Not sure if this kid was just having a bad day. But he was a mute. Zero communication. Didn't acknowledge you. He mumbled 2 word answers. I wasn't sure if I was being helped or not with his silence. After he "helped" me return my battery for core, I asked if they had a book in the back to look up my oil filter. He just mumbled no book. I then told him the 2 vehicles I needed filters for. He looked it up. Walked off without saying anything. So I followed him to the filters. Then he hands me 2 filters and leaves. How do you know I want that brand filter? Didn't ask if I needed anything else. Didn't walk me back to the counter. I got back to the counter seconds after him and he was no where to be found. He hid in the back. I gladly had another person ring me up. People like this just doesn't deserve a job. Go flip burgers where you don't have to communicate with people.

U can be standing in line per Hours while stuff just Walk around, talk each other laughing, trying not to see u. So u don t have to ask lol there so much people that need the job! Please send those lazy guys home

Thank you to Jorge who helped me yesterday. Not only did he help find my parts but he was so funny and kept all his customers laughing. This auto zone has such great staffing that make it comfortable to shop here even if I didn t know much about cars!

i was having battery trouble so my friends told me to go to auto zone to get it checked. it turns out after testing my battery, it was my alternator that was failing. thanks to Albert for checking and explaining exactly what i needed to get replaced!

I had to get a new battery for my BMW I didn't even know it was in the trunk haha. They couldn't have been nicer they just charged me for the battery took off the money for the core so I got wiper blades to which they put on and they put the battery in and showed me how to do it it's very simple I am amazed they did not charge labor nothing. They were wonderful I would highly recommend going here for any needs

They were extremely helpful even though it seemed as if they had just gotten the store delivery. An employee took the time to help me find a vacuum leak that had just started on my way home from Big Bear. The hose was gone, it was, literally, the last thing he could look at before going back in the store. I got a new hose and the van is much quieter upon start up and isn't struggling to speed up. Thank you very much

Everyone at this Auto zone was absolutely amazing! They pointed me in the right direction for the items I needed for my vehicle! Jimmy assisted me with putting A/C refrigerant, powering steering fluid, and injection cleaner in my vehicle. Jimmy was very kind and informative, he took his time with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location for all of my vehicle needs!

The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are well staffed and don't hesitate to accommodate any request you have without making you feel like you are bothering them. That was nice.

I went to auto zone needing help with my battery. Jimmy was nice enough to check my battery, and we discovered that it was my alternator that needed to be replaced and not my battery saving me so much trouble! Thank you so much!

Our communities have great leaders but sometimes you find an exceptional person Randall is one of them was an awesome chill guy was very helpful and I just hope they promote him and keep him here because he makes our shopping experience way better and way more enjoyable than it usually is so congrats bro it s very hard to get a good review from me because my standards are set very high but you sir are great rate worthy keep doing the great work

The employees there was very welcoming and greeted me as I walked in. I was looking to buy a new battery and was assisted by Manny. He was very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Highly recommend!!!My front blinker needed to be fixed and was hoping that�AutoZone could possibly help. I visited this location and the employee who I spoke with was friendly�and knowledgeable�about all the questions I�asked. My friend advised that I needed to refill the blinker fluid, but the gentleman let me know I just needed a simple light bulb replacement. He was so kind to help me install the light bulb as well. I'm so glad that there are honest and approachable people in this business that has always been intimidating to me. I'll definitely be returning here for all of my car needs.

Went here to get parts and tools to service my 2015 Nissan Sentra. Immediately felt welcomed by everyone when entering. Spoke with Jimmy who reached out and asked if I needed help. Thanks to Jimmy I got everything I needed. He kept me informed, got me all the parts and tools I needed. Jimmy definitely went above and beyond in customer service. The location also has ample parking, which is usually not the case with most Auto Zone stores. Making this my new go-to store for auto parts and tools.

Honestly turned my bad week into a great week. After a couple hours at home I finally figured out how to change my front windshield wipers on my own, only to find out my rear wiper was completely different and I got the wrong one at target, and then the wrong one at Costco, oof! I decided to go to autozone to get the correct wiper, and my headlight just went out too. I was instantly greeted by a friendly woman who got me the correct parts I needed (I didn t catch her name, but I came on 3/15/23 at 7:45pm). She explained the different bulb options I could pick from and what the differences were. Also two employees, (I believe their names are Benwar and Enji) installed the wiper & headlight bulbs for me!!! Everyone was soo nice & happy to help. A huge weight of relief came off my shoulders tonight!! I will never go to Costco or Target for car parts again, Autozone forever!! Thank you so much!

Awesome service! I typically feel like I don t know what I m trying to say when I m explaining what s wrong with my car, but the employee went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Now my car is running perfectly. Thank you!

Went in today to get a KNN filter which was priced a little higher than Amazon and other competing auto parts asked for a price match and without question the manager approved it. This is the kind of customer service I like if you offer a price match take care of it not try to look for ways not to match it. Thank you guys for your great customer service I ll definitely be coming back here for my future auto part needs.
