I caught a really bad flat to where I was on Rim. The woman at the desk was a sweetheart & professional! The man who replaced my tire was quick & friendly as well. I will definitely come here for other services & recommend to family & friends!Service: TiresService: Tires

I started coming here since 2017. The crew is very upfront and straightforward about the job getting done. The mechanic was very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about the car trouble I had going on with my Mercedes; although it took time he still got it done and didn t overcharged me. I will continue coming back and doing business

I started going here for service on my vehicles when I moved to the area in 2014 and the service was great then. The employees were honest good people but now there s an entire different crew except for one guy. I ve paid for one thing to be told that it was something else. Paid for the something else and a month later I needed service on my AC and I was charged $120 for AC service that was useless. Ended up going somewhere else and got a diagnostic for half the price and they fixed my AC for me. I ve since then taken my other car to them and my son and daughter car for smog etc and I am so happy that I will NO LONGER be getting swindled and overcharged at Country Club Tires & Mufflers. They don t appreciate loyal customers but my new mechanic shop certainly does, they go above and beyond.. I think about the many thousands of dollars I spent over 8 years at County Club Tires & Mufflers and not feel as though I am a valued customer.

I came to this place for new tires and no one acknowledged me. There was 4 to 5 workers there standing around not doing nothing and not one came up to me. One was upfront on his phone the whole time. I ended up leaving to a better, more professional shop.

Very unprofessional!! Would not recommend going here at all my husband and I needed a tire replacement and we pulled up in need of service and we were totally avoided , My husband stood there for about 10 minutes and not one worker acknowledged him and mind you it s 8:30 AM business is slow at the moment we were one of the second customers to Arrive and there were plenty of people on staff that could ve walked up to help we personally feel like they discriminated against us So we took our business elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Workers are slow as molasses and troll around the shop wondering aimlessly. I go there at 4pm to confirm a used tire, was told would be able to do it after a simple patch job. Get there at 4:30 with my car, go to the front counter to make my presence known that im back. I stand there for 20 minutes just to be told they cant do it today and i would have to come in on monday. this place is a joke and a waste of time...... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, ESPECIALLY HAVING HOURLY WORK DONE AT $120, THEY WILL MILK THAT!

I called 3 weeks ago for a muffler job. The mechanic said hed call me back and took my info. 3 weeks later, i go in for a smog, i ask the mechanic the same thing. I was there an hour, passed my smog and never saw the mech again. Never going here again.

So I came in November. They said I failed smog so I had to make an appointment to have work done which I had to wait until March the following year so I took the appointment. Appointment day comes and it passes. I have done nothing to the car it has been sitting waiting for appointment day. I went back to country club and the had informed me that their machine had some technical issues and had to be fixed and would refund me if I had original receipt. I had the second receipt they gave me because the elderly lady that worked at the front desk took the original and I explained that but they charged me $25 to find the original. Overall I would not go back. Did get a portion of the refund.

Today was my first visit here. They have a smog check deal and it requires a coupon. It's not enough to know about the coupon, you have to actually have it. There is an extra charge for older cars due to using different machine. The coupon is a bit unclear because it says 95, but my car is a 99. When I mentioned this they did honor the lower price. They were fast and friendly. There were repeat customers waiting. I was given a$10.00 off coupon for my next oil change at their second location. I have a regular mechanic but was pleased with my experience. Plan ahead they do not have a customer restroom here, the sign sends you next door to the Graduate but I have no idea what arrangements have been made with that business.

Tire fixed in 5 minutes for a few bucks and no lame upselling. Especially grateful since I spent the morning beforehand wasting my time and almost getting scammed at America s Tire (they wanted to upsell me new tires on the flat as well as my other 3 perfectly fine tires). Great company, friendly service and you are in and out without getting scammed.Service: Tires

The smog and lube and oil is the best. Fast and efficient . Good, trustworthy , friendly , and decent priced service . Get it done locally. Support your neighbor business. Used them for over 15 years. Never had a problem with them. And yes, they will take a newspaper coupon to save even more. Keep you car or truck running strong and efficient . See you there.

