Terrible service , late to respond, they don t help at all with your situation and lie. I was waiting for a call back from them confirming if I was approved to buy a black Chevy and they never responded, the least they could have done was let me know it was not approved. Don t recommend this place at all and this doesn t help new young buyers out here.

They sold me a truck that had electrical problems, stalling during idling, and leaking oil. I took it back to them under warranty and over a week later they returned it with no work done except for one oil leak. I had to take the truck to a reputable repair (Pep Boys) where they found the cause of the issues and repaired them. Now I'm out $1,300 for repairs they should've fixed before offering it for sale. I showed them the receipt for the work done and they won't return any messages. Wow... Just wow. Go somewhere else...ANYWHERE else than here. They don't check their vehicles before re-selling them at their lot. Their idea of a vehicle inspection is to wash the car then it's ready for sale! I wonder how many people have actually taken them to court to hold them accountable?

Friendly, professional. They offer 30 days, and promise to fix it if anything goes wrong. After we selected the car, with a $200 down to hold it they sent it to their mechanic to be sure it was in tip top shape, we will pay half, and make payments for the other half for 8 months. No credit check. They will deliver car next day to my sons work.

I would not recommend this place to try to buy a car and to finance it with them. So I looked at a car yesterday there and they said the bank was closed to wait to get approved that doesn't make sense they can't be closed if you can still buy cars on that day. so they told us they would call is in the morning and they did text me but kept saying like the bank is on lunch that don't even make sense. They were just playing games. finally called at 3:00 pm and they said you got denied and they couldn't even call me to tell me I had to keep calling them all day. If I could I wouldn't even give them a star. And they said we didn't get approved and the funny thing at the last car place we did just less money for the car. Like They do not know what they are doing at all. Also the car they were trying to sell to us on the back right tire it was a used car and it said in the car that it need a oil change. So they don't take care of there cars. If you going to sell a car to me at least have it all update and that is how it suppose to be. at my last dealer ship they cleaned the car and it look brand new and it was a used car also like this place. That place was a waste of time to go to. the lady norma is so rude and doesn't know how to contact you about your car. I wonder if the last owners were better than this two people. awful Custer serves I refuse to go there again and anybody who I know also. They will just play games with you and pull you along. they shouldn't be owning that dealership someone else with better Custmer service and who actually knows what there doing.

I called in to inquire about an Acura RSX. I am out of state and whoever answered the phone (never gave their name) rudely barked that the car was in stock and asked when I would like to see it, regular practice. When I mentioned that I am out of state and not interested in a test drive but just wanted to buy the car in whatever shape it is in and come fly to CA to pickup, I was told this would be impossible and that I must be in his office to even be allowed to look at the car, then I was hung up on. Very poor customer service. Having sold cars myself for many years, I have dealt with over 250 customers dealing out of state and I would've never treated any of them the way I was treated. Ashamed this person is in the same business as me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Freddie was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. We looked at several cars and took one for a test drive. We had a great, no-pressure experience and saw several cars we liked at good prices. The hard thing was deciding on which one to get. We'll be back!

(This happened in March 2019) We went to see a 2010 Lexus RX priced at $11,995. The leather seats and middle console (also made of leather) were worn and in bad shape (not their fault). The battery was dead when we got there and there were quite a few cars blocking it to test drive. The sister of the owner was very nice, and when we asked the owner if he would work with us on getting the SUV at 12k (w/taxes etc,) out the door he said he would, since he wanted to get rid of the SUV as it had been there for a while. Since they had to move so many cars to test drive we told them we would go test drive another car & come back. When we got there about 2 hours later, we test drove it & found some other cosmetic & functional issues and asked if they would fix them. The sister called the owner to return to the dealership and when he got there he seemed annoyed and got progressively rude as we shared the defects. He agreed to fix a few things, but the more we talked price & asked him to honor the 12k he originally agreed to, he became more and more rude (mind you we were calm!), and we even offered $12,500 (as he kept saying "make me an offer!"). He started raising his voice talking about how much he paid, how it hasn't sold since July of 2018 because he hadn't invested in fixing it but if he did he could get much more. He then told his sister the SUV shouldn't be listed at the price it was listed. He then upsettingly started threatening with no deal. Needless to say, we left. Hey, you don't have to agree to what a customer is offering, but you certainly don't have to be mad and rude because we were asking you to agree to what you originally said yes to. Negotiations are just that, negotiations. They are not an opportunity to fight with customers and take out your bad day on them. In checking listing the day they raised the price 1k! Price your listing from the beginning at the price you really want... Dont play with people's time. We found a MUCH better SUV elsewhere, everything happens for a reason.

My parents went there to support a small business. They met with the owner and she was really kind and respectful. The following day, when they were ready to choose a car they met with Jose the other owner and he treated them disrespectfully. Refused to sell them a car and even acknowledge their presence. Told them their government money wasn t welcomed there. *** Warning for any Spanish speaking Latinos: Do not shop here. *** Jose degraded my parents and he shouldn t be given business for his actions.

Called 1 hr beforehand on a car and when we got there it was unavailable to see after driving 30 miles. Was told getting a oil change. Employee told us if we didn't want to wait 5 minutes we could just leave if we didn't want to wait. Very unprofessional and rude service!!! Do not recommend, left immediately, we will take our business elsewhere. Major A hole, no apology from manager.

I bought my 2016 KIA OPTIMA n they made it easy for me to get financed n approved Eventhough I was working through an agency. They explain everything clearly n they guide u through everything. They r reliable n trust worthy.They got a huge selection on very good looking cars, it's hard to make up ur mind. Lol but once tu do u.ll b happy with ur selection. I know I am. Thank u COCO AUTO SALES FOR MAKING MY FIRT TIME PURCHASE A BREEZE. I DEFENETLY RECOMEND THEM TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS N U GUYS. hit them up, ayuda ala rraza.

They are good people they worked with me, after being turned down at 2 other places for not having to much credit they got me approved on a sweet BMW X5 SUV and the sales people even helped me fill out the due bill for the minor little detail repairs and adjustments the SUV needed.Thanks guys

Honest people, they show you all the carfax history of the cars and have great prices. They also finance themselves. 100% recommended

I bought a Toyota 4 runner that had a blown head gasket. I was left to pay the loan and coco s sid nothing but tell me they don t sell junk cars even though they sold me a junk car

They tried to rob me and make me pay 3000$ down when they first said it ll just be 1000 even though my credit score is really good I would not recommend coming here and they have horrible customer service
