I had a fender bender . Took my car here . The staff was professional and highly competent! Ask for Mike Smith .. he knows what he is doing ! My car was taken care of and they updated me multiple times on the progress . My car almost looks new .. you would never know how much damage was done . Highly recommend!

My vehicle has been with them since late October and they haven t finished nor have they been able to give me any status updates after multiple calls. I chose this place because it was one of two locations that are part of Geico s repair system. I highly suggest looking elsewhere for repairs. Update 2/2/2024 I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. In December individuals broke into their lot and stole my vehicle and damaged it further. They were able to recover the vehicle and have repaired it to OEM specifications. I am changing this rating from a 1 star to a 2 star.

Poor service, you constantly have to call and check to see your vehicle status. It s always hear say back and forth with insurance and the body shop. Remember to read what you sign because they are not liable if repairs go over 30 days and your rental will be at your expense.

Customer service is amazing, and communication is fantastic. Very professional & friendly team!I would have given 5 stars, but when I got my car back, the Lexus emblem was replaced with a used one, which was scratched.The paint color did not match the current car color. It was very noticeable in the sun, which is why I wonder why they would give it back to me that way. I called immediately and was asked to bring my car back so they could see what i was talking about. They confirmed the paint difference verbally and said they would call back next week to bring my car again once they found the correct color match. Im happy with how responsive they are and how well the communication is, but it is very inconvenient to have to deal with the back and forth and to play the waiting game. This is the week they should be calling me back to fix the paint. Im hopeful that they will correct the issues as promised. I'll keep you posted with another review soon.4 weeks later, I still do not have my car back..We played phone tag for weeks, and I was finally able to get my car in Monday 7/24. Certified Collision provided a car rental 7/29, and today is 8/2. Im paying out of pocket daily for the rental insurance, which is adding up. I'm still not sure when im going to get my car back. I've been extremely patient and kind. I hope it pays off.

They stink! My 80 year old moms car came back missing the plate that holds the window switches and door lock. The manager took a week to call me back.I am telling you,.. you will be sorry if you use this company!

Great place to get vehicle fixed or painted fast service and keep you updated always with the process and always call you back if you get a rental car from enterprise thy bring it to the shop no need to travel no where else

The worst place to bring your car. Be aware they will keep your car for a very long time and will not keep you in the loop about what is going on with it.. if you call to check up on it you be presented with rude and condescending customer service. When I got my car back after a month and a half the front hood emblem was missing they said " we try to get the car in and out and not worry about such small details." WOW. What awesome service. It's been a month since I called about my emblem and still no luck. They said they would call me but still no word when I call they get irritated very easily with me and then give me a lame excuse and hang up. Will not use again ever. Please save you time and money go some place else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Joe took photos of my car. He spoke well with me to explain that they would take care of the not at fault accident.. & bring the rear door back to its original look.They took a long time to work on a small scratch & two dents on my car. They are short staffed.After 2 weeks, they still didn't clean up the rear door like they (Mark & Joe) said they would. I paid for the job, was about to leave with my Altima, & noticed that the dent was still there. He didn't even point out to me that they did not repair the dent & clean up the paint mess on the doors.Then, their words kept changing, such that my cheap insurance didn't cover this that after they already charged my ins. a huge amount for the small body work needed.To check for alignment, he test drove the car for 13 miles !Poor craftsmanship & customer service for such a big business.I washed my car before I dropped it off at the shop. When I went to collect my 2020 car, it looked dusty meaning they didn't wash it. The workers used the papers I left inside for the feet, & the seat covers.. I am glad they used it but I would think that the shop would have their own supplies. Use them but please clean up because I keep my car clean at all time.No fun to deal with body shops.My ins. spoke with his supervisor so the word reached the GM of the shop. The GM called me & said that Joe is a good man.. I think so, too. He said that he would go look at my car at the shop, & delivers to the customer when something was already promised.The following day, I was picked up by their shuttle to come collect my car.The receptionist, Taylor had good manners.Thank you for the efforts put into my car.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

THE WORST OF THE WORST in storesNEVER GO TO THIS SITE. they don't deserve 1 star.it's a big headache and they don't do anything, my car was there for 4 MONTHS, call after call and always with excuses never look at the professionalism not even with the rude receptionists they have there. if you were to go try to remove everything inside the car, I "lost" my dashcam, coins inside their shop, I called to ask but they still didn't give me an answer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR ANY REASON WITH THESE INEPTS.

