Ray was such a great help! We called in ahead of time about a nail in our tire and Ray came and met us as we drove in. We were in town for a bachelorette party, so you can imagine getting a tire patched was not in our itinerary. Ray took care of the tire and we were out of there in no time. Thanks again, Ray!

So far very satisfied with the folks here. staff is highly knowledgeable, they offer very clear explanations of your options, they are attentive and take time with you. guy at the front desk also speaks spanish, which definitely gives him an edge for customer service. the staff also pay attention to detail- i had asked them to measure the brakes while the wheels are off which they noted on the papers, and i asked them to not put the old tires in the trunk (i had a bunch of stuff in there i needed to organize before loading). there is wifi in the shop so if you need to work while waiting, it s great. after it was all set and done, i went to collect my tires, picked up two of them to carry them off. immediately another employee comes running to help me carry. i didn t have to ask, he saw something where he could help and jumped to action. really friendly guy. i also appreciated the clarity and explanation of the paperwork they give you to go home with and recommendations they have of things you may wanna think about to take care of in the future. overall very satisfied so far. 10/10 will come back here for business in the future.

Had a flat tire in Emerald bay. We had a spare but no tools to change the tire (Thanks Avis!!!) Avis roadside assistance didn t manage to get anyone to help me for 4 hours. Luckily someone walked by and had the same car and the tools so we manage to change the tire and make our way to Les Schwab. They accepted to take us as the last customer of the day even though they were closing. Very professional and great customer service!!! They saved our day and allowed us to go to the next stop of our road trip !!! Thank you!!!

Really nice and attentive crew. Fixed my flat tire at no charge! Apparently all Les Schwab locations do that for free, even if you didn't buy the tires there. Nice!

Came here to patch a tire, little Manny did my patch and next morning it was flat again, was lied to and told the patch was old when it was done the night before, when I brought it up to the person their response was okay . As if they didn t just lie to my face. Patched the tire again and again flat. Would never return here again, worst service I ve seen and blatant disrespect on top of that my tire pressure meter was tampered with and now reads the wrong tires. Great job Man! .

This Les Schwab Tire Center and staff are hallmarks of excellent customer service professionalism.The only shop open on Saturday, they were able to replace my tire same day amidst an influx of customers also suffering from damage due to the incessant potholes on Lake Tahoe Blvd.FYI: I submitted a claim against the Cal Dept. of Transportation to get vehicle damage reimbursed due to area potholes.

Thank you so much to the crew working December 14th 2023. Lindsey and her techs did an awesome job with our tire and rim emergency quickly helping us get safely back on the road. There was even good coffee in a nice waiting area. Definitely would recommend Les Schwab for emergencies and routine maintenance.

Never come to this place, every time I ve come here they have wasted my time. They put a bad tire on my car and when I came for them to check it out, the place was empty. I wait for 2 hours just for them to fix what they messed up and they tell me I have to wait for them to finish with all of their appointments before they look at my tire which again, was their mistake, and would have only taken a few minutes. But since they were making any money on it they pushed it to the back of the line.

Can t say enough about Jason s service. My family and I were in Tahoe for a quick getaway and I had tire problems. Not only did Jason help me fix a flat but drove to pick up tires for my truck that weren t in stock in Tahoe, and installed them the next morning quicker than I expected. I d give Jason 10 stars if I could! Thank you very much!

What an amazing place and service!! We came to Lake Tahoe for 2 days and the last one i got a flat tire. There s only 2 places for get it fixed the first one (kens tires)the told me only appointment and the next one going to be 2 days later so i went to this place and they were so nice and help us fixing the tire we have to wait couple hours because theres so many people but we could charge our phones and rest inside watching tv, at the end they bring my car fixed and everything for free it was unbelievable, they said free because they want to give people a great customer service and they did. Thank you guys you saved us

I never really write reviews, but I left so baffled I had to. First of all, you got 20 people always lined up every morning-figure some system out to alleviate this for customers, or to better understand the system. I give one star because of the following reasons: one, the worst customer service ever, you guys forgot to return two of my tires. I then respectively ask for some kind of compensation, and you guys start making excuses. "it's a little mistake, we called you man."I NOTICED IT BEFORE YOU GUYS, AND I CALLED FIRST. I couldn't believe this because you are interrupting my well being of making money by your lack of competence, and by simple customer standards, you guys made a mistake, so act like you care about it. Like I told you guys to your faces, I was a mechanic, and the reason why I never had these types of issues is because I cared, paid attention, and did my job as it was my car. I thought this was standard when dealing with other peoples items, especially something like a car. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE and rather drive all the way to Carson City, Reno, or anywhere else but this place. Literally ran by a sad old man and some uncaring early 20 year olds. We get that running a tire shop is tough and you guys dread your jobs sometimes, but us customers still have the right to be treated like paying customers. Money doesn't grow on trees Les Schwab!

