Good place to your vehicle serviced.Lena and Willie were very helpful and my runs great.All my schedule services have been met.Coming back for brake service in 3 weeks.Lifetime alignment services and rotation on my new tires is well needed because of my daily commute.Thank you Firestone

The staff at this location are fantastic! Lena is very efficient, friendly and professional, along with all the fellas. If you want fast, reliable, trustworthy work done on your vehicle I recommend this store hands down. This is the Stockton / Hammer Lane location. You will be pleased.

Ive been taking my SUV here for 8 years. It's best to make an appointment via the mobile app because they are booked Monday through Sunday. They are very thorough in repairs that are needed and making sure your vehicle is road ready. If cost is an issue, they look at options available and even help you apply for a Firestone credit card. If the credit is approved, you're all set.

We take our work vehicles into this location for maintenance on the tires and a variety of other things! I just had to come on here and leave a review that man, they do an exceptional job at being patient with people. While people yell at them! Act, rude, and crazy! They still keep their composure and provide amazing customer service. I just had to come on here and give them all a shout out. They are all doing an amazing job there! I highly recommend this place.

I went to Firestone after getting a flat tire. It was time for new tires anyway so I opted to replace all four. I dropped my car off early in the morning & picked it up after work the same day. I drive an hour to work everyday. When driving to work the next day, my 2019 car started smoking! Firestone had left the oil cap off & oil had spilled all over the inside of my hood. They also left trash (a paper towel) inside the hood & tried to say that it was not theirs. Initially they told me there was nothing they could do. After MANY phone calls, they said they would clean the inside of my hood. They did not offer to compensate for having to take time off work & keep driving my car back and forth for OIL when I went in for a TIRE CHANGE. I have gone to Firestone for many years & it is a shame that this one gives the others a bad name. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.Service: Tires

I spent $200 on an alignment package which allows me to do an alignment when ever I choose to. No extra fees and for the lifetime of my car. I have already had enough alignment done to pay for what I spent. It's been less than a year!

On October 24 I took my car in for Alignment with APPOINTMENT at 3:30. I was rushed out from work so I won t be late and I got there around 3:15 which early enough to check in because I respect their time. I confirmed the young gentleman who checked me in about the time the job will be done. He told me my car should be in right after the red car on the rack and will be in an hour. However, I went there because I like their lifetime alignment recommend by my neighbor. I don t have just one car but two and plan to get my truck a lifetime alignment as well. I was waiting patiently and an hour had passed. I got up and see my car is still at the spot so I checked with the same gentleman about the status of my car. He told me it s not done yet and will get done. I was so upset and told him I thought my car should be up on the rack after the red car and done in an hour. He replied to me, Do you want my car back? His response was so unprofessional and irresponsible. I told there was something wrong here. Then, he said nothing wrong and told me there was no mechanic to work. I felt like this guy had no respect of the customer s time. First of all, I respect their time by making appointment and be there early. I would expect the same from Firestone. If I went their without an appointment then I would understand that. And if I don t get up and asked my car would be still sitting in the parking lot and I would be still waiting how much longer??? After all I saw him walked to bring my working order clipboard to the mechanic and my car was moving onto the rack for alignment and done about 20-30 minutes later.

Really poor experience, recommend looking elsewhere. Made a 9am appointment for an oil change and tire alignment. They said it would take about 3 hours to complete, which seems excessive with an appointment. I returned after the 3 hours and they had not even started on my vehicle. Don't bother with appointments as they do not seem to honor them.

Price Gouging. Take your car in to get repair for one thing yet they tell you there's no problem is that this was really nice to be done and charge you and you get your car back you still having the same problem you took it in for and you out of thousand dollars plus and if they do change your part on your vehicle they get the most generic part lower brand from AutoZone and charge you five times the amount the part actually cost Plus labor at the highest rate Firestone are scammers and take advantage of of customers that's already having problems and struggling they see you coming and they get you

Very professionals, from Willie and team at the front desk to the experience mechanics. Fixed my brakes, good guarantee on the pads, everything was done in the Friday morning and at 3pm I had my truck back, also they granted my discount coupons, honest good customer service and team.

