Need more technician here, very inefficient slow to get things done. Missing quality control, did not check finished work. Wood is not precisely cut and did not use wood glue to seal floor, did not used counter sink for floor screws. Cross members side hangers is oriented wrong end up with extra drill hoses.

I went to Stockton dealership and spoke to Ben regarding my trailer issue he told me to drop my trailer. I told him that I called before coming and I was told I can get my trailer fixed right away as I did not want it to be dropped as it was loaded trailer, but Ben told me that they did not get any call regarding fixing the trailer right away. Unfortunately in the morning when I called the call center transferred my call to Fresno dealership instead of Stockton.After listening to my concerns and what all happened Ben understood me, and got my trailer inside shop right away. And got it fixed in 2 hours and I did not pay anything as Ben said its covered under warranty. Thanks to Ben.Ben is a ROCKSTAR!!

Arrived and got unloaded. No dock here like in Fresno, so they have to unload with a pallet jack out front then the longer items (like floor wood and side parts for the trailers) go around to the back. Fast unloading.

Great job done on my dry van trailer roof patch and fixed air leak. Quick servise on every visit. I met Mr Ben in servise he is super freindly and professional.
