Jarrett and his staff are solid as a rock. This place has been my go-to as a local in Tahoe and I won t go anywhere else. Not only do they get your car as clean as a whistle after the most gnarly 3 day blizzard/all the following nastiness that comes from clearing our Tahoe roads but they run this place with a lot of integrity and they care about their customers. There has been more than one occasion that I was pleasantly surprised with my interactions with this staff. Highly recommend

Seemed like a good deal $20 bucks for a month of car washes. Too good to be true. Gouged the front of my car. No customer service number to be found.

This place is very friendly and my car is always blaming ready to hit the roads of Southlake Tahoe looking much cleaner than most cars.Thanks to this place for being open so many hours a day also amazingly strong, free vacuums for your car. Thank you.

Beware. Do not take your new car here. I learned my lesson the hard way. Brand new 4 runner and visited a total of 4 times over a month. The beater brushes scratched the hell out of every single panel. I was on a monthly plan and when I said I wanted to cancel because their brushes were ruining my car they just shrugged and canceled my plan. Better to spend the time washing by hand

It was absolutely packed today but Sheri still welcomed me with a great attitude. Staff still took their time to make sure the entire vehicle was wiped down regardless of the long lines they had. Great atmosphere great experience!!!

Jarret was amazingly helpful in the car washed. Did an amazing job getting all the dirt from the snow off of my Subaru. Highly suggest this car wash!

Beware. I have scratch marks all down the front of my hood. I need to wash my car for ride share services but this is not worth it. My Mercedes only has 9k miles on it and now the paint is ruined. I m horrified.

Sierra car wash is my go to for washing my car! Jared and the rest of the staff are super helpful. They give you a complementary bag with air freshener and a towel for drying. It s reasonable priced and they do a great job. Highly recommended!

Fast and does a great job. Free vacuum is really cool. Easy. Wife says the Carson City location is way worse.
