Didn't even know it was here referred to by Advance Auto parts for a pair of shocks. Had them pulled on the counter when I got there. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This place was the only place in the county that actually had the parts. I need rare oil filters and they have them in stock. Very helpful, and didn't need to special order them

Car Quest has the best parts. But this store in particular was terrible in terms of customer service. I went in to get a replacement part for my wheel hub bearing assembly. The parts did not look identical. So i told the gentleman that was helping me they don't match. His reason was because I had an OEM part and the non-OEM are not suppose to be identical. I told him that makes no sense and there suppose to be. He then proceeds to tell me he can 110% install this on my car after I told him it doesn't fit and there is a huge gap, when I told him the parts I got from Car Quest doesn't look identical to the OEM part I'm replacing. Terrible Customer Service never going to that store again.

How to make 2 to 3 different stops there because my package was delivered to them yet a couple of people checked up on it and denied having it and at the end of the day it was always there. Made me waste my time my gas and my patients

The person I saw on this visit was more worried about going home early than helping anyone. The Yu are supposed to be open until 6 on Saturday this guy locked the doors when I left at 5:20. I had to go back on Sunday and see Jamie. She's great she found me a couple choices to choose from on the part I need. I give her 5 STARS !!!!

Loveit!! I was an AZ girl for so many years.Now I'm a 99% Carquest girl. Oh that 1% when they've been closed lol.Love the staff. Personal interactions- Michael's the bomb.Love my Jamie. So smart, knows the business.

I love carquest. I shopped for 2 days for Shell rotella T oil 15/ 40 w. Oil CARQUEST HAD IT IN STOCK. CONVENTIONAL OIL A 5 gal . 60.00 dollars. Super price. The sales man at the counter. Was greatly really went out of his big time to find me that exact OILI HIGHLY RECOMEND That you get all of automotive parts and needs their. What a great parts store. I'm. 66 years old I have been to them all. They are. # 1 in my bookBIG PAPPA. THANK YOU

bought lawn mower battery in may 45 day warranty went dead in july but i charged it up next time i went to use it it was dead again took it back to car quest oops just past warranty sorry so every 45 days i am suppose to buy another battery, "4 days past warranty" i thought i had bought enough stuff from car quest over the years they would cut me some slack but no way so i went to norcal battery 1 year warrantyi guess i will shop some where else and let some of my friends know how car quest treats old disabled vets

You gotta love car quest They are a little bit overpriced but I guarantee you if somebody else doesn't have the part carquest will last time they were even able to get me OEM parts through Worldpac

I drove from Linden to Stockton in a 2002 Nissan Altima I had just bought, to pick up a battery that I ordered and paid for online. I had also bought a headlamp, air filter and motor oil. The reason I drove the car was so they could switch out the battery and I could get my core charge. Well, they refused to do it and put the battery in my trunk. I am a 62 year old female with extremely arthritic hands or I would have done it myself. I have always had this service from O'Reilly's and Auto Zone so I was very disappointed. I was hoping to find a new place to shop for my 3 vehicles. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here. Now I have to find someone who will lift these batteries for me and hope that it's the correct one...AND waste my gas driving back in to Stockton to get my core fee back.
