my family and I were traveling for the weekend and we got a flat, I called absolutely everywhere and it's 7pm so everyone is closed or closing. I happened to see this place and I walked in told her about my situation, I was 2 hours from my house and 2 hours to my destination at 7pm no one even pep boys were being rude about it. She looked tired I can imagine and probably wanted to close the shop but she said yea pull around and she fixed my tire in less than 7 minutes she was so helpful so kind and service was amazin she wasn't at all rude about it. By far best tire experience I've ever had. I will forsure be switching to Les Schwab for my tires thank you so much!

Came in to change out a sensor and before I can get out of the car an associate came up to ask what he can help with. Told him about the sensor and was able to get it changed. Had a break down of the cost and was reasonable. In and out in 30 minutes.

Would easily be a five star because of their honest work, but if you don't have enough staff to do the work, you wind up getting promises of it only taking an hour but it winds up taking hours. The person working on my truck is going back and forth to the front desk checking in people which is taking that person off my service. It's risky constantly being pulled away from a repair because it increases the chances to forget something and try to remember where you last started. What I'm saying is, a repair should be done from start to finish without interruption or multiple interruptions.

Called the establishment 5:40 on a Tue had one tire with a leak needed a quick repair or another tire girl who picked up put me on hold some guy comes on the line tells me I can make a appt for the next day i coulda done that here or anywhere was trying to get the job done now what would Mr. Les Schwab think about this?

I have always heard great things about Les Schwab so I wanted to try them out when my tire needed a patch. The service was great AND they were nice enough to cover the cost! Definitely made me a customer for life.

This is the busiest les schwab due to not having enough employees. You can't make an appointment over the phone and they are booked out 2 weeks in advance and if you had to wait it's 2 hrs. Customer service is great tho.

I dont see what others had a bad experience with. The staff was friendly and Mike was very helpful. I needed tires badly and I got the best bang for my buck. The shop is clean, staff is friendly, what more could you ask for. Thanks Mike for the great service!
