During our visit to Tahoe, we encountered an unexpected hiccup when my Tesla experienced a flat tire on the first day. Despite reaching out to several shops, we faced difficulty in finding assistance. Thankfully, Erica came to our rescue. From the moment I spoke with her over the phone, her kindness and willingness to help were evident.Upon arriving at the shop, I noticed it was bustling with activity, with many customers waiting in line. Despite the busy atmosphere, Erica remained calm and assured me of a reasonable timeframe for the repair. Throughout the process, her team demonstrated professionalism by explaining their approach to fixing the tire and how they could salvage it rather than opting for a costly replacement.Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule, but they also allowed us to swiftly return to enjoying our time in Tahoe. In an era where quality service and genuine communication are hard to come by, Erica and her team exceeded expectations. Their dedication and customer-centric approach made all the difference, and I'm immensely grateful for their assistance.

I was looking for a place to help me with a last minute issue, I called and spoke to the woman at the front office, can t remember her name right now, but she was very nice. This was the only automotive place in town that, 1. answered my call and, 2. was actually friendly and helpful, several other places that I spoke to you were very short and rude, most didn t pick up the phone, and some had full voicemail boxes (how annoying is that?!)Funny thing is I didn t even end up having my car serviced here, but she helped guide me in the right direction to figure out what the problem was without even having to come in. (Battery issue was all.) But I WILL bring my car here when it needs future servicing simply because of their excellent customer service and helpfulness, it really goes a long way, and builds trust quickly. I won t forget.

What a joke! Three times I have now come to the shop and every single time I go, the front desk agent lady is so rude (Erica) unkind, and is very belittling of customers. You make an appointment for her to only say appointments don t matter and they will not honor any appointments that are made, and you will need to sit and wait in line despite the fact that you have an appointment. She is very rude, unprofessional and is not customer oriented and is a horrible face for a company. If I was the manager of this facility I would be ashamed to have that be the front person for my company. Look at the process for online appointments that are not honored, disgruntled employees, who take it out on patrons and ruining the local business market by allowing this behavior continuously. Do not waste your time or money going to see them, do yourself a favor and find a kind, professional, and well established company over them.

I had a serious problem with a rear brake. They stayed after closing to receive my car from the tow company. The next morning they assessed my vehicle & called me with an estimate. They replaced my rear brakes the same day & had me on my way.

Ford dealer tried to charge me $1300 for simple seat fix. Big brand Tires fixed it quick for $170 Im very happy with my experience. this is my mechanic for any future issues

Arika and Justyn were great.. Great waiting area with entertainment, clean bathroom, and just great all-around customer service.. Highly recommend and I m happy we have them here in South Lake Tahoe!

Tahoe trip saved! Arika started off by wowing us and staying late as my F150 was towed in. It was baffling as to what happened and we all suspected some sort of glitch in the matrix. Despite being booked out for over a week (which we were informed was actually pretty short for the area) the technician (Josh?) made time in a busy day to check it out quickly. (Saving us a fairly large hassle to get back home and then back to Tahoe on completion). He was able to discover a burnt out fuse, replaced it and even gave me a spare! Both of them were kind and on it, even when they were faced with a fairly busy day at the shop. Very impressive.

Brought my car in to put on new wheels and tires. Tires were balanced incorrectly and the tires were not put on how they were labeled. They told me I could come back in a few days to have the work redone and then close for the next week with no call or notice that my appointment would be cancelled. Seems like they are going through a labor issue at the moment.

Made an appointment for an oil change and to diagnose a misfire that was happening. Dropped it off Monday morning. They didn t complete it until Friday and didn t even diagnose the issue or fix the problem and also didn t put oil in the engine!! I picked it up drove home having the same issues, checked the dip stick and it was totally dry! They also spilled oil all over the engine and wrote the engine has a leak.. I guess they missed where the oil goes trying to pour it in and said oh well. Totally incompetent technicians.

Arika is the sweetest most helpful personShe helped me get tires so quickly!Then a few days later I ran out of gas and didn t know what to do and big brand was the closest place. Definetly the locals choice! I recently got a huge screw stuck in my tire and it was very close to the shoulder. I thought it might not be able to be repaired and I could not afford new tires at the time.I do realize this time of year is busy but I called a local tire shop and they told me they were over a week out to be able to help me, so I called Big Brand Tire and Service and the receptionist was super friendly and told me to bring the tire on down, By 5pm that day I walked out with a patched tire and the best part they didnt even charge me.

I ve been having problems with my Range Rover ( the problem is I own a Range Rover ) but I took it down here and despite these cars being a huge pain to work on Matt took on my car without hesitation, not only did he give me the codes I was asking for but he also double checked all the work I said had been done already. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I ll definitely be going back any time I need some work done, highly recommend

This place rocks! They were able to fit me in same day to diagnose my radiator leak in the middle of a holiday week. Super professional and friendly. Four full bays and and four techs on duty. Offered to arrange a ride for me as I only had one car. One of the Master Mechanics even talked me through another repair I ll need in the future. Wonderful experience!These guys relieved all the stress from having our car break down the day before we headed home from vacation.Speedy service at a fair price. I called them 730AM and Matt got us on the morning schedule. Their expert team diagnosed and repaired the issue in good time. We were on the road headed home after lunch. I highly recommend Big Brand. My Chevy Tahoe would not start, I thought it may be the starter, come to find out it was a bad connection from the starter and a improperly grounded wire. They also changed my battery lugs because they we're stripped, to ensure a strong connection. Thorough inspection of the vehicle with a lenthly written explanation of all things encountered and work done. Overall one of the best experiences I've had with auto repair. 5 out of 5 Stars!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Battery

Although I had to wait 5 days for an appointment, once I got there: Bang!! Smog test in and out in under 20 minutes. Real friendly too. Y all Rock!!

Would give CERO stars if it were possible. They are scammers. DO NOT bring your car here EVER. They wanted to charge us $7,000+ on a repair that was supposed to be on warranty. Took my car to another shop and it appears that the cooling fan was unplugged and that s why the car was overheating. In addition, they refused to give us the changed parts on the initial repair. They probably plugged the cooling fan back the first time we took the car and charges us almost $3k. AVOID this place at all costs. Has a new name but same employees.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission repair

I brought my Fiat 500 in for a full-service oil change today and I have to say that from drop-off to pick-up it couldn't of went any better. The store manager, Matt, is a polished professional. Courteous...no b.s.Best experience with auto service...ever!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