Had a flat on the morning we were headed home. Of course I went into full panic mode of missing our flight. Googled tire repair and am so glad we chose Les Schwab! We were warmly greeted, promptly serviced and on the road just in time! We will forever be grateful!!! Thank you Lindsey and crew :)

LES SCHWAB TOOK $1500 CASH PAYMENT FROM US & APPLIED IT INTO THEIR SYSTEM AS A FINANCE.We financed a set of tires this winter and was not able to finance on our second care until the balance was half paid off. We paid out of pocket on our second set and gave cash payment. A month later when we went to make a payment to our balance from the previous set, the balance was increased by an extra $1549. We told them this can be right, we had paid cash. We showed the invoice provided to us, but it said "customer charge" by the total instead of Cash. We asked to see the security cameras and was told they only go back 3 weeks. We asked them to check their banking statements to ensure that their till was correct and they said "no discrepancies". They also said the employee who handled our transaction didn't work there anymore. I REFUSE to pay double for a set of tires.

Excellent service! The front wheel on my driver side was making a lot of noise after removing snow chain. Most of the tire center closed at 5pm but not here. A life saver to us. The technician fixed it in no time, awesome job! The front desk was also doing a great job guiding me filling out necessary paperwork. Everything was so smoothly done.

We re from out of state and got a flat tire outside of South Lake Brewing Co. right down the street. Everyone was super helpful and kind and got our tire fixed in less than twenty minutes!! I can t say enough good about the service we received :)

They guys are great I been there twice for flat tire repairs. They did both of time for free and checked my alignment too. Great I will see you for my winter tires

We got a flat tire heading home from South Lake Tahoe. The good folks at Les Schwab really saved our day and put on a new tire. They were very busy but still did their best to slot us in. The price is also very reasonable.

Horrible customer service! They are so rude to there customers seems like they hate there jobs. Go down to Gardnerville les schwab they are family owned and so nice care about people! I went in today with a set of new tires and rims asked if I can drop them off and pay for mount and balance and pick them up whenever they can get to it. He said did you buy them from us no then make an appointment and come back with them!

Had a sticky emergency brake and dragged our car to the shop. Jason was so kind to take a quick look and make a small adjustment to help us out. Fabulous customer service all around - will be back!

DONT GO TO LES SCHWAB. I went in this morning and they told me they would fix my flat tire for free. That was great but unexpected. However he told me everybody was at lunch at 11:30 and then I should come back right at 2 and they would get me right in. So I arrived shortly after 2 and he took my key, then I waited. I waited for about an hour and then asked him how long it would take and he said another 1 to 2 hours. So I said honestly how many hours and he said at least 2 more hours because that they all of a sudden got busy. I assume they got new orders for tire replacements while I was there and I kept getting pushed to the back. I would ve been more than willing to pay for them to fix my tire but not willing to wait over 3 hours. So I left and scheduled an appointment with discount tires in Carson City for tomorrow. I would not recommend Les Schwab. I have called them for pricing on new tires a number of times and they re always exorbitant. I live in Lake Tahoe and it s convenient to go to Les Schwab but I have discovered that going over the hill is much more economical and the service is better. Just because you offer a flat fix for free doesn t mean you can take advantage of people. Like I had said, I would ve preferred to pay for it and been put in the queue of work to be done. I m much happier when someone is honest with me instead of jacking me around.

Got new tires, and an alignment here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a good selection of tires. Good warranty on the tires. Happy to have them here in town. Thank you.

Had such a fantastic experience!! The men were kind and extremely helpful. I dropped my car off due to one of my tires being punctured with a nail. They inspected it and patched it up for me free of charge. With a huge smile! Easy peasy. Definitely recommend!!

What a beautiful experience I had with this place. Anthony provided high end service. He took care of my flat tire, checked my spare tire, added air to it so me and friend could go to on our hike rather than wait. After we came back, he switched my spare tire to a fixed one in 5 minutes and let us go! What a service! You saved out trip Anthony, thank you so much!

Been going here for years. Best tire place in town always friendly and professional and the works always fixed right the first time. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else for tires & repairs.

Saw the tire I needed on the display rack for 140$ then asked the lady for their cheapest tire and she gives me a quote of 242$ and says it s her only one in that size. I will never set foot in this business again..