On May 8, 2023, I brought my vehicle to this establishment for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment due to the presence of rattling noises during start-up, idling, and acceleration. I was assisted by a service advisor named Willie, who conducted a thorough evaluation of my car. Following the examination, Willie informed me that my engine/transmission mount was broken and required replacement. The total cost for the parts and labor amounted to $1,288.97, with the necessary parts including a Torque Strut Mount ($249.99), Torque Strut Mount 1 EAA ($176.99), and Engine Mount Front Right ($349.99).Naturally, I approached this recommendation with skepticism, prompting me to seek a second opinion elsewhere. I took my vehicle to PepBoys, where they also conducted a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation as well. To my surprise, no issues were found with the transmission mount. Rather, the rattling noise was attributed to a bent heating shield underneath the vehicle, which the technician rectified in a mere ten seconds. The overall inspection cost at PepBoys was only $99, and no other repairs were deemed necessary. Furthermore, PepBoys made it known that Firestone had attempted to charge me for unnecessary repairs.Considering this unacceptable course of action and the conduct of service advisor Willie, I urge consumers to exercise caution when dealing with individuals of this nature, particularly considering the commission-based nature of their work. It is advisable to exercise prudence and always seek a second opinion before committing to significant expenditures on potentially unnecessary repairs. In light of my personal experience, I intend to communicate my ordeal to Firestone Corporate.In conclusion, I am dissatisfied with the service provided by this Firestone location and strongly advise readers to approach their dealings with caution.**Update - November 14, 2023**Over the past 6 months, I have been driving my car following PepBoys' swift remedy (bending the heating shield back into place), and I am pleased to report that I have not encountered any further noises or transmission issues. The vehicle is performing well.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!This place has gone down hill bad!!I feel like they discriminate against certain people.Asked them to check my torsion bars because they were VERY uneven and made my ride horrible.I paid for the lifetime alignment. They did the alignment and when I asked about the torsion bars the girl said they didn't do it and brought out one of the "technicians". He said they were fine uneven because "you always drive on the crown of the road". I drove the truck home and it still drove badly.I called again and spoke with the same girl and asked if I could get my torsion bars done. She looked up my name and her attitude changed like I upset her. She then said in a annoyed voice they don't offer that service.I spoke with the manager a few days later and he said they DO offer that service and recommended I do the torsion bars before my alignment.This place has HORRIBLE service and lazy workers. They also left rags stuffed in my skid plate. I'm putting cameras on my truck just for places like this.Update: I brought my truck in today as per the managers recommendation. The girl behind the desk, her short says Estella she answers the phone lina, was very rude again. Rick was the technicians who worked on my truck. After they "adjusted" it and test drove it my truck shakes like it's going to fall apart and the transmission is sluggish and having a hard time shifting.. Its WAY worse now than it was before. This place is TRASH and definitely is not a trustworthy shop. After taking the truck home I discovered about 16 wheel weights in my front right rim. They purposely sabotaged my truck. They should all be firedThey won't let me post pictures but they have piles up rim weights to make my truck wobble and tires I bought less than a year ago are completely trashed due to the alignment they've put on.

Top notch auto technicians and great customer service. They took care of my father-in-law whose insurance had his Mini Cooper towed to this Firestone shop so they could run an engine diagnostics and chassis inspection. Spot on diagnostic pinpointed the catastrophic damage from years of neglect that would require an engine replacement or complete bottom/top end rebuild. Anyways after jumping the dead battery for us so we could put the car into neutral they helped us push the car to an open spot on the parking lot to prepare it to be towed on a flatbed back to the house for storage until funds become available for a new motor.Fair pricing on the diagnostic fee- almost half of what Hendricks East Bay Mini dealer is charging plus they re local for convenience.Bridgestone tires are awesome too. I have the Bridgestone Revo 2 s installed on a lifted GMC Sierra and they blow away the Toyo Open Country s they replaced for freeway ride and wear evenness.Anderson s Towing rocks also.P.S. They stored the car overnight until I could drive out there from Oakland to assist my father-in-law with the towing service and explain the mechanics findings. Truly awesome service.

