I've known John at JT Auto Care for a long time. I trust him and his work. He has always taken care of his customers like they're family. Doesn't matter how big the job. I recently had my son bring over his 2009 Acura TSX for an AC compressor install. If you know these motors, they're tight and hard to get to that compressor. It was something I wasn't going to attempt myself. So we provided our own compressor and had John install and refill freon. Job was done within a few hours, and my son's AC blows cold! Always reasonable prices too.

Went to JT's this morning to get a brake and light inspection anybody that needs a brake and light inspection please go see JT he's the man, in Stockton he's not going to do the moonwalk with you but he does an excellent job please go see JT in Stockton for your brake and light inspection

Dishonest & Up-charging:I called to ask if they did Brake & Lamp Inspections and if they did, how much are the rates? Guy over the phone told me it was $80 for the inspection. But little did I realized when I get there and passing my inspection, he charged me individually $80 for the brake inspection & $80 for the lamp inspection. Knowing it was the same guy who answered my call earlier, I told him $160 was not what you said over the phone, so he gave me a $40 discount, still paying $120 when he falsely advertise $80 to get me through the door for the 5min inspection. If you don't like spending money on dishonest workers, think twice before coming here.

Been their twice, last visit was on 1-3-23 had oil pressure sensor installed on a Chrysler 300 , did a great job, 300.20$ . A little expensive, but great service. 2 hours. P. S and I am a man of color

This business used to be my go to for car repairs. The father apparently doesn't work there at all anymore. I always told people that this was a wonderful place to take your car for repairs. Apparently the son does not worry about customer service. I had to pull in due to a low pressure tire warning. I did not know which tire, and can not air up the tire myself because I am disabled. He refused to even get up and look, all he said was he had no one available to take 5 minutes to look at the tires and air up the appropriate tire. Luckily I live within blocks of there so I had to return home and send my sick husband to pick up stuff to keep him hydrated. Will not be returning

This mechanic is prejudice and biased towards black people. Although the shop is located in an urban area, He only works with Hispanics. I went in for a diagnostic and he said "you people" like to find out the problem and have someone else fix it for cheaper!

Not very professional. Bad attitude. Did not get my service done here because he acted like I didn t exists when I came by to ask questions.

Really Good Service, Did my Brake and Light Check, Smog here, got my brake light certificate with ease. Jt Autocare & Smog and Thanh Autoshop is really good prices compare to other shop i ask quote for our Family Car.

JT auto is a very professional place to have your vehicle repaired. They are very nice young men that know there stuff. I recommend JT's to all. I travel from East Bay to get car repairs at JT's. Thanks for the outstanding service JT and associates. Big Paul
