HUGE!!! Shoutout to Anthony and his coworker in the Tire shop, we called literally 15 mins before they closed and they were able to fit us in for an emergency tire repair! We knew it was a huge favor to ask so we greatly appreciate them both for getting us on the road again, safely! They deserve a raise! Thank you guys!

They stripped my wheel lock key and did not notify me immediately. They stripped it on the first tire they worked on. If they called me as soon as this happened and told me what my options are I could have decided what to do and not waste time. They waited for me to come back after an hour (that's what they told me it will be done) expecting everything is fine then and only then they told me what was going on.I am not mad that they stripped the wheel lock key. I am upset at the lack of communication and the wasted time that I could have been looking for a solution for this matter. They did suggest what to do (thus the 2 star rating).Just go to America's tire, they removed the wheel locks and replaced it with regular log nuts.In my opinion wheel locks are worth it if you have really expensive wheels other than that don't even bother with wheel locks. Mine came stock so I just kept it, until now that is.

I got an excellent service at Costco tires. The stuff was kind, experienced and knowledgeable. They checked my tires, suggested with tires brand, and did paperwork. Then asked for the keys. They even applied the discount on selected tires. The whole process from starting paperwork to ready to go car took about 40 min which I spent checking new TVs and laptops in the warehouse. Extremely satisfied with job done.

If you go in without an appointment don't expect to leave within an hour or two. An older gentleman behind me was told he'd have to wait 5 hours for a tire rotation because he didn't have an appointment. It's super easy to make one online. Went in for a tire inspection and they found a screw in one of my tires. It was patched and I was out of there in less than an hour. Make sure to have an appointment, receipts, and Costco card to make it easier for YOU and the people working there.

I got the tire I want it!! at the great price and a discount price!! what else could you ask for. Not to mention great customer service, The crew made sure I understood about the tire purchased! thank you Costco best regards Mar�a Asuncion since 2010

Took my dead battery in and didn't pay a thing to get a new one . When they're within warrenty time, no charge . No fuss, no hassle Been with them since they opened. Lots of good stuff and very low on items in the store. Can't go too long without a trip there . Don't forget their good high performance gas and the best price around. Do have long lines on weekends.

The Manager of the Tire Dept was wonderful. He explained the differences between tires. He wasn't rushed and made sure my car was in order. Then they installed and had me on the road within the hour they promised. It was a great experience!!!

Josh was super helpful when I came by to have a suspected leak looked at. My tires are still the originals the car came with but they still took a look at it for a super low price. Josh called me to explain their findings and provided me with a thorough explanation and recommended next steps. Would definitely come by this Costco tire center again. Thanks!

their new appointment online procedure is discouragingly confusing. when i tried to just walk in, they said i had to come back in a week because i did not have an appointment. josh the costco technician took nearly 10 minutes to even start talking to me because he was on a phone call behind the glass work area... he trully can see me but looked like he did not really care. when i asked if there was any way i could just come in in case there was any missed appointments, he said come back on mornings ... and they will take 4 hours!? man costco tires has lost my business....

What a Great Experience.We recently had a Tire warranted by another dealer but they did not have nitrogen.So we looked around and found out Costco did. We dropped by and they were happy to help out. It's great to find a place that cares about service.

Staff was helpful and professional. Busy on the weekend. Got my tires rotated and inflated, but took about 1.5 hours to complete job. Regardless, I would go back again since this service is free when you buy tires from them.

I bought 4 new tires here in December. When I got a nail in my tire they repaired at no charge. Same thing again today. Arrived at 10 a.m. Quick repair, no charge.

I ordered my tires online. They were way cheaper than other places. The staff was friendly and helpful. I waited in the tire shop and they were nothing but friendly and helpful to every customer that came in.

They are quite busy but always willing to help out with any questions you may have. They are very nice, even during the busy times. Very low prices too, especially during the brand sales!

Went to tire center but all parking spaces filled. Only 1 other person in the tire center. Rude other people occupied provided parking spaces. Very disappointed.
