So grateful I came to Ben s smog To get my car smog. The guy came out and tested my car before the Smog test to let me know if it would pass. I was a little confused because never in my 30 years of driving and getting car smog has anybody ever tested my car first they just wanted the money. My car was not ready to pass smog he told me what I needed to do to get it ready . I did what he told me and come back He tested it again to see if it was ready and it was ready so I got my smog certification. I definitely would recommend this place especially being a woman some people will try to take a vantage of the situation they were definitely straightforward and honest I m so appreciative. I am totally blown away I can't believe they still exist the whole package at Ben smog on Grand Ave. Diego and his coworkers treated me, with courtesy, like one of their own. Their personal attitude was given even under extra busy times. they took the time to give me a heads up to pinpoint any possible problems before hand, for the least costly amount of my dollar. I believe this small business is still operating because of the quality expertise and the personal efforts given by Diego and and his team. Bens smog is the best. They pretest your vehicle and let you know if it will pass or not. If it doesn't they tell you what needs to be fixed. If it does they smog it and send the information to the DMV electronically. Boom done. In/out 10 minutes. They are the best. Big thumbs up.
