Dont waste your time here. Took my truck here to get it checked out and fixed up. The front desk guy and the mechanic that checked my truck immediately pointed out the issues, which was great and so I just needed a quote and to get the work done. Front desk guy had me wait over an hour only to tell me he will need to work on my quote some more and if he can just call me before closing. That was fine. He never called. I ended up giving them maybe a couple days before I called back to make sure they finished the quote. When I spoke to the front desk guy finally, he gave me a quote but said it wasn t completed because he s waiting on one more manufacturer or something but to bring in the truck at any time for me to leave it. I came in the next day only to wait almost 3 hours because the front desk guy was still getting the quote. He finally told me, once again, that he will just call me before closing talking about how difficult it is to find the parts I need. Not sure if he knows what he s doing. I still haven t received a call or anything at all. I already took my truck somewhere else to get everything done in less than 2 days. Still no call back at all. Don t go here!

I was on my way from Sacramento to Monterey with a new dog I had just adopted when my low tire pressure light went on. It was a hot day and I was worried about having any car issues. A friend guided me the All Pro Tire and Wheel while we were talking on the phone. Not knowing where to go, I drove along the building to the back. Two men came out telling me I needed to park in the front. I told them what my issue was and soon 3 of them were checking my tire pressures, filling my tires (several of which were down 4 lbs), and making sure the indicator light went off. When they were done, they told me there was no charge! They truly were my guardian angels that day when they came to my rescue.

Did a walk-in for our van that needed one tire replaced. There were a lot of people waiting around, so it looks like they get a lot of business. I was thinking I needed to use ACIMA, which they offer (and how I decided which tire place to go to), but it ended up costing less than I expected. They take cash, debit, credit, and have ACIMA as an option. Also was offered used or new tire, but we knew we wanted a new one. Total time from in & out - 3 hours on a Friday morning. The guy who helped us was really pleasant to work with and courteous.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at this tire shop. I bought four new tires from them a year ago, including free rotation. However, when I went in today, and the last few times prior, Phil told me that they had switched to a new system and they could not find my purchase record. They asked me to provide proof of purchase whenever I wanted to rotate my tires. Last time I went in. Phil told me they do without proof of purchase this time. when I went to get my car, I noticed the tires were not rotated, basically wasting my time with this foolish company. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this is the first time I have had this problem. Jamal, the owner, called me back and said we don t want your business because I yelled at the employee for doing this to me every time I come in for service. They should honor their warranty and keep track of their customer s records. I feel like they are trying to scam me and avoid their responsibility. I will not return to this tire shop again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Garbage place to go to. Sold me the wrong tire then went back to have the right tire put on, just for them to put my old tire back on. they probably assume i wouldn't have noticed, I guess that's the kind of business they got going on. Go to les shcwab instead.

On 8-27-2021,I arrived 15 minutes before they opened to ensure that I was first in line.They opened at 8 am but the employee at the desk said that his worker was not in yet.I waited until 8:45 am for his worker to finally arrive. This is very unprofessional of them to not have their team members arrive on time and have their customers waiting. I came in for a simple and quick tire patch and I should have been in and out in 15 minutes. It turned out to be an hour and a half. I am very disappointed on the quality of their customer service.

Hello Everyone! The one start is only because I had to put something it would 0 starts for me!!I am expressing the rudeness I recently experienced upon me calling inquiring about wheel alignment services. The representative which I believe to be at the front desk was rude and told me. That they have two ppl in line and that they re closing at five today she's apparently ready to get off work or whatever and it isn't what she said it how she said it aggressively and so speedy and I am sure the shop would rather make money than turn away customers and being rude doing so. I'd stopped going there for years for this same problem and they just happen to hire rude up employees. They will never get my service again Actually there's a better spot I found thanks to her rude self!! Bless you all.

They have fair prices. But I brought my bmw in for a break inspection and oil change. They called and told me that I needed front brakes and rotors. they also said that the backs were ok. I let them know this car was vehicle for work and would be leaving out first thing the next morning. They had my car since 10am and didn't get it completed until closing. When I arrived to pick it up the sales associate met me outside only to tell me that they made a mistake and I did need back breaks and rotars. I brought it in early the next morning. When the car got to my client the check engine light was on and the car ran super rough. Come to find out under tray fell off because the clamps were broken. I took it back in they fixed it but it took all day. Only to find that the other part of the under tray was open. I had to get under it myself to close it. Now my car is all jacked up. It makes alot of noise and runs super rough. Now my breaks make noise like they need replacement and it's only been 1 month. One of my rear brakes also fell off. Damaging my entire back wheel and wheel bearings. With all this issues they should have offered some of my money back or a discount for my next service. I received nothing Don't take your foreign car here.

I bought tires for my car about a month ago and I went to air up the tires and couldn't so I bought it back to be checked and was told that the valve stem was corroded and I would need my rim sealed. It would be 20 I understand that's not much but why should I have to pay that they were just put on a month ago and why is my stem corroded anyway don't they put new valve stem on at insulation, wow !!! I'm Never coming back here again!!! Good luck to future customers!!!

Started day after 45min drive with misscommunication on price(150$ diff) after I confirmed and he also confirmed, then was told 1.5hr at 1030 was done at about 2. So I pay and go to leave after already missing a meeting because how long it took. Go out to look at my vehicle and my valve stem caps are missing on all the tires no big most times people forget those all the time but just cascading. Everyone was polite and courteous. Except the female employee cursing and talking trash on another over a dumb cardboard box as she walked away from him towards me. Didn't appreciate my window left half down and vehicle unlocked until I got out there either now the tech may not have known but some people have things they dont want stolen. All said and done not a great experience definitely dont feel it was worth the drive especially with the price issue.

Told over the phone that somg certification would be $40 despite my confirmation of price several times before showing up a day later. Additional certification cost about$13. Khurum smog technician failed my smog due to oil cap (which i recently replaced) and vacuum line. Sales associate told me it would cost me $135 out the door to have everything fixed and recertified. I drove to Oreily Autopart and bought the parts for $7.99 and fixed the alleged issues in the autopart parking lot by myself. Nick the manager is very rude and insincere. I would never recommend this place. Total wait time more 5 hours.

These guys are awesome!! Joe was super friendly & courteous.. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes!!! What more can you ask for from a smog facility.. Thanks guys! Ill definitely be back as well as refer any & every friend your way!! :)

Came here to have an alignment done. They took really lone the first time. they done the alignment. But my steering wheel was off. Guess they don't test drive the vehicle. After their work.. came back the next day and it took even longer. Kinda missed up having to wait even longer on there work they have to redo. Take your business somewhere else.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Sales associate have major attitude. They try and upsale you on EVERYTHING.I never normally write bad reviews but this place wasn't worth my time. Took 3 hours for a wheel alignment. Forget saving the few bucks. Go somewhere more friendly and better service. You'll thank yourself later

Got some power amp steps installed and received them with dents on the edge like if they were hit with a hammer. also i have a tune setup and they didnt let me know that they disconnected it to connect the amp steps which is not profesional to do instead of letting me know.Highly dont recommend

5/5 Would recommend. Very competitive pricing, quick turnaround even for a walk in around mid day. Had two tires mounted/balanced & alignment for $80 out the door.

I called to see if they could put tires on for me. They wanted to charge $20 a per tire when other shops charge $10. The guy over the phone had no customer service skills.

Not really sure about this place I went in for a maintenance on my A/C and now it blow out cool air not cold air. I'm taking it back because before I took it there it was blowing cold air.? We will see what happeneds.?
