Had an amazing experience buying a car here! I talked pricing over the phone with Mark, so all i had to do was come in, sign papers and pick up the car, which was so fast and efficient! Mark was super helpful and had an amazing attitude! I couldn t come pick up the car during business hours so Wayne so kindly offered to stay after hours. They were all so nice and made this car buying experience great! Love my new camry

Solid experience with Jim Bagan Toyota. They worked with me on the price quite a bit for our 2023 SR5 Premium. Had some hiccups along the way, however they made up for it in the end. Solid team up there. Will buy more Toyotas from this place.

Picked up a new car for my friend. We drove from San Jose. The best experience I had in any dealership. Glad we took the vehicle here. Both the GM and the sales person Robert, made sure that we understand everything before we get the car, right from every feature and how to use, to all the documents, agreements what it means etc. I would definitely want to buy my next Toyota here. They were very kind and professional from the beginning

Great experience with Jim Bagan Toyota. I was in the market for a Highlander Limited Hybrid. There are very few available. I'm in Utah and most vehicles are spoken for long before arriving at the dealership. Most dealers are also charging a market adjustment. I searched with a 500 mile radius and queried the dealers about availability of cars that interested me. Mark Shehadi called me and asked if I wanted the Platinum Hybrid they had. When he told me the particulars and no market adjustment I said yes. I told him I would be flying in from Utah so he said they'd pick me up at the Reno airport, which they did. The GM was also great. They took my check and I was driving home in no time. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I've bought more than 30 new cars in the last 40 years and I've never had such a great experience. It was worth the flight and long drive home. I love the car, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys.

Our new car purchase experience at Jim Bagan Toyota was phenomenal. Our sales associate (Christopher), Finance (Wayne) and the General Manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with while purchasing our GR Corolla. Well worth taking the wonderful drive from Reno to Tahoe to deal with this dealer and their excellent employees.Thank you to everyone involved, my wife and I appreciate everything!

Lee at the service department was exceptional. I had taken my vehicle to a DIFFERENT shop. When I left, I noticed that the check engine light was on.I called the other shop. They were defensive, and said that they didn't know if the light was on before I brought it in. Also, they didn't see the check engine light when they drove my truck out of their service bay after they finished their work.So, I drove to the Toyota dealership just AFTER closing. Lee the service foreman was in the parking lot, and just about to leave. There was actually a blizzard too. Seriously.Lee asked me if I needed help. I showed him the engine code from the auto parts store. He immediately recognized that it was likely the other shop neglected to reconnect some parts that had to be removed to make the repairs. He knew what was involved to repair model of Toyota I had too.If I'm in Tahoe, I'm going to check with Jim Bagan's service department. It really helps to have confidence in your mechanic, and not have to go back multiple times.

I purchased a new 4Runner from here in November 2023, the salesman was Mark Shehadi, hopefully I've spelled that correctly.I was clear on what I was and was not interested in, and Mark respected me enough to listen to what I wanted. We agreed on a price on my desired vehicle and there were no last minute changes in availability, add ons, price, or any of the other strategies some salesmen use to pressure you.Even after Mark made the sale and had my money he didnt try to run me off or just toss me the keys, he painstakingly went through every feature of the car with me, and made sure I got my rental car returned without issues, he really seemed like too good of a guy to be selling cars, if you read this Mark I really appreciated the time and effort!The detailer also did an excellent job detailing the car the day I bought it and didnt just run it through one of those auto washes that scratch up the paint, I dont recall the detailer's name but he shook my hand and was very polite.In the past I've been misled and treated poorly at dealerships, it was refreshing to not leave frustrated, empty handed, or with the feeling that someone had just decieved me.Buying a car should be as simple as buying anything else, so thank you Mark for being honest!Also the 4runner is sick and I go offroading all the time in it. Probably one of the coolest offroading/camping vehicles ever made.

Excellent experience. Mark was straight forward. I never liked how car dealers desperately begged for your business. This is not your typical dealer .Mark advised me on my best option and stepped back , letting me decide no pressure.When I pulled the trigger ,JJ explained every penny on that paperwork in Layman s terms .On top of this I gotta killer deal couldn t be happier.Jim Bagan family thank you !

Visited to test drive Rav4 Prime. Called Mark if test drive was possible for prime. He is was very kind and said yes even though it was long weekend. Rav4 Prime drive was superb. Will definitely buy my next Toyota from here.

Had talked with and purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Robert of Jim Bagan Toyota. I came in from Sacramento, and when I arrived the car was detailed, and staged and just waiting for me.No surprises when it came to purchase price and payment, the dealership took the time to explain everything I was signing, and answer any of my questions. When it came time for delivery, Robert didn't take any shortcuts and walked me through the entire car, his checklist, and even game me little bits of helpful tips and knowledge.This all after the dealership closed, and on his own personal time; I had come in at 5 PM, the dealership closes at 5:30 PM. The dealership still took the time and was patient with me - Robert ended up staying well past 6:30 PM; if he decided to take shortcuts with me I would have totally understood.When the dealership didn't know something they didn't tell me anything to move on, they told me they didn't know, researched, and got back to me promptly.The experience with Jim Bagan was one that I will not forget - and one that was extremely refreshing given how dealerships these days operate and treat you.

I had a great experience at Jim Bagan from the get go. Mark Shehadi gave the best customer service, and did everything possible to keep me apprised of new information during the chip shortage. He helped me navigate the task of buying my first car for a seamless process. After 6 months of waiting, I was able to get the exact truck I was looking for!

