5 stars for customer service, but I was disappointed that the premium battery I bought had a Made in China label on it.Will it last? Maybe, but it wasn't cheap and I would prefer one from a US manufacturer like East Penn. I'm pretty sure that O'Reilly used to source batteries from the US even a couple of years ago.

TLDR if you need parts in SLT these guys are amazing. Shoutout to Matt for saving me today. Thank you so much!But long story:My car wouldn t start and I had no idea what was wrong. Roadside assistance finally arrived and they were able to jumpstart my car and told me I needed a new battery but that they did not have my battery type in stock. So I called around to Napa, AutoZone, Les Schwab etc. and none of them would help install a new battery. When I called O Reilly, they told me they could install if it wasn t too complicated.I got to the store and Matt wasn t sure if he could change my battery but he told me he d give it a shot and if he couldn t, he d give me a refund and help me jumpstart to head somewhere else that could install. Lo and behold, Matt is a godsend and gets my battery changed out. They didn t even charge for installation. My insurance was quoting me $250 for just the install not including the price of the new battery.Anyways, Matt was amazing and his coworkers very much agreed. If you re like me and clueless about cars the guys at O Reilly will patiently help you. A1 experience.

Proffessional client, will called a group 26 battery. Was cussed out of the store because I "didn't know how to will call". The management here needs an adjustment.

First O Reilly s I ve ever been to doesn t have a public bathroom.Nasty old lady Employee for no reason just nasty.Not helpful, like dumb not helpfulYour typical corporate response of your very very sorry of my experience seems to be redundant with other people with the same complaints, but yet you do nothing about it six months later. The lady I referred to as more than just an attitude and more than just a small problem. The other employees you have most are not as mechanically inclined as most O Reillys or advanced auto parts or Napa I ve been doing this for 40 years and it s one of the worst auto parts stores I ve seen.

Everyone there is always so helpful. A few years ago I had a problem with my vehicle. After calling another company. (50&Emerald Bay).I called O'Reillys. They helped me with my problem quickly and efficiently. Answered my questions professionally. I have been back several times for other issues and they are quick to get what I need.I will never go to another place.

I was sold a 500w inverter that was basically useless. It would not charge my phone or work with any of the devices that I have. Alex sold me the inverter, warning me that if it doesn't work I can't return it. Sounds like this has happened before. I was ripped off and now I'm out $70. Do not shop here.

Giving these guys 4 stars is a gift. I'm probably just moved in a negative way the the manager bcuz the help was actually helpful and understanding. A balance between rigidity of rules & guidelines and that occasionallity when it's best to break the rules a little. Homelessness is rampant in calif today and no public restrooms is policy. That said, I drive an hour to this parts store in am hours and desperately needed a restroom. Being denied and using best part of an hour making and looking up my order, I still spent $600 on a few parts. Leaving the O'Reilly went nearby store w same policy but they broke the rules for me after learning the situation. The difference between a good manager exercising judgement and a poor manager trying to do a good job. Sorry, O'Reilly's, but you're now last on my list now. And I'm a commercial acct holder w you!

My windshield wiper broke off because of a heavy storm, so I went to a few different places to try to find my correct size windshield wiper, but they re all sold out. I went to O Reillys and they were sold out as well. But, I was talking to one of the workers and he has the same car as me. And he said he had an extra one that I can use in the meantime because I couldn t get one until a few days later and it s on the driver side so I could be safe until I got the one I purchased. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I forgot his name but he is AWESOME!

Yesterday, my friend bought chains for me at this store since I was up the hill and couldn't drive down in a storm. After sharing the model of the tire and the car over the phone, they gave him the wrong chains. I went in today to swap them without a receipt, for new ones, didn't ask for a return. A guy named Cameron said that there's nothing he can do without the printed receipt. Even presented the credit card transaction and the credit card, but said that he can't process the return. Another good returning customer that's now going to AutoZone due to the lack of customer service, poor attitude and incompetence of some employees.

I came here today to buy a few things for the ongoing snow storm in Tahoe, and I witnessed how the person at the counter (male employee) refused to change snow chains he sold to a person the day before, which were the wrong tire size. This is not only a very bad quality of service, but also we're talking about the safety of people on the road. I won't recommend anyone coming to this store. I'd rather go to Auto Zone to try my luck there.

