The negative experience with Darkside Tint. The installation process felt amateurish, resulting in numerous bubbles and stains on your tint. It s disappointing that the owner didn t offer any compensation, especially considering the inconvenience and wasted time and money. Additionally, their dishonesty about using ceramic tint is concerning, as transparency and accuracy are crucial in customer interactions. Overall, it seems like Darkside Tint fell short in professionalism, quality of work, and honesty, leading to a regrettable outcome for you as a customer.

Flexible, quick scheduling and very responsive. I appreciate being walked through the options for tint since I couldn t decide what to go with. My car tint looks AMAZING and it s exactly what I was hoping for. He also explained the important don ts for aftercare. Will definitely be bringing him some more vehicles. I also loved the Instagram video he made of my car.

Awesome customer service! Easy to contact through email with all my questions and even more helpful in person. I wasn't sure on the percentage to get on my Tesla Model 3 and lucky for me there was a Tesla I was able to see and got an example of how it looks. Juan and his staff was very helpful. Juan at Dark Side Tint is amazing at what he does! My husband took in my car and surprised me with a full tint job. I loved how it came out and the quality is unmatched. I've seen a lot of tint jobs, but nothing compares to the quality that Dark Side Tint provides. Whenever anyone ask where we got our car tinted, I always recommend him. It's been about 2 years I think and it still looks brand new and I love my car even more now. Thank you.

The owner went above and beyond, he took my car in after hours and in a very short notice. He was very professional and kind, he also offer discounts for active duty and veterans and that sold me. I 100% recommend this shop! The only way is the Dark Side way!

Just had my 2023 Trailblazer tinted by The Dark Side Tint. Juan was amazing. I reached out and he was quick to respond. He answered all my questions. Upon arrival of my appt. Juan was willing to show me the different shades as I wasn t 100% on what I wanted for my front windows. When I arrived to pick up my car I was pleased to see that it was even better then I could have imagined. The best tint job I have seen. We will be taking our truck to him to get a update on the tint and get a much cleaner look. If your looking for place to get your windows tinted look no where else. The Dark Side Tint is your spot. I had a 5 star review for them prior because they were offering a great deal for ceramic tint and it looked good when i picked it up, but the tint had bubbles and scratches all over it after really looking and inspecting the tint.i had them inspect the tint and they said that if i can t take a picture of the bubble/lines and if its not visible enough through a photo then they don t want to fix it.The shop advised that they provided life time warranty on any issues, but my tint had issues which i did bring it back to them and they fixed my rear glass and back side glass. I mentioned another issue with my rear passenger window that had dried up bubbles marks and they told me that they didn t wanna bother to fix it if it wasn t visable in a photo.I hate to leave Juan a bad review, because overall he s a pretty cool guy, but very bad at doing business.He promoted a special sale for ceramic tint and I never got a receipt for my tint which i kinda thought was weird because every tint shop should give a receipt. I even called XPEL and they said that if XPEL filmed is used, the shop needs to provide a warranty card.He informed me that my tint was CERAMIC XPEL which every legit tint shop should give a warranty card because I once had XPEL on my prior cars.As i stated, i really hate to leave them this review, but this was a bad experience with getting my windows tinted.Tint jobs don t always come out perfect but the shop should try to retint if customers have any issues, even if it s minor.At this point it s a loss for me. I don t want to take my car back for them to fix it. I ll find another shop that really care about their customers.

My 2012 Honda had old tint that for the past year has just been warping and bubbling so bad to where I could barely see our of the back window! Super dangerous!! Took my car here the The Dark Side Tint and Juan and his team killed it! My car looks brand new! Great pricing and legit top knotch work. He also tinted the two front windows on my 2022 Toyota Tacoma since only the back windows already had tint on them upon purchase. They knocked out both vehicles same day. I definitely recommend them!

I brought in my 2018 Honda Pilot to Juan and he was so helpful with helping me decide what percentage tint I should place on my windshield and side windows. He was professional and very nice!! He worked with my busy schedule and fit me in quickly! What a beautiful job he did. The staff was super friendly ! They walk outside with you to your car to show you the films they offer and you get an idea. Great customer service. I would definitely go again and recommend everyone to get there tints with them. 10/10 Best customer service they was friendly very welcoming and even they re quality of the tint application is above n beyond. I recommend you shop with Dark Side. Don t go with them other people, you ain t gon regret getting your tints done at Dark Side!

I got my car tinted about a month ago and everything is still looking good, also the staff is super helpful and even got me in before they opened because I had school, also make sure to follow their ig cus they always are giving out discounts on their story