We had a wonderful experience! Our sales rep Robert was very thorough and made sure he answered all of our questions and that we had all of the information we could need. We knew what we wanted, and we were able to call ahead to make sure it was actually on the lot and would still be there when we were able to drive up to see it. This was especially important because we were having to drive from two hours away as all of our local dealers had told us they had this car and when we got there to see it the car has just been sold. (We were beginning to feel like it was a ploy to get us in the door.) For all Nevada shoppers, this dealership is authorized with the state of Nevada to handle Nevada sales tax, so you don't need to worry about paying higher California sales tax. I truly recommend you give Jim Bagan Toyota a try.

Great guys who got me into my 2021 Supra quickly and without hassle. Drove 9 hours from SoCal and they accommodated me, making me feel right at home. Would definitely recommend anyone buy their next car from them!

My husband and I have purchased cars from different dealerships and agree that Jim Bagan Toyota is the best dealership we have ever experienced. This is a family owned dealership and they definitely make you feel like you are part of their family. Customer service is everything to them and Jim Bagan Toyota outshines their competition. They made purchasing a car a breeze since we have two little kids that get very antsy. Our salesman James and the General Manager Brad went above and beyond by working the deal over the phone (James was on his day off and was still helping us). They knew timing was of the essence for our family as we were driving over two hours to purchase our car. Instead of spending hours on end at the dealership with our kids, we ended up spending an hour and a half (that was to test drive our car, final paperwork and setting up our car s features). Jin the finance manager was very thorough with the ins and outs of our paperwork and was exceptionally patient, kind and took the time to talk with our kids as they asked him questions about his dogs. We can t say enough about how amazing James, Brad and Jin were to work with! If your time is important and you want to feel like family, then I suggest purchasing your next vehicle from Jim Bagan s Toyota. We can t thank you enough and love our new Highlander Hybrid!

I was looking for a Gr86 in sacramento and most dealers either had a mark up or a waiting list. I got in touch with Wayne and he gave me all the details for the car. He followed up with me consistently letting me know when the car will arrive. Overall, I can t recommend this dealership enough and it will be my to go dealer if i m in the market for another Toyota. JJ was an awesome finance manager who didn t try to upsell me a bunch of stuff and got right down to business

My wife and I recently had an exceptional experience at Jim Bagan Toyota. The team there went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. The salesperson (Wayne Lovejoy) was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, answering all of our questions and concerns. The finance department was also very helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the clean and professional environment, as well as the overall level of customer service. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used Toyota. They truly exceeded our expectations and we will be returning customers for all of my future automotive needs.

I used to go to Carson City Toyota because well I didn't think I had a choice... But after they put my studded snow tires on backwards (and I didn't find out until my tires were ruined), they didn't even try to offer me a refund I decided to try Jim Bagan Toyota... And before they even started The oil change on my pickup I knew I was in better hands. I wish I had purchased my pickup from Jim Bagan Toyota instead of Carson City. If you like a personable auto mechanic that is through the dealership then this is your place! Thank you guys for being trustworthy. I was also pleasantly pleased with having my oil change done within an hour and a half instead of 5 hours.

Rudest worst customer service particularly from the ladies in there. Have never once been able to do anything my truck has specifically told me go to dealer for. Waited days for a callback for an appointment. Never got the appointment because I mentioned their poor service and got hung up on. The ladies there are Horrid humans.

Very frustrating experience here. I love my car, that said we were told it had features it does not, we were told we would get a second key in a few weeks after we bought the car, it s 6 months later, still no SECOND key (not third or fourth, just a basic second key). When we ask about this, they act like there s something wrong with us, instead of fixing this ridiculous issue. Clearly, you re still manufacturing cars, so let s be honest, keys must be available. They don t include an oilchange at the 5k mile service, which is unheard of and absurd. 50k dollar car, and we re treated like these are luxuries that Toyota does not offer when it s a basic service. I m very fed up and would not refer anyone to this dealership after my experience. The customer service has been poor.

JJ was incredibly helpful over the weekend!!! We experienced a tire pressure warning and wanted to double check we didn t get a flat. The service center was closed but he opened it just to help us! He was the finance manager and he went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. These are great people and I can tell this is a great store. The next time I need to buy another Toyota I ll make sure to come to Jim Bagan!!

Worked with Mark on my 2023 Sienna purchase. Couldn't be any easier. Mark was very straight forward, available and kept me in the loop. My experience was almost too good to be true. During these crazy times dealerships have all the leverage but Mark and the rest of the staff treated me very well and was fair. They did not push for additional add-ons or mark ups. We should all support dealerships like Jim Bagan and I will definitely be coming back.

We just bought a RAV4 from them and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I talked to a lot of dealerships and they were the most friendly and helpful and were not charging strange fees or over MSRP. Wayne was especially great to work with. He got us setup with a car much faster than expected, answered all my questions quickly, and walked us through all the functions on the car before we left the lot. They really care about and prioritize Tahoe locals. I highly recommend purchasing a car from them if you are considering a Toyota.

Went in for my 5,000 mile inspection....staff was polite, thorough, organized and communicated clearly. The dealership provides a video of the inspection for your personal records. Work was completed in the stated time and I received a call to confirm its completion. This is the friendliest and most competent dealership I have ever gone to.
