They got me in very fast which is great and that s what kept this at least at the 2 star. I went in for a check engine light ended up being an o2 sensor cool my extended warranty should cover it. Pedro contacts me he is my service advisor he says he sent everything to the extended warranty and they covered it so I am just paying my deductible and my oil change. Awesome, 2 days letter ready for pick up and now I go to pick it up Pedro is off of course so when I get to the cashier I m handed a bill for the whole thing $1000 and no notes that anything went through my warranty. Instant frustration he s off and they don t have anything and then telling me I can pay for it and they can reimburse me later. Ha no thanks I d never see that money again . I asked for a manager and they wouldn t come out. They then proceeded to call my warranty and of course everything was done and they even sent payment!! So I don t know where any notes went or how this got so lost but it was not a great experience. I do want to give a shout out to Damion for trying to fix it he over heard the mess and offered to fix it all and get it figured out fast for me and was very helpful. So thank you Damion for fixing Pedro s mess but overall very frustrating experience.

The repair was quick and the receptionist was very nice and helpful; however, after they repaired my door, my husband noticed the weather stripping was hanging off. When I went back for it to be fixed, the female estimator lady implied they didn t do it because they didn t work on the quarter panel, they worked on the door. I told her it wasn t like that before I brought it in. I didn t appreciate the insinuation.. At any rate, they fixed it in 10 minutes. That lady needs some customer service training.

Garret was great. Amber got me right in the same day. The service technician did a great job bleeding my brakes. Truck operating like new. Will use their services again.

Christine, our Service Advisor, is always so helpful when we have our appointments. It s easy to make appointments through the Lincoln app. I usually wait for my car and the waiting area is comfortable with coffee, water available to the guests.

If i could give negative stars I would (min is 1 star)!!!WORST customer service I've ever received from this place. Dropped off for recalls and only received one call to ask why I brought my car in!! I put a letter in envelope attached to my keys! Service engine soon light on so told them to do diagnostic and they NEVER called with results!! PAID $195!! DID NOT hear from the advisor all day!!! Called at 4:30 only to find out the work order was still open AND everyone was gone!! Told Craig (who was polite even though I was furious) told him to close work order and I'm picking up my car....I WILL NEVER return to this dealership!!!

They took care of the problem in my wife 'scar the same day. Very cordial people andeven took me back home (11 miles away)while they worked on the vehicle. They even asked me if I needed a ride back to get the car once it was fixed. That's great service.We're very pleased with this outfit!

Battery was dead and I mean dead. No way for me to get vehicle to get replacement.Then I discovered Big Valley Ford Mobile Service. Talk about a life saver. Gave them a call on a Tuesday, booked appointment for Thursday. Awesome!Service Tech showed up promptly with the BVF service mobile vechicle.Opted for "The Works" package which included oil change, tire check, fluid top off among others.Job completed quickly. (Faster than if I had taken it in)Pricing was equivqlent to going to BVF SC but so much more efficient for me by allowing me to stay home.Highly recommend this service and I will definitely be calling them again,

I brought my 2009 Lincoln Navigator in for a seat heater issue. They were able to diagnose the issue and let me know the next steps for fixing the issue. I would highly recommend them!

Reyes Service Manager for fleet cut a key for me on my ford F250. Now my ignition grinds and can t turn key easily. My total cost of other repairs while in there was about $3200.00. The reason the truck was in there was unmetered air. That issue was resolved. I asked Reyes to give me a quote to fix there mistake and I would pay and no response whole thing started with me buying 160k worth of two trucks for my fleet nonetheless they did not care to fix an issue they created. The sales guy drove that work truck and told Reyes there was no issues with the ignition before they worried on it also truck was in the shop about a month don t recommend

After letting my Ranger sit unused for at least three weeks, knowing the original battery had 4 years use, I truly believed it was dead and needed to be replaced when it failed to show any sign of life, nada, zero , zilch! Logical right? I was asked to bring in the car so as to give it a proper diagnosis which I did. Maybe 2 hours later I was called and told the car was ready for pickup with a $30 servicing charge. A new battery would have cost $260. That s how my day with Valley Ford Service went. Pretty darn good!

Had my car for six months from there. Been in 3 times for same issues..Got my first oil change and one day later my car is broke. I bought two cars at the same time from them. This is my third car I purchased from them and I referred a friend who bought 2 as well.

This review is about their truck service area. Back in 2020, we bought a motorhome based on the Ford F53 chassis from an RV dealer. There were several issues with the new platform and despite being unprofitable warranty work during the COVID supply chain problems, BV took them on. More recently, the check engine light came on just before we were to start an extended workamping gig in AZ. We called, were told to bring it in, and in within a couple of days they slid us into their schedule and fixed that problem, plus a warranty repair we had scheduled for the future. This salvaged our long trip and our jobs.Specifically, I want to praise the service manager, Reyes. He's an excellent communicator throughout the time they have your vehicle. He does his best to keep you up-to-date, without overcommitting. He must have good team to work with, because barring unforeseen complications, they complete the work when expected.Most all of the RV blog sites have tales of woe when trying to get their F53 chassis worked on. This is not one of them.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
