Scheduled an appointment with Lawrence and he pulled out the car to let me look at it. I didn t feel pressured at all and the process was very transparent. When on the test drive I realized I was a lot more rusty with driving stick than I anticipated. Lawrence was very understanding and offered to have it delivered. I told him I d think about it and the next day decided to buy the car after seeing all my options. Finalized the transaction over the phone and had it delivered to my address. Car has been overall pretty reliable. Spent just around $500 in parts(alternator, battery, crankshaft position censor etc) which I accounted for and is expected with older cars. CPC was covered under warranty too but I didn t want to drive back down to South El Monte. Pretty smooth experience for my first car purchase.Update: 10k miles later I had to do some more repairs. Wheel bearing needed to be replaced and I guess the previous owner cross threaded the cv axle. Brake caliper pin also failed due to it being over torque. Doing the incorrect torque specs is a common mistake among tree-shade mechanics and since the car came with aftermarket wheels I m assuming it was owned by a fellow car enthusiast. Other than that it s just been basic maintenance(brake pads, fluids, oil, tires etc) I ve done some light modifications too(aftermarket grille, headlights, stubby antenna, led interior lights) Even with its quirks I m still very happy with my purchase.

I ran across a vehicle I was searching for at New City. I met Lawrence there and he's been completely upfront and helpful. Everything he has promised he's delivered and he stands behind his product. I couldn't recommend Lawrence highly enough. The purchase of my vehicle has been smooth and the customer service has been superb. Recently purchased a Lexus LS 400 from here. Drove it all the way home no problems. Lawrence is such a nice guy. Ordered me a new battery and put gas in my vehicle before purchase! He's not pushy like other car salesman are. He will give u time to look over the vehicle alone. Would give 6 stars if I could. A+++ Thank you!!!

Originally gave a 5 star review but owner did not send me title.. it has been 1 year since purchase and now I have to get a bonded title. Have got in contact with him at least 6 times and he always says he will figure it out or call me back and he never did. Pretty sure he sold me the car without a title.

Highly responsive, more than reasonable pricing compared to competitive market price or KBB value, no secret add-ons like (preinstalled anti-theft). Just the agreed upon price with the typical tax and processing fees.BOTTOM LINE: if you want to do business you can go to a dealership, but if you want to buy a car from someone with integrity go here.

I bought a honda from NEW AUTO CITY, i told them to add oil since it was low, they never add it, 1 week later i made oil change what i found is a black oil like liquid sealant in both transmission and the engine, 1 month later transmission bearing failed i paid more than $1000 to fix it at honda dealer.they must made fresh oil changes before sell cars, but they very irresponsibleI do not reccommend this business to anyone, make yourself a favor and go to another dealer, will save you a big stress and money.Antes de comprar en auto les comente que no tenia suficiente aceite y pedi que lo agregen y tambien coolant, compre el auto suponiendo que si lo agregaron pero nunca lo hicieron, una semana despues hice el cambio de aceite y lo que encontre es un aceite negro muy pegajoso como un pegamento y pedasos de metal en la transmission.no acabo ahi, despues de un mes la transmission se quebro tirando todo el aceite, son muy irresponsables, a quien se le ocurre vender un auto sin hacer un tune up basico como un cambio de aceite y bujias.tenga mucho cuidado co este dealer que tambien no me han mandado las placas que les pedi que me mandaran a mi casa y siempre ignoran mis mensajes.
