I went in to put $23 in gas in my car. The cashier put my money onto the wrong pump. I went in to the cashier and told her my pump isnt working. She said she put it on the wrong pump and to go ask them. The cashier could have stopped the pump for the wrong pump but she didn't. I asked for my receipt and she said no since she knew she messed up. I complained to corporate and they didn't do anything saying the owner doesn't reply. All I wanted was the money I paid them, nothing more. But they are happy to take your money and give you nothing in return. This is bad business practice. I avoid this gas station now.

I come in every morning and I get great customers service . The lady in the early morning is very polite and helpful. She is one of the reasons I will be coming back I believe here her name is aqsa

Even though Chevron is expensive, I fill gas due to good customer service. Unfortunately, at this station, cashier was not only very rude on 7.6.22.at 3:45 PM but also she challenged me to complain pronouncing her name loudly when I told her receipt was not dispensed at the pump. I requested her a receipt of $46.19 for pump 5 vocally & also showing my five fingers to convey clearly #5. But she printed the receipt for pump 3 for $20. I believe customer relation is the backbone of US businesses so I would never visit this place again & don't recommend.

This place is ridiculous. Being an extra mile rewrds member is useless if they dont honor it.
