I will say that they were upfront with what my car needed. Rick and Marcos were very helpful and honest. My car runs great and was returned in less time than expected. The only complaint is that my car was left dirty and greasy on the inside but I will return for regular maintenance. Thank you guys!

Great service, great people and the best prices. My vehicle needed a catalytic converter repair and the check engine light came on at the worst possible time. I needed the repairs done right away and had a very limited time to drop off the car to be worked on. They were able to help me and complete the repair within the time promised. Cleanest shop in town, and definitely the most reputable. I will bring all my cars here!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle maintenance

It's expensive for starters. But you have to wait at times because they have other cars that are dropped off. I prefer this place my last resort.

From the time that I started coming to this company for repairs on my car they have been so good to me. They are up front and honest with you and they are always willing to work with you. They are very kind,Down to earth but professional at the same time. I can't say enough good things to say about Omar either who manages the front desk. He is so polite, friendly, never seems to loose his temper and always professional.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who ask me. I took my vehicle back in October, yes they were friendly they called me when they found out what the problem was so I can authorize the repair. I got it fixed, took it home and it shut off on me while I was driving. I called my brother in law to come look at it and one of the parts was not put on properly. So I take it back and let them know that the part was loose so if they can fix it. I picked it up they had told me they topped the fluids for me so that was nice of them. I was not working at the time so I was not driving as much. I finally started working and my starter needed to be replaced. I took it to another mechanic to get that fixed. Then one day it started sounding the same way as when I first took it to guarantee. So I got it diagnosed He told me it might have too much oil in it. So I had a mechanic look at it and sure enough the dipstick was full of oil. It was drained and wow. I also found that the vacuum they supposed to fix was not even properly put on. So they took it off and tightened it and put it back on. Now my vehicle runs smooth. I took it to guarantee because they had worked on my daughter's car and they did a great job. Yes they are friendly. I'm just disapointed and I won't ever take my vehicle back. This is the picture of all the oil that was drained yesterday.Update: I had to buy another car and nobody has contacted me.

Took car in for smog check! got in at 10am and got out at 10:40am. GREAT $ FAST SERVICE! Omar was professional and respectful. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a fast service smog check with no hassles. quick n easy! A++++

I asked around before I took my car here and I heard so many bad things about them that I figured I d warn everyone else not to go here too. I m definitely going somewhere else to get my muffler bearings greased.

I was very happy with the customer service provided by Marcos and the fact that Carlos wanted to do a thorough inspection of my car even though I knew exactly what was wrong with it. The job was done in a timely manner and the service charge was reasonable given the type of vehicle that I have and the work that needed to be done. I will definitely be returning.

I am most graciously thankful for the service I received at Guaranteed Auto today. I ve been procrastinating for far too long about repair an oil leak in my car, mostly due to lack of finances to pay for the work. Today I was serviced by Omar in the office and Jose doing work on my vehicle. They had excellent service, skilled workers and a professional establishment. Anyone putting off getting your car fixed due to your finances- check out the Guaranteed Auto shop, their financing is real

This place is very reliable when you need a last minute fix to your car. They do diagnosis on your car so they can find the issue faster. The price is very reasonable and oil changes are done quickly too. I recommend for people to give it a try at least once.

Chevy dealer honda dealer all this dealer just make money on people no more i love to take my vehicle to one place guarantee auto. Repair. Cheap not to regret good service with better experience. Always. No 1 and took care 0f my problem. Always save the money for my beer good. Job.

Con artists, do not fall for it, since you feel that as an owner you should comment so childishly... I will reiterate my experience, I was charged 1700 dollars and have since been to a certified mechanic who has not fixed the issue but has inspected my "new parts" from you. When I have called you to fix this Omar continues to immediately try to finance me and doesn't listen and then says we can hook it to the computer, and tells me the price. I'm so sickened by what has happened you guys left a leak in my engine, and lied to me fully. So now I make payments for work that wasn't even done to my vehicle.
