They have most of the parts. The special orders are on point as well. The free scanning test for your vehicle is good as well. I liked it.

Came in ~7pm, employees were horsing around, the cashier threw a screwdriver _hard_ at the counter in front of a fellow employee to make him jump, ricocheting off into the back of the store. The fellow employee then went to grab the screwdriver and threatened "imma throw it back at you bro" then feigned a throw at the original employee, all while I'm standing right in front of the counter. Not okay regardless, let alone with me standing in the flight path.

Picked up some coolant, rang up for a price more than double the posted price. Associate told me the tag said After Rebate. Yet neither the tag, the associate, or the manager they called could tell us how to go about getting the rebate. Why is the tag up then?

O'Reilly website states free battery installation with purchase of a new battery. I went in to get a new battery for my camry (Very accessible battery) after payment, they guy tells me they dont do that. I ask him for tools and he doesn't have any for me to do it myself. I had to drive back home swap it out and then go back and return my old battery. Now I know it isn't difficult to swap it out, but its the inconvenience of it. If I would have known I would've taken my own 10mm or gone Autozone for that matter. Very disappointed.

I went in to the store to buy some wiper blades for my car and this young lady Ivy was so nice! I am very big on customer service so I wanted to make sure I gave her some kudos. She was friendly and professional. She was also very knowledgeable. I over heard her talking to another customer about parts for his car and I was very impressed. She took her time and was patient in helping her customer. Thank you for hiring her.

The manager, Edward and the associate Hugo were a HUGE help to me today. My car broke down in the parking lot after I had just left the store, and they didn't hesitate to help. They got us the parts we needed, installed a new battery for us, and when that didn't work they called a mobile mechanic to come look at our car. Thank goodness we happened to break down at this O'Reiley Auto. They really understand customer service and they take it seriously.

The worst customer service ever, the guy has poor attitude, acts like he is doing one a favor. If you are not una good mood and do not wish to deal with customers, stay home.

Great staff and products. Not a first timer but that last time I went I was attended very well. Usually get good service but this time was better. Ivy helped me out a lot and gave me a rundown of all my options when it came to a battery. She helped test out the trucks charging system and found out it was a bad battery being the problem. At the end of that I was also informed of promotions currently going on and ended up leaving with some wax and an oil change for my car as well. I enjoyed the service and help.

Don't waste your time with this place, I think you only need to have about a 50 IQ to get a job at most of these places in California. I couldn't even order a simple part from the warehouse without the order getting messed up. Save time ,frustration and money, order from Rock Auto.

Came here today. Employee at the front desk was not wearing a mask and was rude. Did not help inform me about my purchase at all, rushed my decision about what to buy, gave me no options about products. Probably wouldnt come here again.

I normally go with my bf to get what we need for the cars. This is the 2nd time I go alone. Also the 2nd time I get a girl that can't really help me. I needed a part and I wasn't sure so I asked her and she didn't know either. I offered to go look and see if I could tell of it was the correct part. Which I shouldn't have had too. There was enough people she could have asked to go look and make sure I bought the correct part so I would have to exchange it. Great customer is in my opinion ..... Let's go see if we can see if it is the correct part, let me get some more information online, let me ask a team member to help me make sure we get you the correct part. If I was the working there that would be me going over and beyond to make sure my customer is at 110 percent satisfied. I would make sure I knew about cars ect. Well this associate to my understanding she needs to learn about cars and have better customer service and ask me more questions about my car and offer antifreeze because it's only obvs you need that when you replace the radiator. I didn't get that offered to me. I knew I needed it but because I had to almost climbed in my car to see if it was 1 or 2 mounts on the part. I decided to go and get the antifreeze. Who ever goes to the store I hope you get better service and get some one with knowledge

Super delay time on Delivery time. It isn't accurate. Add 3 hours to the estimated time they tell you.

Made multiple trips here cuz of different sized body fasteners, ones too big, ones almost the right size and then boom, different fastener from other fitment type (I have Ford and had to buy GMC body fasteners for my plastic trim under hood) almost identical no matter what they're mostly interchangeable

My engine was overheating so I stopped in to o'reilys on beach and ball . A young man named Hugo came out and checked my engine . He was very nice.

Needed to get a rear wiper replacement and came by to shop. Couldn't find the one I searched on thr internet, and a lady at the counter asked me if I needed a help. With her help, she got the one I was looking for fron the back. Thank you!

The employees were Cool but the price was over the top price gouging 12 bucks for a gallon of antifreeze o'reilly's brand nothing else was available that's twice as much as the leading brand

Disgusting and hypocritical. A sign stating that masks are required in the store is the first thing you see at the door, only to have 3 employees standing in the front with either their masks down on their necks or no mask on at all. Planned to buy a couple 5 quart motor oil jugs..went to Home Depot across the street instead. Embarrassing store

Very helpful and friendly staff, great prices. Helped me get 2002 Toyota Solara's routine maintenance completed. I would recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone.2002 4cyl 2.4L Toyota SolaraReplaced with Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil and filter, Ceramic brakes, Fuel filter, Flushed ATF fluid and replaced screen/filter, New starter. Car is running like new

I was just about to leave OC back down to SD around 7pm on a Sunday. Car battery died out on me and luckily these guys were open and were able to install the new battery without hassle.