Customer rep, a fat white girl, would only help us if we changed 4 tires when we only needed 1. Would not do it arguing that it's required on AWD. Went to American tires and did not have any problems.

The wonderful guys at Firestone were very professional they did everything from giving me my oil change to washing my windows and sharing with me how simply green is great for my windows and telling me my tires were over inflated and fixing that issue to what gas would be best due to my high mileage from day to day travels to my job and lastly just good conversation I hated to go honestly just a very relaxed and comfortable feeling to have while at the same time getting a good professional and excellent priced oil change I definitely recommend for anyone to check these guys out you will be glad you did Firestone in stockon ca the best

$62 oil change and my coolant light came on an hour after I left, huge puddle of coolant under my car 2 hours after oil change and all they said was bring it back, no apology. Just bring it back and during the times they're available, not like I work the same hours and across town. Will not be taking my car there anymore for services- most oil changes are under 50 bucks.

"had the tire I wanted"Was not the same model quoted that was installed, I have not given them a chance to remedy the problem as it was only noted once I returned home, they installed a *-400vs the previously installed *-440. The installed tire is more expensive than the original. The price remained the same throughout the transaction, but now one of the tires DOES look different when you examine them.No I would not recommend this location

I don't commonly write reviews, but I felt compelled to give credit to the team at Firestone on Hammer Ln after my first visit with them today. They seem to have a high volume of customers and despite the non-stop traffic they take time with each individual without coming across as rushed or short. I work with customers daily so I admire great customer service that is paired with efficient and quality service. Thank you!

As usual . Good things happen when you make an Appointment here instead of just driving in as a walk-in. Unless you have at least a few hours to wait and they have time for you even that day. Always get me tooken care of. We have quite a few Vehicles on Lifetime Alignment. And this particular place have the Equipment to Lift a Heavy Vehicle. As most of the surrounding Firestones Do Not. I know I have went into most with the same outcome. Cannot lift me up! Talking about a Chevy Express Van with Carpet Cleaning Machine plus water tank and other equipment! So if you have a service Vehicle pull up and get your Alignment s done Nooooow! As I see ya ll out there rolling with out proper Alignment. Vehicle with someone looking from their rear you can see your vehicle rides slightly side ways . Your Toe is off amongst possible other things. GET HER DONE ALREADY !!

The Stockton Firestone branch is Amazing!! I have been coming here for many years since I first got my license as a kid. This branch has always been very patient and accomodating for me. All the staff and the manager are great and prompt. I am especially impressed by Ms. Lena who is a superstar! She is always kind and thorough with explaining issues and services to me in a way I can understand, presenting my options with priorities spelled out, suggestions of places for specialty services, and resolution and assistance with a major issue I had from a different branch. This is my hometown branch, thank y'all very much and thank you, Lena!

Booked appointment via app from website. Appt. req. was submitted, status was "pending" received an automated email confirming appt. status changed to "scheduled". Upon arrival, I was denied and turned away. I was told i could return the following day. I was also advised, for future services, to call and schedule over the phone.What's the purpose of the scheduling app. if it can't be honored???Plus, the way the lady at the Front Counter interacted was not very professional.

I would've given them four stars for their friendliness and fast work. But, they get three, due to my having to make a second trip to have my fluids, tires and brakes checked. They did not offer or tell me about the $9.99 to check all that I really wanted done. Now, I have to make a second trip and I'm sure it won't be $9.99. BUMMER!!!
