Good prices, good service very friendly, & super fast. I took some stuff to work on while they changed two of my tires but I wasn t even there 20 mins, it was great! Highly suggest going here

Went in a hurry to get some stripped lug nuts out and all of them were supper friendly, Jesus did it no longer than 10 mins and replaced them.

Worst place to get a tire patched.. they charge me $25 just to patch my tire..that's not Right how they take advantage of the people.. it's High way robbery.

Came here because I blew out my back tire. Great service and I got a great deal! Service was quick, I was in and out in 30 mins. I didn t even have to get out of the car! Michael and his team are awesome! Highly recommend this place!

Went there this morning, the moment I arrived barely driving in right away the Gentleman instructed me were to park and gave instructions to one of the employees of he needed to do on my car. He immediately handed his business very professional and I was out and taken care of in less than 10 minutes. Now that's what I call Excellent Service...Mil Gracias!

Took in an infinity qx60 for tire and alignment not many shops can do alignments on this type of cars but they said yes. Well nothing really change on vehicle still pulls to the right due to timing and work I was informed I only had 30 days which was not informed when I paid. But first and last time there no bueno service drive the extra mile it will pay off.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection

I must say best experience I ever had with tires. He was very honest. And made me a great deal I could not refuse. Other places for 4 new tires have tired to charge me a arm and leg and he was very reasonable. I mist mention also very very fast service . he did not have one of the tires I needed but had it delivery fast enough for me to get back to work . I truly appreciate the service of both the owner and his crew .thanks for the beat experience I have had with any company...I truly recommend this shop

Great service, great tires, great prices. Been coming here for years. The owner and staff are really helpful and courteous. Family owned. Highly recommend this place before going anywhere else. They also provide alignments(extra charge)with your new set of tires. Just got a new set. Always satisfied.

I love this place. I feel comfortable taking my car here and getting great service. They don't try and cheat you or convince you to get unnecessary things done. Very honest place. And they're usually pretty quick as well.

Been there multiple times for a flat tire. Everytime it feels like they were waiting for me. Fast service and employees are nice.

I went for alignment inspection and before they inspected I wasn't advice of any fees been charged,but after the fact they slap you with a bill!! I try to settle this issue with the employee there and he was very unprofessional, argutive and he did not make any sense of what he was saying,when I told him the facts about they didn't have posted the fees! I strongly do not recommend this place you will be scam ,dealing with poor educated employee. Especially with the employee in charge..he believes he owns the place..

Not female friendly. I was the only person waiting for service. A male pulled up for service right after me and a worker helped him first seeing me waiting... over looked i think not being i was the only person waiting to get helped. I always recommend places. Not this one. One star to post. Garcia Tires attended me quickly and were friendly.

Great Employees bad management which by the way screams at his crew.I m New to the area and thought I should try this place, I asked for a quote to purchase 4-tubes for my 13 wire wheels ($190). I bought the tubes elsewhere ($40.00) and had Santa Tires install them ($80.) I saved ($70.). I returned a few days later because one of the wheels caught flat, there was no puncture on the tire but the tube had a small puncture , the employee found a small piece of metal inside the tire which caused the flat, I didn t make a deal of it and asked to get it patched anyway. When the job was completed I asked what I owe, the employee went to ask the man in charge and came back to me in disbelief and said He says $45.00 dollars, you should go talk to him . I did and he said its harder to patch a tube than a tire. I found that hard to believe and mentioned that the flat was caused by a metal left in the tire when they installed the tubes and I would pay but a more reasonable cost, he said NO $45 is the cost. A few days later took my car to Paramount Tires (corner of Paramount Blvd. and Gardendale) to get the tubes removed , they charged me $10. Per tire half of what Santana Tires charged and their service was fast and friendly, I mentioned the incident at Santa Ana Tires and they said with a smile we charge $12. To patch a tire or tube and Yeah we heard about those guys before .Service: Tires

Great service. The owner is a real nice man, honest and hard working. They are very busy but that shows what good service they give. Even saw a rapper from Cypress Hill drop off his luxury SUV here.

Great experience, reasonable prices and they were fast enough. Came in for an alignment. They fixed the issue and its been several months since I've had the service completed and am satisfied with it.

I was turned away with my baby in the car flat tire because they had to many brake jobs it was before closing time. Ended up going down the street to GARCIA S wheels. They were nice and prices are good.

In my experience with this tire shop was satisfying with the service, but this place in fact comparing with other good shops this one is by far the worst overpriced. Get rich or get rich is their way. Mine is trying to save money that's all.A business is to serve your community not to rip them off.

I've never gotten the run around more than I've gotten from this tire shop. I've been here two times for the same issue both times they had me move my car half a dozen or more times and then they didn't do the job. They can't even program tire pressure sensors. Drove all the way down from Bakersfield and they couldn't program the sensors. This is the second trip to do this. The place lied and said they would do it and they could do it and then all sudden in the rain at 6 they just throw the sensors on without balancing the tires and then say they can't program it. I wouldn't go to this tire shop if it was the last tire shop on Earth I recommend you avoid it.

I got there and was helped as soon as I exited my vehicle. Everyone was very nice and professional. I bought two tires for my car from them. I highly recommend this place.

I ve been coming to Santana Tires since I was a kid. Back when they use to sell bicycles at there original shop in L.A on Alameda St. Family owned & operated, great same day service & the best prices in town!