Needed windshield wiper blades urgently and the gent behind the counter advised of my options. I chose a set and the gent installed them quickly. May seem like a no brainer to many, but the rain that I dealt with last night made driving on unfamiliar roads unnerving. Grateful for their efforts!

Super helpful team - my dad is visiting from out of town and an issue came up with the car. Marc was incredibly kind and spent time with him, looked into the issue, was super knowledgeable about products and even came out to check the car with him. Highly recommend!!

All the people working at this O Reillys are fantastic. They go out of their way to help you. All through the calamity we will call 2020 & 2021 they stayed strong. I would like to thank Bree and commend her on her expert advise and knowledge. She has helped me many times and always very professional! Mike is always very helpful and awesome to deal with. I bought a bulb for my headlights a few months prior and I didn t know how to put them in and one of the employees helped me. Then yesterday another headlight went out but I still had an extra bulb. I called and Bri was so helpful she told me to come by and she stood in the snow putting the bulb in! I love this company I will only go here! They are so friendly and helpful! Thanks guys

I cannot say enough good about this place!! The fuel pump on my 04 Ford Explorer died and since I basically live right across the street from Auto Zone I went there to get a new one. They didn't have a new one in stocks (no big deal) so they had to order it. Cost me$350 to just get a whole new fuel sending unit. When I picked it up a couple days later it was the wrong part ( still not that big of a deal... it happens) I take my part back to Auto Zone and tell them I need a different one, there is nothing wrong with the new part itself but the electrical plug on the new part does not match the plug on my Explorer. The guy looks on his computer for a couple minutes then tells the particular fuel sending unit that I just received (with the plugs that don't match up) is the only one that they are able to get for me!! I re explain how the plug coming from my Explorer's wire harness does not match the socket on the new fuel sending unit.... the guy actually shrugged his shoulders at me and told me there is nothing else he can do!?!?! So, I have him just return the part and refund me. The next day I go to O'Reilly. I order the part. I get the same exact incorrect part that I got from Auto Zone.... So I take the part back in and tell them its the wrong one. I also explain my whole experience with Auto Zone. The guy working behind the counter looks on his computer, he also is only able to order that one particular fuel sending unit. He tells me that then tells me to wait a minute while he looks into it. After a good 15-20 minutes of looking on his computer and making a couple phone calls he calls me back to the counter and tells me that although he is only able to order that one fuel sending unit there is a fuel sending unit rebuild kit that I can get and its about $100 cheaper than buying the whole unit. I bought it and it worked great! I can't thank these guys enough!! Because the guy at O'Reilly helping me that day cared enough to do the extra research to find a solution to my problem I was able to fix my car, and for that reason alone... the guy at Auto Zone told me I was S.O.L. I will buy all my car parts at O'Reilly ONLY from now on. Thank you O'Reilly... the other guys could learn a thing or two from the way O'Reilly conducts business and treats their customers

Their hours clearly show open until 9PM: it s 6:25 on a Saturday and there are employees inside. They are telling me they are closed. Won t even explain why. In a pickle and need a quick part to fix a fuel leak and won t even let me do a quick purchase.

Seth and his team killed it.Had a broken radiator on a 02' truck along with other problems. Broke on Friday, was able to source parts and tools from them in the winter and get it done in 2 days. Radiator from Napa autoparts next door was cross threaded, wasted a day of my time. AutoZone couldn't deal with the quick turnaround time due to being short staffed.

The employees at this location are slow and incompetent. No one be welcomes you when you come in and no one says thank you for shopping. As a REWARDS member for over 5 years , the employees here make you feel unappreciated when they wait on you.

Living here in Tahoe as a home mechanic I frequently visit this store to fix my mistakes. Everytime I walk in here, no matter how busy, no matter what the day had thrown at them, THE ENTIRE TEAM smiles and acknowledges me by first name. Traveling across the country I have visited many O'Reillys and this on by far is the most well stocked, best knowledge, and best customer service I have ever received in an auto parts store. Time and time again they are never stumped by any questions I throw at them. Jokes are always made, and you walk out of there confident of your next task at had. Don't go anywhere else.

Great customer service. Very professional and helpful. I'd recommend going there if you're in need of anything for your car. My car needed a battery and Mike,I believe his name was, took the time to look up what kind of battery my car needed, and carried it out to my car for me.
