This chevron is great! Clean premises and knowledgeable/ friendly staff. Once you're a regular, you feel like family. We are in the neighborhood, so go frequently , but I wouldn't if we didn't like it. There are many options on waterloo and we as a family all prefer chevron. If your car wash had an issue let the staff know. You'll get a refund if it can't be resolved and they'll fix it for the next person asap. They can't fix what people don't tell them right! Join the membership ( it's free) and get free snacks, deals on smokes, and free car washes. We are faithful customers and will remain so.

Worst service ever! Walked up to the window, the cashier sees me, she's just at the window writing on her paper! I'm standing there patiently in hopes she'll put her pen down n help me. But nope she continued with her number writing knowing I'm standing right in front of her. Still didn't gave a dam who's there. So I left, and when I got in my car she was just staring at me.. yeah! ill take my money else where, where peoples actually wants business!

The female cashier watched me walk up and she turned and walked away. I rang little bell two different times while she blatantly ignored it. She went into main area of store that is locked, and stood near random aisle and just never came back. After 5 minutes I left. Literally could see her just standing there.

It's a nice enough gas station but they can't seem to keep their car wash up and running on a consistent basis. Not being able to use a credit card at the wash is a pain in the butt.

Great gas station. It has 12 pumps and a large extra mile. Close to a lot of fast food and Subway.

Ok you can see how the ad reads BOGO on the nitro pepsi, yes? Something is preventing the register from correcting the price. The cashier kindly put her sitcom on pause to tell me nothing could be done I would need to speak with a manager.

Staff is outstanding except for one I won't say who..new coffee machines are not giving you a cup of coffee you get a shot and the rest water just horrible.they charge 2.19 for water down coffee it's they wayvthey scam the public

Great staff , I felt genuinely considered a valued customer... Great car wash a little short, but works well. If ever that way I'll polish my ride at the car wash on site.

Worst gas station ever. And I've visited this station several times thinking they would change.. I can tell you horror stories .... I can't be the only one that been treated like this...granted it's not a personal thing but sure feels like it sometimes..

I think this place hacked my CC account after buying gas here..twice!!! Both times the gas pump says "See attendant". None of my cards worked at the pump. I had to go inside and give card to attendant. Three days later I get a fraudulent charge to my card...happened twice..Go figure.. Now I go up the road (east) a mile to a place on the left..better price also.

I like Chevron, it's who I go to in a pinch when low in cash. By using my Chevron card, I am able to get home and because my car always rides better with their gas in it. I also use my card for car washes. I have been using Chevron for years. It's not about the price, it's about dependability and how my car runs.

I wish I had better things to say about this place but I was really disappointed by my experience here because this company has a lot to offer. I went in a hurry for a power bank charger. The PUGS brand I purchased was taped where it should have been sealed--sign of an open product. When I opened it to use, the product inside was dirty, sticky, and stained with what looked like dried coffee. When I plugged in the "pre-charged" product, it didn't work. I brought it back immediately to the cashier who attended me and neither she nor the asst.mgr helped and said I couldn't return an open product. The cashiers there were rude and unprofessional.

This review is for the car wash. It's terrible. No soap comes out at all. It's incredibly dirty. Many of the nozzles seem to not be working.

A nice environment very clean nice people that work there. What the gas prices are way too high and mr. Potato Head for that. LOL

My boyfriend was robbed by a black man in white can and the cashier was in on it. On Sunday May 5th at 9pm. I went to speak with someone on Sunday May 12th and the cashier was very rude the rudest person I've ever seen. I'm thinking about filling charges against her.

Well the gas is good I don't like the price but what are you gonna do I have notes getting further on les fuil with thare gas I get the 91 octane and if you have ebt you can get food

The rudest people . And they need to work on their personal hygiene. Can t stand this chevron. Out of line how they treat you, especially the chick with glasses that looks like daria. Also I heard them saying racist things, the three ladies that were working and also laughing at their customers. So disrespectful

Stop here every week to get a coffee early in the morning. I stop today and they tell me oh we don t serve coffee through the window. What s the purpose of a convenience store if it s not convenient

Lowest price for fuel with propain as well. Owner and 3 employees have no humor or directions of area. Maybe in due time. Not friendly although fair prices on snacks slurpy.

great gas ! Worst station ever.. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL WITH CUSTOMERS ! Were just cattle to this station. If it wasn't for the CC i have I wouldn't stop there to use the bathroom. CC is for gas only .I DO NOT GO IN .

Only one available restroom when I stopped to pump gas during a road trip in June 2017. Bathroom not stocked and cashier was rude to my brother-n-law trying to purchase a lotto ticket. She didn't let him purchase it when my husband gave him an extra buck to make his purchase. She refused.

Very rude employee name sabrina at this station. She was rude to her coworker as well never been talk to like this ever but I just kept smiling hope she learns to do the same

Market, cash register and restrooms have been closed the last three visits. I don't stop here anymore, used to be the regular gas and restroom stop en route to and from Kirkwood.

Aloha ROSEVILLE Residents! I have been using Chevron since I was in High School (1974).! REMEMBER when I was. 75 cents per gallon! This is a friendly WONDERFUL place as they offer free coffee or soda with 8 gallons or more! Get gas, coffee or water and if to work! Friendly Stafd!Capt Stan Howard IRS ENROLLED AGENT

Prices high, bought a car wash for $7.00 the least expensive could of done a better job getting it clean if I pee'd on my car