I have taken my SUV Ford Escape here for years and always have good service. Shop owner Stephen really bends over backwards to make sure all work is done well. Christine, receptionist is very polite and professional. Felipe is a good mechanic who doesn't rip you off and the work is done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Country Club Tire and Muffler for your auto repair. A car wash is located across the street so your vehicle is clean before you bring it home. Thank you Stephen for quality professional work !!!

Wonderful! They had me in and out in 10 minutes. The lady at front office gave me a coupon and even some books to take home. She was very personable and great first contact at place!

They played me when I went back for my re-smog. I lost the receipt they gave me and now all of a sudden they dont keep record of the cars that come in for smog. The lady said their is no way of knowing I came in and paid already! So how can they keep track of the money they're making? Are they not reporting every transaction? Place has terrible service.

Went there to get a smog check. I didn't really know if my car was gonna pass of not so the owner told me he wouldn't charge me if it didnt which I thought was nice of him.Anyways it passed and I will be bringing my business his way if anything goes wrong with any of my cars. Fingers crossed

Never ever will go back to this place. After 20 years of using this local shop for new tires, as well as having oil done at the same owner's oil change shop, I went today to have flat tire fixed and got the run around and attempt to charge me for flat tire fix that they promise as part of buying tires there. Hard to stay shopping local when the good ole businesses aren't so good anymore! Probably better off going to Costco where the guarantee really IS a.guarantee. An update. Contacted owner who was immediately responsive and apologetic. Soooo at least there is some good business sense there. I did not have to pay.

I'm here to get my tires rotated and the customer service is lacking. If you dont want to work in the rain, try to call off. Dont give customers a fake smile and stick out your hand for the keys with an attitude. The service on my car was pretty fast, but feeling unwelcomed was enough to make me not want to come here again! And they left my window down in the rain.

I took my 2001 BMW in for a smog there last friday. Being pressed for time, i chose this place as the closest and least out of my route for the day. I live in oakland and was hopimg to get the smog done in time to get my tags the next day. I arrived at around 3 or so, which seemed plenty of time for a 20 minute smog. I had just got the vehicle off of a non op while i.replaced the transmission. The ahop that did the work missed a hose that is required for the evap and i happened to miss is myself. I was "failed" on "visual inspection" for the mishap. Totally legit. But with the closest BMW dealership a couple hours round trip away., i asked the lady that brought me the fail.papers, to confirm that i could replace this hose with an appropriate substitute that did not leak. She said yes. The only thing available to easily work at the local auto part store was a $25 prefab hose. That and 2 hose clamps was more than adequate. I called to confirm i was returnimg to retest and it seemed no problem until... the lady said she would ask the "inspector" to confirm nothing else was needed. She couldnt seem to convey the question, so she put me on the phone with him. He sounded confused as to my inquiry and , to his job. When i asked him to confirm i had resolved the reason for his failure, hypothetically, he said he wasnt sure, "im only the inspector". So he asked another person incould hear in the background. Long story short, he said that i would be failed on visual again without anything but the BMW hose because anything else would leak and there was no other way it could get done. This is entirely FALSE accoeding to my 20+ years workikg on BMWs, my fellow mechanics, my girlfriend (who is an attorney) and its complete bull according to the California Smog requirements as well. It states specifically that hose could be modified as long as they do the same job as before. Simple right? Nope. I explained the dilemma.that to retest id have to drive all the back from Oakland, not to mention go wait at DMV to get another moving permit, as well as the fact that it was totally unnecessary. They demanded i pay $50 when no machine even hooked up to my vehicle and the only thing touched was to open the hood. $50 for them to open the hood and display their lack of knowledge of smog proceedures. Now unless i want to throw my $50 to them for nothing, im stuck driving 3 hours depending on traffic. My advice, these guys that did my.smog are hacks and shouldnt be doimg official state testing. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV and STAR as well. That, and advising my friends and family,.who live right down the street, to avoid doing business here, is about all i can do. That, and maybe someone will read this review and appreciate my concern.

It's alright I guess, ended up with a bigger headache than what I went in with. They fixed the problem at least, a whole 3 days after they said it would be done. Never got an estimate on when it would be done, other than "not anytime soon."

Would not recommend this shop to anyone! Bad communication,didn't fix the issue with my truck. Had to take it to other mechanic.