Great place! Front office persons were excellent. Every person I came in contact was professional and had a good attitude. My favorite was 209 (Paul). A true character.I shared my phone experience with Hertz. To my surprise, front office experienced the same rudeness while I was there; front office immediately phoned Hertz and alerted manager of rudeness to their employee and self. GREAT JOB!My car was completed quickly and they even cleaned it(IT NEEDED IT BIG TIME) Thanks guys.

I gave them my car over a month and a half ago to fix a quarter panel on one side of my vehicle and it is still not complete. No one kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. I personally had to call every single time to check on my vehicle, and the employees were not eager to help me get my vehicle back. I would go somewhere else if you want it done in a timely manner and to get updates because they will not call you or notify you in any way about the status of your vehicle.

Came to this shop because it's a Geico Xpress auto shop. Unfortunately there was nothing express about the experience. The bumper repair on the Infiniti QX80 turned from a week job to over a month. Kept calling for updates and they were always waiting for a new part to arrive. Joe the manager is great and replaced the tail late they broke while working on the repair. They made light scratches on the rear quarter panel which Joe offered to buff out as a customer courtesy though his shop created them. They never buffed it out but said the car was ready to pick up. The reviews don't lie, stay away from this shop if you have a nice vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

When my car was actually, finally ready, after delays and making me come in when it was half done, the workmanship was good.But the experience before completion and after pickup was not what I expect to from a business.I dropped off my vehicle as instructed and when instructed. I'm told to expect it that Friday. Friday comes, they tell me that the guy that disassembled it no longer works there, that it might take the guy stepping in to assemble it a little longer, since he didn't take it apart. I was told it might be ready end of day Friday, if not, Monday late morning, since they need to do a quality assurance check once doneMonday morning I'm told it will be ready Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I'm told it will be ready Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning I'm told it will be ready Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon they tell me they really don't know when it will be done since they are backlogged with the guy leaving and no one there was sure how my bumper goes on. So I insisted they provide a rental car, which they did, my insurance stopped paying on Monday since the shop told my insurance it would be ready.Wednesday the shop calls to say my car is done. Funny how fast they move when it's costing them money. I make the trip up there and they bring out my car. They did replace the bumper and paint a body panel, but two other damaged pieces of trim weren't changed and these were on the estimate. I guess quality assurance doesn't check things very closely. To make it worse, they don't know where my parts are. The guy that quit must have them I was told. They overnighted new ones and it was ready the next day. They tell me to leave the rental with them. They did pay the rental, but I got stuck with a gas bill from the rental company. I think the shop should've stepped and paid that. It was their fault my car took an extra week.

Don t expect to get your car back on time. Expect upcoming problems that will keep your car here. Do not come here if you want your car fixed on time. Never coming back. They Miss parts, they give you a pick up date and don t follow through. What a joke.

Had an excellent experience here, from start to finish. Staff was very helpful and explained everything well. Car was hit on the passenger side near the rear. Went here to have car repaired and it came out excellent! And was done quicker then I expected.

It took a total of 4 months for my car to be done and get parts and they still didn't get all my parts and it's still not done I have to have my car put back together and wait on the two pieces that I needed for my car although my car still run I am without a windshield Reservoir in one of my Chrome pieces on my front end don't recommend this job

Worst service ,,They got over spray allover my black truck.Then tryed to buff it and ruined my cermaic coatin.Then they scrathed the truck and tryed to blame the detailer who fixed there mess.They wouldnt fix the scraches.Never ever again ,Stay away from them.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Took much longer than was originally supposed to and tried to blame the insurance. Quality of workmanship was very good but the customer service from Sierra at the front desk definitely needs an overhaul.

Terrible customer service.several changes of date my car would be ready, gaurunteed two different days for car to be ready for pickup a lady who answers the phone tries to be smart mouth. Its a new day and still no call
