Sunday 8:00 a.m. they were open I drive a diesel and it's $52 for them to do the oil change when you bring your own oil and filter. Walmart is a little bit cheaper but these guys get you in and out and about 15-20 minutes

COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!,I brought my car in for an oil change and my hood doesn t have the hood prop so they used a pole to keep it open.I recently got a new paint job on the whole front side so everything was new(fenders, hood, and front bumper).Once they were done and we re taking off the pole she pulled it out somehow and made the hood fall DOWN a bit and made a dent on my hood.I saw it as it happened and went out immediately to tell her about it she said she d talk to the manager so they can see what they can do about it.Talked to the manager and they said I d get a free oil change and that they would fix the 2 dents they made on my hood.One week goes by and they said they checked the footage and tell me it wasn t there fault that they wouldn t be able to do anything.Find it funny because everything was new and my car never had though s dents before.I will be doing business elsewhere never here again!By the way I did call to do a claim and they said it still wasn t there fault DO NOT COME HERE!!!If they damage your vehicle they won t do anything to fix the situation BEWARE!!

Wow! Now I see why my husband goes to these guys for years to get oil change. I was doing errands shopping but then I thought to get oil change anyways since it was time to do it. These guys were on point! Checked my signal and headlights. I didn't have to get out my car. Advised me if I had recieved the holiday special $20 coupon off in email. I said YES! I would have not known that if he didnt tell me. They definitely had teamwork and great communications!! So professional. Fast service and I was out in about 20 mins. That extra little step to go over and above is a nice perk! Customer for life. A+

I am infuriated. I waited over an hour in line just for a tire rotation. I didn't even get service because there were still two cars ahead of me and the line next to me had 4 cars go in and out as I waited for a huge van to get serviced. This was the absolute worst experience I've had. I asked the workers when they would be done and they kept telling me 5 mins but those 5 mins turned to an hour of waiting for no service at all. 15 mins service is a complete scam!!!!!!!!!!

Worst costumer service, they made me change lanes for other people could cut me. They took very long without informing me it would take that long, they didn t state a good Inicial, price for a oil change. I ended up leaving the place, when I left the employees didn t look back or nothing. You should only come here if you want to waist your time and terrible have customer service.

Don't want to be the downer, but my experience was far from what was described by previous comments. I take all four of my vehicles to Valvoline INSTANT oil change, and this was my first time at this location since it was a mile closer than my usual spot. Bad mistake. Arrived around 11am. Five minutes in, I was greeted and vehicle info gathered which was comforting. Service member said "20 minutes" which wasn't an issue to me. An hour later, I left never being serviced. Unfortunately I was behind two vehicles who were already inside the bay, same vehicles when I arrived. The other line moved along despite my arrival time in consideration. Bad luck I guess. No follow-up or notification for me. From what I noticed, teamwork and chemistry mentioned by other comments were not witnessed especially during a busy time. Maybe only when they are not busy. You would have thought common sense would be to shift focus on vehicles in front of the bay so the person on second position in the bay is not stuck. Or, focus on bottlenecks to move things along. Other locations position customers in line based on service needs (i.e oil change, extensive services, etc) that way bottlenecks can be mitigated. Sounds too much like common sense or they lack a team leader or manager to ensure a working process. I will just go to my usual spot. Now, I see the difference between a well managed location compared to this one. I am sure they are great but definitely NOT during busy times. Google said 'not usually busy' when I arrived, then 'more busy than usual' by the time I decided to leave. I witnessed why. Bad management, system, and processes.

They were awesome it's the 3rd different Valvoline we have gone to locally and they were the best team chemistry and sychinicty we're awesome to see... Side note there was another customer that pulled in after we did and he was driving a newer car that reportedly has had issues and instead of turning him away the store manager took it upon herself to change his oil. Bravo very impressed this will be our mainstay.(edit) went back again today lines were long staff was amazing!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Respectful, Honest and Friendly to other clients and to each other. Been to many oil change places and this one is by far the best!! Will travel miles to come to the best service for my car! Thanks ladies (especially Casandra and Carmen) and gents underneath the cars for all you do!!!

