I'd like to thank Josh and A-1 Auto Body for a job well done. My vehicle was involved in an accident in which my bumper was damaged. From the initial meeting Josh was nothing but courteous, pleasant and professional. Josh even went the extra mile, giving me a ride home so that I wouldn't have to secure a ride at added expense by having to take an Uber or Lyft.He was very responsive throughout the entire process answering any and all questions and getting back to me immediately or in a timely manner at all times. He suggested that the repair work would take no more than two weeks when another body shop suggested that the time necessary to repair my car was three to four weeks. Much to my satisfaction the work was completed in the time frame promised. I dropped off my car on September 13 and it was returned to me September 22. To top it off Josh even picked me up from my home and brought me back to the body shop! The quality of the repair work was top notch and the car was returned detailed both inside and out. Give Josh a call if needed. His customer service is exemplary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Been bringing my cars and my people to this location for a good while. Anthony took care of me. Very professional and communicative business. I got a time frame and updates on my cars. I m very pleased with my results. Fixed my cosmetics and some internal issues. Car looks better than before. If you re looking for a body shop for insurance fix, small fixes, big fixes. Paint jobs. Great place, the personnel is very proffesional, friendly, and honest. I was involved in a accident on a Sunday morning and this gentleman came out of nowhere, offer me his auto body shop to dropped my car, even tho it was closed for busyness. He took the time to open the doors of his shop, and guided me on the next steps to followed. Im really grateful for this action!I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to any body that is in need of body shop work, paint jobs, and insurance claims. They work with almost all insurances. I will highly recommend going here they have wonderful customer service & communication skills. Josh was the one helping me & kept me updated with everything that was being done to the car. Car came out looking like it jus came out of a dealership, they even managed to give the car a car wash & interior detail. Very happy with the outcome of my vehicle!! I lost focus one night and drove my car straight into the wall of my garage. I was so lucky to work across the street from A1 and took it in the next day. They worked with my insurance to get me a quote SO fast and started the work right away. I am truly blown away with the work, my car looks as good as the day i got it in 2010. They kept me updated throughout the process and the turn around time was truly unbelievable. I hope I don't need any similar work in the future, but if I did I wouldn't think about taking my car anywhere else!

Excellent work. First shop that leaves a great bumper. Josh is amazing. Made the process easy and was super fast with my vehicle. This is the best body shop you can find! Josh is so professional. He helped me tow my car to the shop after an accident & made the process of working with my insurance so easy & stress free. My experience with A-1 auto shop was wonderful. The staff was friendly and communicated well. They picked up my car from my house after a hit and run and took care of all communications with the adjuster and insurance. My car came out looking brand new. I received the best service from a actual caring businessman named Josh who I believe is the owner. Not only did Josh keep me up to date he put gas in my car upon picking the car up. Best body shop to go to. Definitely would recommend this establishment. Josh & Anthony provide great costumer service. I had my Nissan Maxima body work done there WOW I'm amazed they left my car looking like new. They went out of there way to drive me to pick up my rental and picked me up at Enterprise when I returned my rental.
