Needed to get my bumper replaced because someone hit my car while it was parked. I called one local body shop, and they were not very helpful. Called Bugs, and spoke with Nathaniel. He was very very helpful, and told me to bring my car right in. Had it towed to there shop, and was promptly contacted after about an hour with details, and estimated time of completion. Took a few days longer than I was initially told, but that wasn't a problem. I left $30 in my console, and it was still there when I picked my car up. Great work!! And Honest People!! As a consumer that's all you can ask for. Thanks Nathaniel!!

Brought in my Chevy truck with damage to the driver front corner. They removed panel, I left it with them to get repainted and came back for them in reinstall. Looks like it never happened. They did such an amazing job fixing up my car!!! For how much got done it took no time and it looks better than ever. Took my toyota camry in at the end of June to have roof repaired/replaced due to having a tree limb fall on it. It took awhile for needed parts to arrive, but once they did my car was repaired in a timely fashion. The outcome is awesome, I no longer have to worry about water getting inside the car and ruining the seats and potentially the headliner.My front windshield was replaced- yea no more pits/cracks!You cannot tell that the roof and sides were replaced/repaired, the matching of paint was seamless - no lines, shadows or ability to detect the paint was done.My only concern is that the roof chanel rubber is not attached completely and one of the side airbag covers is loose, but an easy fix.8/10 received a call from Nathan about getting the loose things tightened, appreciate the follow up, I just need to schedule the appointment to get it adjusted.Aug 30. Follow upHad my appointment to get the roof channel replaced and the side airbag cover fixed. My appointment was for 2 pm, I (as usual) was running behind, called and was told "no problem, just come on in." I arrived at 2:15ish and Jonathan took my car in right away. He completed the repairs in about 15 -20 minutes. My car looks great, you still cannot tell that the roof was painted and replaced it looks that good!I Will Definitely be returning there as I have more work to be done on my car.Bugs Collision is the place to go for all your collision needs!

The staff at Bugs are AMAZING! Not only were they super quick with getting an estimate on my car, they were incredibly helpful and kind during what is usually a stressful experience navigating car repairs. Nathanial and Barron were very helpful in answering my many questions and were very responsive with subsequent follow-up. They have my highest recommendation.

The first time I took my car in, the part I had took en them was incorrect, didi not fit. My fault, I paid for my mistakeThe second time I took my car in. I nneded the part painted. They assured me that they could color match my cars color even though I had the color match to my car. I was told to "not worry" they will make the correct paint in-house and color match it.When I got my car back, the piece that was painted, was off! Incorrect color.They told me that they would contact me after the Thanksgiving holiday.I was never contacted to fix the ordeal.Took my money... and never was contacted.Nathaniel did contact me a week later on Dec 15th. He apologized and agreed to a full refund even for the first time that I had brought in the incorrect part. I went in this morning and he stuck by his word and gave me a full and complete refund. In the end, this place is fair!

This repair shop is seething with unprofessionalism. My repair was estimated to be about 2 weeks, 4 weeks later the shop had not tried to communicate or provide updates on my BMW. The people working there LOVE excuses, especially when confronted with promises they were unable to make. On top of that this shop discarded genuine oem parts off of my car. When I asked where my parts were they responded, "in the trash on Tuesday" obviously gone. Never go here. All the employees are unprofessional and disrespectful and unfortunately my car was not in the same condition when I got it back. What a disappointment of a repair shop Bugs! Be better.

I just came in for an estimate. I don t know much about cars but the staff was so friendly & had no problem explaining the issue I had done to my car. I m so grateful for their help! Bugs collisions is definitely a very friendly place all the employees are very nice and they offer a lot services other than deal with like collisions and stuff they do bodywork painting and a lot more definitely a trusted place to fix and or get stuff done to your car.

Easy and efficient, brought our car in with front end damage, they dealt with our insurance. Repairs were done in a week and there was additional damage that they also submitted to the insurance for us. The best and easiest dealings with car repair shops I think I've ever had. Friendly staff, hope I don't need such services again but if I did would definitely come back to Bugs again.

Brought my new car here because they did body work on my last car, the man that helped me was rude and acted like he didn t even want to touch my car. Someone hit my car and took the front bumper off. He quoted my insurance over 7k to fix it so they s wanted to salvage it. I found another reputable shop in the area with 4.5 star review, took the same quote to them and they are fixing my car now for 2,400. I don t know what happened this time with Bugs but I will not be back, nor sending anyone your way.Service: Body & Trim

I've taken several of my cars to Bugs (formerly Miracle Auto Body & Paint) for repair and custom work and their work is top notch. The service is outstanding and Nathaniel and Jennifer are great to work with. I had $500 credit in work there that I forgot about from a year and a half ago and they told me as soon as I walked in. They've earned a customer for life in me and I'd recommend them to any of my family and friends. They are some of the most genuine, honest, and hard working people I've ever done business with. Good people are hard to come by in Stockton and you can't go wrong with Bugs. 5 stars for sure!

I have been working with this establishment for over 30 years. The quality of work has never been disappointing. I recommend them every chance I get.