Totally damaged the bottom of my car, put my belly plate on wrong and now I just found out that they didn t screw my oil cap on so I was leaking oil, this place totally ripped me off and cost me a lot more money then just an oil change, I will never return, should stick with the dealership, and don t say your sorry to hear this because your not!

SLOWEST VALVOLINE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. They wave you in, two at a time but only service 1 vehicle at a time. Valvoline tends to pride itself on their 15 minute oil change yet this one takes well over 30 minutes a vehicle. Now listen.... I am in no way opposed to waiting more than 15 minutes for an oil change, I understand they can take longer. But there are 7 people running around and nothing is getting done in the 15 minute window Valvoline tends to advertise. They need to consider a more lean workflow, or stop advertising that they can and will change oil in such a short period of time. Slightly frustrating all the way around.

I spent my whole time in my car. Everything was explained to me before the service was done. I was able to get a 20% discount that was text to me. I sometimes travel with a nonverbal autistic adult which can be difficult when I take him to a waiting area. I don't have to do that anymore. The staff is very professional. I don't know that much about cars and what they do, so they were careful to ensure that their explaination was clear. I told them what a prior service person recommended, I repeated the statement, "When you get your next oil change have them top off your coolant." Though I had no idea what I was saying, they did and they added the price so I would know how much it cost. No surprises. I would recommend trying these folks the next time you need an oil change.

Another great experience at this Valvoline location. I was greeted by Melissa. She is such a professional and has great customer service skills. She worked together with Autumn to take care of cars in both bays. Nico worked under the car and had me out of there in great time. Autumn communicated everything that she saw and confirmed with me before doing anything. Melissa was communicating what was going on. I really had a great experience today. They lady checked my air filter and used a zip gun on 8mm bolts and stripped the holes on my air box now they won't even tighten up. I went back and spoke to her she said they were already like that. No help, I do not recommend this place they messed up my daughter car as well just found that out $300 part from ford Thanks update the customer care response was very fast and resolved the situation they bought me a new air box from the Ford Dealership I am happy thanks customer support Service: Oil change

Melissa , Autumn , Gabriel, and manager Efrain were more than welcoming for my first visit to Valvoline Spring Valley. If I could give 10 stars for customer service , I would ! They were informative, knowledgeable, kind, and it s obvious they enjoy what they do. Will definitely be coming back for future oil changes. Leaving a very happy customer. Here's the good part. Oil change was fast. Here's the bad part. They don't know how to put your car back together once they are done. I have a brand new vehicle. 10k miles on it total. This was the very first oil change it ever had. There is no reason they couldn't put a bolt in properly. Whoever the mechanic was that was in the pit doing the oil changes evidently doesn't know how to do the job properly. I won't be going back. I shouldn't have to manually put the bolts back in myself when the mechanic is paid to do the work. Smh.

Had an excellent experience...the staff was friendly, knowledgable, and performed my oil change service thoroughly and in a timely fashion....got to work right away and it was done well and completed within fifteen minutes. I really appreciated their professional and respectful yet warm attitudes and their ability to work with one another well. Keep up the good work! I will return for my next service and recommend this location.

I would give it zero stars! The lady was very rude and refused to redeem my coupon. For a fact I know I m allowed to use my coupon immediately however she said I can t. Other workers here have redeemed my coupon immediately the lady today 9/27/22 at 11am doesn t know what she s doing please retrain her ASAP !

Two days after leaving this place my car completely stopped working. It is in the shop and it probably will cost thousands of dollars. I will never step foot in that place again in life.

To they have very friendly, fast service, thay are honest and knowledgeable, letting you know what's good, needs service soon and what needs service now. There prices are decent, and if you are in a hurry, they get you in and out with in that 15mins they promise.

This is my go to place. Shout out to Melissa who is always super cool and friendly. It s worth the price because I m in and out in less than 20 minutes. They never try to upsell and are honest and hard working.

I love coming here! It s fast, easy, and the employees are very nice and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone. They changed my oil and windshield wipers and I was very happy with the quality! It s definitely worth every penny spent.
