My cars rear bumper was repaired and the brackets that hold the bumper in place are very much exposed. The brackets had never been previously exposed. It is honestly a mediocre job. One side is more exposed than the other. They haven t repaired the brackets plus now they say that it s due to the material of the bracket and that I have to call my insurance to see if they cover it !!! I HAVE TO CALL???? It s their job not mine! I m very disappointed with the quality of their job and customer service is very poor !

During my desperate time in need, the staff at Caliber Collision went above and beyond to be helpful. Even though my car ended up being a total loss, I can't recommend this place highly enough. Their customer service is top-notch and they pay great attention to every detail.

I did not enjoy my experience with Caliber.The main reason is service advisor Jennifer Venegas, has terrible customer service skills. Shes a terrible communicator, if you ask questions, she would give a vague answer, when something goes wrong, she wont admit to it. For ex on feb 5th, she said the window glass is being installed,which wasnt mentioned the previous friday. I asked what other reason that may cause any fiether delays and she said there wouldnt any and the car would be ready at 430pm. I arrived at 430pm and the car wont be ready until 540pm the next day. I feel she purposely misled or underestated what is the next expected work. If she had just been clear " we are waiting for the glass to be installed, which may take 2 days, i dont see a reason why it wont be ready on tuesday," my experience would have been more positive.Also when i got my car, the front passenger seatbelt did not retract , there were paint splatter in the back seat and front passenger arm rest and the door that was fixed, did not close naturally like the other doors without having to push the door in hard. The only reason I gave an extra point os the manager, Greg, spent time apologizing and remedying all the concerns i brought up. Greg is awesome but Jennifer has an attitude problem.She still calls me Peter even though i told her my name is Mason.....for 4 weeks. Thats all you need to know about how important customer service is when she cant even address the customers correct name.Avoid Jennifer at all costs and if want a better experience, ask for Paul the manager or the other male service advisor, they are the only ones who were on top of their game.

I recommend Caliber Collision. They communicate effectively and returned my car within the date they told me the repairs would be completed. My car looks brand new and I am very satisfied!!!

Highly recommend if you are in need of repairs for your vehicle. The Caliber Collisions Team are very friendly and did a great job on my truck, it felt like I was taking it home brand new. Jennifer was very helpful and friendly. She kept me informed every step of the way. My truck was returned to me even earlier then what they originally estimated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are so friendly and they do a good job on repairs to the body of the car :) the only problem i've had is the paint job they did; it causes it to chip majorly and it happened to my car twice. But fortunately they have a lifetime warranty on paint repairs so all I have to do is take it in. I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Best customer service I ve received in a LONG time. Every staff member I encountered was amazing. They took an extremely stressful situation and made it a breeze. The communication was great. They found a catalytic converter for my 2015 Prius in record time!! They did not ask to keep my car for months and they didn t even ask for a deposit, which is unheard of compared to other places I called. Huge Thank you to Jennifer & team. Good work! Geico guided me here to fix my car damage. The front desk lady was super nice and friendly!!! I was able to receive SMS messages every few days to track the repair status, and pick up my car a week earlier than the estimate complete date. My car looks perfect now, just like nothing had happened! They even washed my car inside and outside. So clean and pretty when I went pick up! Very happy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These people are awesome. Kamillia (excuse if I misspelled your name) was patient and kind to help me over the phone while I was having some confusions with insurance. She was kind to tell me to not worry about it and to bring my car in without an appointment, and that she would take it from there on and get me going my way in my rental car same day. She offered great customer service and gave me coffee with vanilla creamer! I will be recommending this place. Jennifer the technician was kind to me the whole time , she goes the extra mile for the customers, she made me feel secure about the services, and that is something I'm sure all customers want to feel.

I would definitely come back here, I'm very impressed on how aligned they got my bumper, grill all new light rigs an markers & how fast I got it back. Caliber collision did a great job with my body and repair damage- brought my truck back to normal- after my truck was side swiped by a commercial vehicle. Jennifer was really great with explanation and timing of completion. I would recommend any family and friends.

Was a very speedy repair that s for sure, Mike was a very friendly guy, when he took my vehicle to the back I literally thought he was going for a try out for need for speed, wow never thought my Prius can corner that well! But over all good quality repair, except a little bit over spray clear coat left on the rear bumper, I would recommend to anyone who needs body work on their car!

I took my car here for a very tiny minor fender bender and I mean tiny. like just 2 scratches but my insurance insisted on bringing my car in so I did.The guy Mike was super friendly and attentive and mentioned to me that they were gonna remove the whole bumper to see for any inner damage. luckily nothing was wrong so they just touched up the whole bumper and was good as new as If it never happened. Mike was super friendly and helpful and everyone else was attentive and professional. they made it easy for me to get a rental as well. very happy with this placeService: Painting

My car insurance brought my car into this company, due to car theft. My car was stolen thief's decided to change the look of my car so they took a can of spray paint and sprayed to their hearts content then that wasn't enough they decided they wanted to syphon gas took back seat out and broke gas fuel pump, and left it, after taking emblems off of the car and plates and left it cause they couldn't drive it anymore. This company put my car back together again, they made a very stressful situation into peace of mind

I was so impressed with Jennifer Venegas. Usually when people say they keep me updated that means I m going to have to call them and find information. But Jennifer called me message me every day and more than once. keeping me updated on what was going on. then she pushed my car to come out faster knowing I was in need transportation. She didn t just get my car back to me fast but in great repair in good condition, I m very grateful to her. She was very understanding listen to all my questions answered everything and keep me updated every day very important to me a mother of three to know what s going on with my car. if you need Repairs on your vehicle you need to go to them.Service: Body & Trim

My car was here after having a accident. I was constantly uodated on progress. I would rate 5 stars but have not heard from them since I picked up NY car and still waiting on one piece to come in.

That shop is so crowded they take a lot of work ! work that they can't handle. They make promises they cannot keep. My truckwas delivered and I had to take it back the next day So I can adjust my driver door & again promises to deliver friday i couldn't get in touch with anybody their I called again about 6 times finally The operator answers puts me on hold for about 20 minutes then she comes back and she apologized because Michael forgot about me Finally I get lucky and Michael and Michael calls me to tell me that he cannot deliver my truck today which is Friday as he promised, So I have to wait for the weekend again!! On top of all that they broke my hood latch. They fixed it. They killed my battery Because when they removed the door they forgot to disconnect the battery The shop is very disorganized There's no communication. I do not recommend this shop to anyone This shop is very disorganized.And a Week and a Half later my truck was Stolen from Arcadia Mall. Where my truck was parked looked liked it just vanished no broken glass ! Just gone. That raises a serious doubt after Michel the Adjuster made a comment that my truck will save one of t trucks that is just like mine.. I find that was very interesting comment. I had just gave them my truck for repair & that just Perfect opportunity to make copies of my keys and even put an Apple tracker I find it very interesting My truck just disappeared a week and a 1/2 later.

Very friendly staff. It was great getting updated, and getting fast response times. The team did an amazing job, I regretfully damaged my new car so I never thought I'd say my car looks brand new again. Wow I received my car cleaned and polished, thanks so much you guys are awesome.
