Came in for a single alignment and came out with a stuck steering wheel leaning way too much to the right. Told the guy he needs to recheck it. Guy now says my car needs shock absorbers. Car was running just fine without issue. I bought new wheels and all I needed was a fresh alignment.

Just change wheels in this shop 6Days ago. They installed wrong lug nut for me. I almost have a accident on the Highway! 3 Wheels nut been cutting!! Please respond for this!!!

I had a truly terrible experience at DWS Tire. They irresponsibly installed the wrong-sized tires on my car without my knowledge and overcharged me for their mistakes. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.

Marlon was absolutely great! This place is a hidden gem in the area! He was very straight forward, honest and fast! Price was fair and Service was amazing! He was very flexible and very accommodating. I had a flat tire which he changed within 5 min. While pulling the car out of the garage, I asked if he can change my oil as well. He was more than happy to help! Very happy!

I had a very busy schedule when I learned I had a flat tire. This tire had already been fixed before so I knew it was time for a new one. DWS was the first call I made because of their ratings. The shop was easy to find. They took care of me right away. So I was able to get back to my busy schedule. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable service. I will go back again.

I love this place because of the pleasant positive atmosphere and the fact that its a family business. They treated me like family. Highly recommend this spot. You will not be dissapointed. Thanks for hooking up my new cargo trailer with a new tire. Damn nails. At least my flat tire brought me here. Glad I found this spot.

I highly recommend this shop!! It had great prices & fast friendly services!!One of our trailer tires popped on the freeway, on our way out on a family emergency. I literally called every single tire shop from 9p.m. till 10:30p.m. - from Pasadena to El Monte until this God given human being answered his cell! The owner of the shop was obviously asleep but continued to ask us what we needed politely, and ultimately came down to his shop to help my family out. Thank you so much sir, you helped us out in so many more ways then possible!

We had a tire blow-out on the freeway. (We ran over a metal clamp that fell off the truck in front of us.) While waiting for the tow, we found DWS online. They were the closest, so we called them. They did not have the tire we needed in their shop, but they told us they would pick one up so we took a chance. Don't let the fact that this place does not look like your typical "tire center" scare you away. They are the nicest people who took care of us right away. They even checked under our car for any possible damage from the clamp. They were knowledgeable, helpful and honest. They only charged us for the tire and install and it was more than reasonable. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use them.

We have been working with DWS for a couple of years now. We take all of our work vehicles there for service and tires. Always reliable, excellent work and reasonable prices. Marlon and his boys are always great to work with.

This tire place is THE BEST I HAVE EVER BEEN AT !!! the gentleman literally reopened his shop to help me on new years day were everyone else we're even closing sooner then regular hrs he actually drove back to his shop to help me out iam so grateful for his service if I could rate this place a 10 or 100 I would thank u so very much I appreciate it blessings to u nd ur shop ,

No torque wrench used here their impact gun will break your lug nuts Stay away from this store!!!

I got my front brake pads and the starter motor replaced there, they did a good job! Not only tires service supplied there, they seems they can do anything!

I came here to have my tires rotated 3000 miles after my father bought tires for my vehicle. They noticed I had a nail stuck in one of the other tires and fixed it for only $12. That's cheap. Thanks guys.
