10/10 do not recommend! I got there around 11AM and they took my car back. The office attendant told me he would speak with me after 5 mins. He never spoke to me or attempted contact. Whenever he came back into the office he was snacking and pulling other customers into conversations and then leaving directly after. I did not feel comfortable going into the car bay where the other attendants were working. It took 30-45 mins before a very nice younger Asian gentleman approached me with some information and communication. He is the only person worth appreciating there. I could have handled the wait if someone had COMMUNICATED at least once before waiting for more than half an hour. I understand I came in on a busier day but that does not excuse the lack of communication with their customers. Do better Jiffy Lube.Shout out to the Asian guy who was actually doing his job tho

I appreciate the 30% seasonal discount sign placed outside by the employees, however, I had to ask the employee to apply it to my total. I notices 2 other women came in and the discount was not brought to their attention, so encouraged them to ask for it.As a woman that was disappointing for other female customers. Our money spends the same.

I went to Jiffy Lube September 14th and asked for a oil change I paid $75 once I went in there. He checked me in and stuff but he told me that they didn't have enough oil for my car but then he said its fine they can get some from autozone. So then I paid and I left then I had to go back just the other day because I didn't have an oil in my carat all and my car was making a noise so I had to go back there to explain and let them know that they didn't put all the oil in my car. That they was supposed to. So I went back and then they did a topped off

I first went to Walmart service center. They were slow and rude and told me an hour wait. So I went to jiffy lube infront of our local Costco. They took it right in, I did some shopping in Costco and it was do e when I was fi.ished shopping. Thank u guys for being awesome .

I explained to the guy that my uber inspection was because my car had new plates and the guy did my inspection and used the old plates instead of giving me a new sheet he used white out which according to Uber made it a fraudulent document. I went back and asked them to fix it. I notice that my invoice had the wrong plates also. I asked them to fix it because I wanted to show Uber that I had paid for it also. They refused stating that I would have to pay for another inspection. They made the mistake and I had to accept that they could not fix it without charging me another $35. I think that he should have known better in the first place as a professional. It caused me undo stress because Uber shut down my account for their mistake.

Went in for an oil change and came out with a $95.13 Service Engine Soon light. Took it back in and was told it wasn t anything they did. What a coincidence. I will say the employees were nice, but that s about it.

It was about an hour wait. They did the very first oil change to my car and topped all fluids. It was under $200 so not bad :) thank you.

05.25.23 They say on Receipt vacuum but not done. Should say NOT vacuum. However, great windows cleaned, inspections of all fluids, & oil change is the reason is the main purpose. Now 06.01.23, I find out my power Steering Fluid is low. It's IMPORTANT to truly check all fluids. Very sad to find out it was NOT DONE.

Got oil change done on 11/22. They didn't install oil filter correctly and oil leak all over my driveway. Went back for then to check install of oil filter and have them top off oil again. They said they did. 2 weeks later low oil light came on and I took my car back for them check and they stated filter was installed correctly and no leak. Taking car back again because lower oil indicater came back 4/1 and we haven't drove 3000 miles yet. Poor service and no accountability.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This is terrible shop. Never Come!!!It will add a lot of charge in it if you don't check it carefully. Never come back again.I require to change regular oil and tire rotation and don't check the price. Then they charge me with Hight Mileage oil . The hight mileage oil plus tire rotation $90+tax. Are you serious? Do you charge more than dealer?I also require change power steering fluid. Then they told me they add some special fluid on it and charge me $19.99+tax. After argue with them, they wave this item.You can't believed this is a chain oil shop will do business like that.Never Come!!!

I stopped by this location due to a noticable wheezing sound my air vent was making and although I was minutes before closing hour and multiple cars being serviced ahead of me, Lori was extremely personable and still gave me and my car exceptional service. I cannot thank Lori and Juan enough for coming through at the last minute. People with anxiety will understand how crucial these kind of matters will trigger them and Lori handled my car issue with thorough care. I will be coming back to this location.

Best place to get your oil changed, tires rotated, and other minor work. The employees run the show, not the owners. These employees enjoy helping their customers and they take their job serious.

I don't take my vehicles any where else. Jiffy Lube's team is trust worthy and experienced. This is the shop in Stockton as I've tried the shop in San Lorenzo and I had to point out that the filter was on the hood as I was given keys.

The guy who serviced my car by the name of Jaydin, did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service. I had questions about my car and he answered them without hesitation, very informative! Also the manager I believe is Chris. He was very nice and provided excellent customer service as well! Will definitely be coming here for maintenance. Prices are 100% reasonable. Not only did they complete the oil change I paid for in a timely matter, but they even aired up my tires, topped of my windshield wiping fluid, AND they vacuumed my car - with no charge. I highly recommend getting maintenance done here. Oh, and they also have a military discount for those who serve!

I hate to be harsh because some of the staff are really polite and nice. I've been to this particular shop several times mostly due to its proximity to Costco which let's me group my errands better and be more efficient. The service has however been really hit and miss. I've had visits where things go as planned but I've also had visits where I've been made to wait up to 2 hours for an oil change when I was the only client there. My oil change light has gone on immediately after leaving the shop because my sensor wasn't reset. And I've had multiple instances of oil leaks in my driveway because of loose oil caps or sloppy oil changes. Too much has gone wrong to ignore. So in conclusion, the staff is plenty nice but don't expect the work to be done timely or correctly every time. I'll be finding a new shop for future services.

Got clearance certificate for uber and lyft. They just filled two papers and charged me double. Same thing but deducted double amount and refused to refund.

I went to this shop, and this shop only, to change my oil since July of 2020.I recently decided to take it to true dealership because of a recall, and it turns out my oil plug is stripped. It s going to cost me over $500 to replace the pan.Even if they didn t do that, wouldn t they want me to know that there s something wrong? I mean, they have no trouble letting me know and charging me for scraping off battery corrosion and advising me to get a new battery because there s less than 60% charge left in it .Service: Auto engine diagnostic

A 5 star experience compared to my last visit. This time, staff was focused on the customers, got checked in within 5 min, and they said 40 min for oil change and tire rotation, and they kept to the time. The only thing they missed was my windows.

Great customer service. They get you in and out fairly quick. They offer services but are not pushy. They seem pretty honest. And I forgot my coupon and mentioned it to the rep he still applied it with a smile! Will be back within 3500 miles!

They have good customer service. The employee met me outside as I pulled in. Went in for an oil change. Took about 50min. They offer me additional services such as tire rotations and air filter change but I declined. Print coupons off JiffyLube before you go in.I only gave them 4 stars because they said they vacuumed my car, washed the windows, and refill my windows washer fluid. They did not do any of those. My windows were not washed and car was not vacuumed. Checked my washer fluid and it was not full.

I went and got a oil change. I asked about all my fluids getting topped off. They said ya we do that. I spent $111.00 for a oil change. They said yes they topped off Wiper fluid. I look at the papers my coolant was empty no one ever notified me of that And they lied and didn t top off wiper fluid. It says my tire was low they didn t put air in my tire. They should let people drive off the lot with out telling me and asking if I want in my coolant topped off or filled. People go they and trust they are going to do the right things for your car. I paid all that money and didn t even get all the services done that come with it. I will never bring any of my cars here again.Service: Oil change

Great first experience, amazing customer service from the gentleman working the counter to the technicians. Waiting area was super clean and from start to finish they had me back on the road in about 30 mins. I will definitely continue to have my vehicles serviced at this location!
