Southbay FTW! I had ordered a Carbon GTS hood and a carbon roof overlay for my q50, made an appointment and showed up. My cars bumper was held on by zip ties, headlights falling off and had some poorly moulded Carbon Fenders from another shop. Santiago went over solutions on how to fix the issues at hand and make my car look 5x better than the way it came in. I had gotten the Carbon Roof overlay at a discounted price for Easter, he said that he would transfer over the price of the roof overlay ($500) and apply it to the fenders and cover the install! On top of that Santiago said he would honor the discounted price I bought the overlay for and I can come back in whenever to purchase it again for the same price ($500) normally ($720). I walked out with my GTS style hood installed and some brand new V4 fenders that he personally recommended. Needless to say the car came out amazing, fitment is perfect and I wouldn t recommend going anywhere else!

I purchased an LED Emblem from Southbay Autoworks in April of 2023 installed it on my grill and in less than a week the emblem has different colors in it when I choose to use a solid color. I contact the seller on Instagram to show pics and never gotten a response. Now a couple months down the line the Carbon Fiber inserts start to fall out and when i contact them on Instagram again the only response i get is CONTACT SUPPORT I wouldn t recommend buying products from this company because the communication skills would be horrible if needing any kind of support. NEVER AGAIN

I ve been coming to southbay since 2020 for all my carbon fiber car parts along with Megan test pipes. They re professional and efficient. Anytime I have problems with putting my parts on they have me come in no problem to help me out. I went in yesterday to purchase and install cf fenders, the installers make sure you check out the fitment before fully installing.. which I appreciate as I like my car to look clean and everything flush. I ended up buying and getting a truck installed. Hands down to the installers for taking their time and being careful with the parts. 10000/10 rating for this company

I believe this company is scamming people from their money.They are falsifying in stock items on their website.I have been waiting for over a month now with absolutely no response or update from anyone there. I'm realizing I may have lost my money to this company. I will charge back through my card company with a dispute now. The last three weeks I called once a week as they promised " You're item will arrive by next week" is there answer every time. Scammers!!

I hope this company takes this serious of the bad reviews of them because it s true with customer service. Lack of communication they need an over haul frfr. I ordered a carbon fiber lip on Black Friday. I ve been very patient thinking that they re fulfilling orders because I know they can get busy. I had to call them numerous of times asking for order status and found out it can t get shipped to Hawaii . So inconvenient No accommodations what so ever. Just shows they don t care about returning customers. I was getting the run arounds with my refund too.

This company is lies. I ordered an irs long tube headers for my q50, website said clearly in stock. After ordering the part I had to bug them for 3 weeks until they finally said they never had the part it s in back order .. I spent $$ every week just to keep my spot in line at the shop because I was already balls deep in the work. Next time IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PART DONT SAY ITS IN STOCK ..fast replies though so 2/5

Customer service is non existing. I ordered gloss black mirror caps, and got carbon fiber. I tried calling many different times, emailed them, even messaged them on Instagram and yeah, of course, no answer. Seems like they just send you whatever they have and never answer.

(G37 M Style mirror caps) So long story short. They buy their products from alibaba. So save yourself the extra $100 and don't buy from them. They only thing they'll respond is "send us photos" just so they know you've broke refund policy. But yeah the passenger cap fitted so bad the clips broke. And they won't even sell just the one. Wish I'd never had bought them.

Quality carbon parts, i ve ordered 3 different carbon items and the quality is perfect. Great business and customer service. Staff is friendly as well. Definitely gonna keep ordering from here.

the worst experience of ordering from a supposed reputable car parts distributor by far. Its been over a month with no communication on where part is or what's happening. Beyond terrible customer service. Your odds of getting them to answer is 1 in 20ish tries. Non responsive to email and chat. Filed claim with creditor for refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The quality of all the carbon I got from them is horrible didn t last more than 3 months before clear coat started coming off. When I asked them about it they blamed me and said I don t know how to take care of it. I ve owned multiple cars and modded them with carbon and never had this issue. This company has terrible customer service and even worse products. Would not recommend shopping here.

Don t ever buy from them bought customer service is terrible. I bought side skirts and they sent out the wrong part I ask for a refund and they are not able to give the full 100% percent refund when at the end of the day it was ur guys fault you guys sent me the wrong product. LOL I ll be taking my business to Jalisco carbon fiber where they get you right and take care of you unlike southbay.

awful customer service, will not respond to emails or instagram DM s, i got a few messages in response to them sending me the total wrong product and then absolutely nothing after. save yourself the time and money and don t even bother going.

Customer service is indeed by far horrible. They don t answer phone or emails. If you order from here expect to receive it weeks or months later if you order do it via credit card and cancel through your provider so they won t charge you the cancellation fee.They also all go to lunch together so they re closed for a period of time without attending anyone.

I ordered a part from their website for my brother as a christmas gift, it arrived broke so i emailed back and forth with them and they offered to replace it for me so i sent it back in December and never received my replacements after almost a month i called and they said they would ship it out and then didn t, i then called again where they finally said they would send me the replacements, 2 months later, just for them to send me the exact same mirror caps i sent back originally. The worst, never ordering again. So much money for what, what was the point of me sending them back and wasting all this time.

I've purchased over 5 different carbon fiber pieces for my q50 from southbayautoworkz. At first I thought these products were really good quality, until recently. After just under a year the clear coat on most of my purchases is coming off. After discussing with their support team they turned the blame on me and said I didn't take proper care of the carbon fiber pieces. WHICH IS INSANE.Most of the reviews on here are from their sponsorship program, that's why they are all mostly good. They reward their sponsored cars with discounts for typing good reviews.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM GET IT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE ORDERED $1700 IN CARBON PARTS AND CANT EVEN GET TRACKING INFO THEY NEVER ANSWER SAY THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL AND NEVER DO JUST TO GET YOU OFF THE LINE

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Be careful! I believe they count on you canceling your order so that they can charge you the fee. No communication. Don t be fooled by the pricing they are a drop ship fraud. I don t normally leave reviews but this is needed.

customer service is really really poor! ive been waiting for my order since october 2022 and its now may 2023. i have no received anything yet. ive been calling them and either theres no answer or they answer and hang up! i DO NOT recommend at all!!!Update: 1 year has passed, called them multiple times to see what s happening with my order. I have asked for a refund but they said they can t do that, they can only credit me. 1 week ago, i received only 1 item from my 5 items
