The Team always does an amazing job and gets my car back to me in a decent amount of time. I've never had an issue with the service. Plus they handed my car after it was involved in a car accident. Figured out why the engine light was staying on. Working closely with the insurance company.

Went here to get my car fixed just picked it up today. It's running like a champ again. They did a good job amd the.pricea are responsible. Also the people are super nice and seems Like are not trying to charge for a bunch of nonsense they just got the job done and got me on my way. Thanks family motors . I would recommend this place to ALL.

Great place to bring your car! They even work on foreign cars ! I have a Volvo and they never turn down service or charge me an arm or a leg. They have great prices and excellent service! This place is highly recommended I have told all my family members to go there !

Busy shop, don t be frustrated on delayed answer of phone/reply.When quoted or give an eta the shop has not failed me to stay within its expected delivery time! Always addressed my concerns, even when I m a pain in the asking last minute.Work, so far with the two different cars I ve brought in. Quality!!Quality work, honest people!Can you ask for more?

I got my Camaro ss lifter and other stuff done at a fast and most affordable place in Stockton, they were very helpful and had great communication compare to other mechanic shop I been too. I would highly recommend this shop if your having problems with ur car.

Took my vehicle here & was helped by Bryan. Bryan was knowledgeable, showed me the issue with my car & explained the issue with my car in a way that I understood. Pricing was comparable & reasonable.I also interacted with Danny & Nellie who were helpful & personable too.In the future, if my car needs more work I will definitely come back to Family Motors. They are busy for a reason.10/10 recommend.

Great service and always fair. They just moved to a bigger shop and stay busy, so best to call for an appointment. I've been to a few different repair shops over the years, and this is the place I'd recommend! I take both of my vehicles here for regular maintenance. I found this shop when I needed major work done, and the shop I was planning on taking it to was really backed up. Family Motors took me in and got me back on the road. Thanks!

The most honest and caring mechanic shop I have ever been to. They were thorough and knowledgeable about everything. The price is completely reasonable and I was in and out of there in a timely manner! Thank you and I think I have found my lifelong mechanic shop!

I came here to get my oil changed one time and they did it easy. Danny then did a general inspection of parts under the car and notified me that my Some ball joints were torn and needed changing. Today I had them changed and it was great work done by him and his team. Great service at a decent price compared to other auto shops. Will be coming here consistently to get car related repairs. The Best in my world of customer service, timely manner, concerns, reliable mechanics, honorable, integrity has been my experience with Danny and his beautiful partner. There loyalty to customers is so much appreciated. I took my car to them after a very bad experience from a well known place. That in my eyes robbed my warranty company. But because of that I was led to the most awesome people and mechanic shop. I will forever be grateful for all your hard work. Once again Danny and your team thank you .

We purchased an extended warranty through repairpal along with our used car at Carmax. The car has had a few warning lights come on since purchasing and Family Motors Brake & Lube are one of the service providers listed on repair pal. We have taken the car to them both times for repair and the service, honesty, and flexibility is phenomenal. dropped my car off on Friday after work took them about 1-2 week to get the insurance to come to look at the car to get approval to fix it or not then on 7-18-23 no one answer the phone at all been calling since 9am-4pm no 1 answer and no voicemails too hmm I use to work for a auto law firm where I had to contact the insurance all the time too but never have the issues this place have this place is just not on tops of things very slow on everything's I am guessing they don't care about there customer just hoping there costumer gets annoy enough to pay for rental :( would never recommend this place unless you have an extra car to drive for 3 weeks because this place doesn't care about getting your car fix any time soon that why there lots is fill with unfix carsFinally picked up the car on 9-12-23@4:55pmWhen I got home I then noticed the back seat was fill with spider websAt 1st I wasn t thinking much of it since the car been there since 6-30-23@5pm after 3 months without driving and just sitting at the mechanic is understandable but then when I took the car to the car wash today 9-14-23@12pm I then found out the reason why it was fill with spiders webs in there back seat I found a bag of trash that was fill with use/smoke cigarettes and a plate of trash that someone had use it for there lunch that been left there to collect more gross besides the disgusting bags of trash that was left in the back seat after 3 months I guess it that bad they have try to keep me posted on a daily base

They replaced my transmission and even had it towed to the shop and were the only shop around that worked with my budget. I am so grateful and overjoyed to have our only vehicle back! And I can rest easy knowing that they guarantee their work for a year!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I got my catalytic converter replaced less than a year ago at Family Motors and 3,000 miles later, I got an oil changed over there, too! After that oil changed, I got a check engine light came on and it was diagnosed at the other shop with Code P0420 CATALYST SYSTEM EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD, SUGGEST REPLACING CONVERTER. I took the car back to Danny because he said that the warranty on the CAT will last a long, long time like 10 or 15 years. I wanted him to replaced it and he said to me that, "to be honest", the company that he got the catalytic converter from doesn't cover it. Danny didn't give me a refund for the BAD CAT either!

I took my 2016 Yukon Denali for a rear blinker assembly replacement. After that repair there were many other issues they were discovered and Family Motors took care of it. They are thorough, honest and I would recommend them without reservation. These issues were supposedly repaired by CARMAX!Thank you, Family Motors!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
