1st off,..hands down knowledgeable and what customer service should be! there were a couple of questions that I had regarding issues with my aftermarket headlights, wiring, and my lightbar on my truck. Not only did Ben address those issues with confidence and solutions, he also suggested a simple upgrade regardingmy H1's that made sense. Looking forward to working with JB's car audio!

Really helpful, nice guys. They quickly helped fix a terrible installation job (done at a different shop) on our GPS/back up camera for a reasonable price. They were upfront about costs and time frame, and they were super communicative. A+ work.

They suggested a better alarm than the one we had, which didn't work well. Price was very competitive. Service and installation excellent. After a year we are really happy with the product and support.

Didn't try to up sell us anything. Just made recommendations based on our lifestyle. Quick installation and friendly service. Would recommend this shop to everyone. Love to support local!

What a pleasant surprise! A carwash at a Car Audio shop of all places.There carwash pay-machine leaves a lot to be desired, but the staff immediately jumped in to assist. The brushless wash did a very good job of cleaning my very dirty car and the staff did a great job of hand-drying. Everything was quick and easy. All for $6 plus my tip (not required).
