I got my breaks done there. They were very friendly, and gave me a fair price. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in good shape. I had a great experience there. The workers care about doing good work. I will be back here when I need something done on my car. Great place!

Paid for an oil leak repair they promised was going to fix the issue couple months ago but vehicle still leaking oil. They looked at it again but wanted more money to fix the oil leak issue even tho I paid already to fix it. Never coming here again no guarantee on work done. Should ve asked for a refund.

Came in for a battery replacement, they were able to refer me to the best place to buy a new one, once I took it over they had my car ready to go in 20 mins. They even stayed 10 mins after closing to make sure I got my car today! Great service and I will definitely be using them again.

This is now the ONLY place I got to for auto maintenance and repairs. Honest, won't upsell, good quality work WITH WARRANTY on most work. Sam Is a great guy and he hires good people. My radiator was leaking recently. Pulled up at opening time on a Monday; they had it ready around 2PM the same day. All for under $400. Another shop wanted almost $1200 for the same service and the first appointment was almost 2 weeks away. Sam is THE MAN.

Don t go to these guys, they re dishonest. They charged me for coils for my car Thad I didn t need. I also paid for them to smog my car and they said it kept failing. I took it to someone else to get smogged and it passed immediately. They just want to keep telling you you need something when you don t

I've been taking my vehicles to Sam's for over 15 years and won't take them to anyone else.A lot of shops will cut corners, do shoddy (and often unnecessary) work at outrageous rates assuring you'll be back in a week with the same problem. Not Sam's. The freindly staff is honest and knowledgeable. I have always been provided an accurate estimate along with a detailed description of the work to be done. They do the job right the first time at a reasonable price and they stand behind their work. Sam's is the unicorn of auto shops putting safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction above profit. I wouldn't take my ride to any other shop!Sam and Rick are the best!

Cheaper than my usual Oil Change!!!!! And Much Faster also. About 20 minutes start to finish! They also checked tire pressure and added air. The gentleman were very kind and offered details to each of my questions/concerns! I will be returning!!

Sam's Tune Up Master was amazing! The Monday before Christmas they were able to diagnose, get parts and complete the repair on my car so that I could get back to work and make my holiday travel plans. Thank you!

Sam and crew did a great job diagnosing my check engine light, repairing the issue, and oil change too.. It passed smog and no more check engine light... yayyyy !!! Went for a oil change. The service was excellent. Gave me a estimate on how much a tune-up would cost. The staff very good &helpful and quick. I trust these guys

Told me after the smog check failed that if I got it warmer it would probably pass, but it would be another $30 to check again with no guarantee. The last two smog checks I got in years past, once a year ago, they ran the car to ensure it passed.

I took my car to Sam for some work last year and this year he is honest affordable up front does not give you the run around like other machines he know what he is doing when it comes down to cars I will always be a customer of sam

The smog tech ran my vehicle and it passed on emissions, but he failed it on a visual check because he said it didnt have a BAR sticker, which the vehicle does not need. There is a smiple CARB E.O. that he needed to look up but refused to do it, Even though that is his job. It also took them almost 2 hours, and there wasnt a wait ahead of me. Save your time and money and take your car somewhere else.

Was sent here from Spring Valley Smog (my usual place), because they changed ownership or renewed a license and couldn't smog vehicles over a certain age (whatever...). I like Sam and I wish him well but I left feeling a little dissatisfied.

Almost $200 for a transmission fluid service on a 22 year old truck. It did help the truck though.

Watch them...they will double bill your credit card! They will replace the the rear brakes when you specify the front brakes!!! Just watch them
