David was perfect even with my credit at a cry for help. He seen the Batman signal and helped me with more than I even imagined. I m so happy to have the best birthday gift to myself in my NAME . Well what can I say ! Where should I begin. When I tell you as a first-time buyer, I am sick and tired of being turned down everywhere because of fear of credit and payments not being compatible with present life. Finding Laudy and Ivan Rodriguez (no relations), haha, but here at the South Gate location off Firestone. As fast as In n Out Burger, come find what you need and be in and out on the road. Great customer service, great cars, great experience to what most of the time can be a dispirited experience when on the car hunt. But you'll be crazy not to stop by here and inquire about your new wheels!

Daisy and josue were very amazing and fast ! We came in around 5 pm not knowing what to expect , and they both were insanely helpful and we got approved pretty fast and the whole process only took about 2 hours and were walking out with the keys in hand ! From the moment I walked into their lot they were very attentive. Very respectful and perhaps most importantly. Honest.They didn't try to use some of the tactics that big dealers try to use where they blatantly lie to you to get you to drive off with one of their vehicles. I explained my situation, they explained it further concerning my credit score and history.What I liked the most was their inclination to help, truly help and meet me at my desired down payment and monthly payments. Also to note is their "promise to fix" agreement. I believe that is what it's called. Point is. If there is something you don't like about the car at the moment of purchase, there is a chance to get it fixed by bringing it to their service department. I am here at the moment and should be driving off in a couple hours. Content and satisfied.Thank you to the team at South Gate Ganas for helping me every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Today we were going to buy a car here, although I gave $5000 as a down payment, they tried to give me the car at 21:30 percent interest and tried to deduct the down payment I gave from the interest, definitely do not shop here, I was saved at the last moment and they kept me waiting for 6 hours and a person named Jose tried to scam us today.

Never mind STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . I'm now in the process of getting my payments fixed or returning this car. And if they give me any problems after this I'm going to Telemundo. And suing. agreed monthly was 311 and I come to find out they want to charge me biweekly......they make you sign a blank paper and then add that information later then they make you watch a " video" witch was kinda strange since I already had sign the papers that supposedly Says the payments is bi weekly WHO PAYS BI WEEKLY FOR A CAR ? they can easily change the video after . Plus they record you watching the video witch is even more suspicious.IF THEY DONT FIX THE PAYMENTS I'm definitely taking them to court.

This dealership was amazing. My mom and I went here in order to see if we could get her a vehicle. She has had some trouble with her credit. We were helped by Christian. He worked with us and helped my mom drive off the lot with a great vehicle same day. I definitely recommend this place.

Needed to trade in my old trucks while shopping for a new one, we went to several dealers around town and felt like we were often lied to our faces with crazy rates. When we got to this dealership GANAS AUTO and met with salesman we felt much better and he answered all our questions with transparency and patience. Here I am writing a typical if I can give zero stars I would but I don t care cause I d like to address that this company over all has horrible customer service all around! There s better car companies that can help you out and giving you the service you deserve.First all id like to say we bought a car from them with lots of issues and yes driving off the lot nothings wrong until day 2 or 3 and then you re stuck with a 20,000 dollar debt and can t do anything.Second of all calling the company to get help over the phone with any issues is always I am the supervisor manager and can t transfer to anyone above me. Aka RAFEL HERNANDEZ who was so aggressive in helping me out and was trying to say I have no rights to request a manager anywhoooolastly the bank always calling the insurance company to verify your policy every 10 days! Like for what it s active what s the issue and even if the insurance company sends proof they still have the audacity to say they didn t receive any proof.So please buy elsewhere please! Don t come here you ll regret it very much!

I talked to a woman on marketplace about a silver Escalade they were advertising, she said it was available and setup an appointment to see it, I drove an hour and a half to see it, when I got there the lot was pretty empty , the salesman said they didn't know who she was and they clearly have nothing worth buying, he then tried to get me to buy a GMC even though I showed up driving a GMC, don't waste your time here they just want to get you here so they can stick you with anything they can convince you to buy.

Martin was the dealer I had, and let me tell you he was very informative. He would answer all my questions before I even had the chance to ask.
