We were visiting out of state and woke up one morning to a flat tire. We found this shop via Google search and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were helped. Two cars were ahead of us, but it only took about 20-30 minutes to be seen. We browsed through some cool knickknacks and antiques to keep busy. Robert was our serviceman and he patched up our tire in about 5-7 minutes for a very fair price! It was a great experience and we were back on our way to Balboa Park in no time. Thanks so much for your excellent service!

Staff here have no integrity. They rolled a tire down the street for fun and the tire hit a parked car. The worker who rolled the tire took pictures and laughed as he walked away. Attached are pictures of the car they hit.

This place I fully recommend the employee Robb is one of the best workers I've ever encountered. He's professional,he don't lie very blunt witch is good, hes very intelligent and knows a lot about his profession. If u have any problems at all with your tires go to shorty's NO LIE you won't go anywhere else after coming to shorty's. I take my Ford explorer to this place all the time with 8 holes in my tires from being stupid and Robb patches them up for me cheaper then getting new ones lol

I came to get two new tires, they gave two used tires, way too small, both different brands/tread/psi ratings. Both tires were way over filled over psi rating. I was ripped off. I decided to get new tires at discount tire co. and return the used ones to shorty's tire shop. The guy gave me the run around for a week telling me he didnt have any cash to refund me, or telling me to call his boss whom I was barely able to understand. Then he told me he would talk to his boss and give me a call, which he didnt. Today I went back and talked to Shorty and he was extremely rude and told me he wont refund me because they were used tires.In short:Garbage service Garbage customer service No regard for customers Total rip-off I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone, this place should be shut down.

Excellent service.....Owner (Shorty) is cordial in greeting and servicing clients. Quickly, atteneds to your needs and can multi tasks. My tire was partially stripped/warpped with extensive damage vibration. Luckily, I quickly discovered the issue and brought it to this shop's attention for spare repair using an old tire from my home. My tire had a flat....a hole that was patched and worked in to ease the stagnent tire dryness with heater and sealer to seal the air within... After some time, while assisting other, managed to complete. Great service now I have a spare! Thanks to Shorty. Well done and keep up the good work.....

Saw an ad on Craigslist for 245/35/20 for $82 out the door (pic attached) i called just to make sure so i dont waste me time (30min) drive and sure enough guy who answered the phone had no idea what im talkin about (mind you its their ad so how do you not know what your advertising) and said he will call me Right back 4 hrs later still haven t heard from them. Horrible customer service! So i called evans tires went in right away and got 4 new tires take your business elsewhere and don t waste your time here

It was my first time that I stopped by At Shorty s Tire shop. My car needed to change break pads and tmps sensors. They have a really good reasonable price and Robert was a very kind and doing great job. Shorty s Tire is going to be lifetime shop from today.. I recommend his shop blink an eye. Sevgili San Diego, Spring Valley, La Mesa sakinleri, Lastik, fren, tmps sensor degisimi, rot balance vs Kasabada daha iyi fiyatli bulabileceginizi sanmiyorum. Isini severek yapan Robert bey size yardimci olacaktir.

This is a CASH ONLY business. The gentleman repaired my car tire within 10 minutes. If you need a quick tire repair, this is the place to go.

Wow! These Reviews, must be good friends of John's! Or John himself! I Paid John $1,225.00 to replace my transmission w a rebuilt one. That's the amount he asked for to do the work. He never did the work! He decided instead, to try and convert my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica into a 2wd, instead of the Awd that it was?? Without my permission! Needless to say it didn't work! He kept my car over 5 months and refused to answer my calls! I recieved my car back, torn apart! (Less it's Catalytic converter! he just decided to keep!!!) Delivered back on a trailer from one of his friends! No explinations! Nothing! This guy John, owner of Shortys Tires! Not only has my $1225.00! He.also has my Catalytic converter! And left me with a mess and Broke! What a Nightmare!

Had a low tire, drove around looking for a place to repair my tire and found shorty s tire shop. Very fast service and my tire was fixed in less than 10mins. The tire had a nail in it.
